my brother and his fiance were going to hire this guy for there wedding. but cause of covid 19 they had to cancel for obvious reasons. refused to give back any of the money they had given him. there were happy to even get half of the deposit back but he refused and was very rude and ignorant. please don't use this guy. he is crook.

This photographer is a THIEF My fiance and I have been forced to cancel our wedding do to covid-19 and federal travel restrictions. There is no international travel outside of Canada for our dream wedding. Paulo decided to keep all of our deposit 700$ for services be never provided. What right does a person have to steal from people? There is no contract in place stating no refunds. This pandemic is out of our control. Paulo is a thief and should never be recognized as a professional. Morally this is wrong and you should be ashamed of yourself. THIEF

Brides Beware! If I could give a zero star review I would. We recently had to cancel our wedding in Portugal due to covid and international travel restrictions. Paulo has refused to give us any of our deposit back even though there is no contract in place stating no refund. This cancellation is out of our control and you would think given the unprecedented circumstances that there would be some compassion. Incorrect. Paulo didn't even respond to my email. Would only talk to my wedding planner to refuse refund. Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely shameful taking advantage of people during a time like this!

Paulo has refused to refund my good friend Derrick for the deposit that was made to take photos for his wedding in Portugal. I understand the entire world is struggling with covid 19 but let’s not forget about morals! Do what’s right Paulo and give Derrick his money back. Trust me this will not be the first review like this.

Paulo you might be a great photographer by people who have worked with you. However it is your choice if being ignorant and also a thief by underlying the value of what a human being is. People can pick wedding dates and it is also hard to change the dates with circumstances of the unknown. Especially since it is due to Covid-19 and you think it is easy for a couple to change their wedding plans to fit your schedule in when they paid you money to work their wedding.. The least you could of done was give their money back and be civil. Putting blame on a couple and not being accountable is very low of you to do that. It was a hard choice to cancelled a wedding in Portugal and also working around the Covid-19 restrictions that the government laid out. Your very low by asking them to change a Date. Give them their money back and start being a decent person. Your work might be great but your attitude and actions of being a human being is very low.

He is not very considerate to say the least. Our friends wedding had to be cancelled unfortunately due to Covid. Not only will he not reply to them, he will not even provide any sort of refund not even a dime. Sad/Hard times do not call for mean heartless measures. Call it being a thief or not, you run a business yes but being somewhat thoughtful of others during hard times showing some sort of compensation will always be a reflection of how you truly respect your clients.

I would like to give this Paulo guy a one . He likes to believe it's OK to steal money when its not his. In the pandemic every one had to drop their lifes and face economic issues. When this happens you would think that most humans would stand up and fight together. help each other in times of need. My good friend and his girl had secured some money with this goof to have pictures taken for their dream wedding now due to the crisis of fear that was created by gov he thinks its OK to keep the money instead of being human and giving these two their money back. This is wrong in all assets of life and business.

Stay away from this photographer. He stole money from my friends because they could not make their wedding date due to a pandemic. Absolutely will not give a refund at all. My friends are devastated.
