Apesar dos professores serem atenciosos e de não haver muita gente a "lutar" por espaço o ginásio parece estar a entrar em decadência. Tudo funciona mal...

Lovely relaxing area with a pool, massaging water jets, scented showers, sauna and Turkish bath. Had a minor issue with my treatment and they offered to do me another one free of charge at a later date. Great customer service.

Fijne ervaring met hydrotherapie, ook een sauna en hammam. Beetje prijzig voor slechts een anderhalf uurtje genieten.

En ce jour de pluie Intense à Porto, quoi de mieux pour se détendre ! Accueil parfait, personnel très patient avec nous étranger, ne parlant que très simplement l'anglais. Spa très propre, ambiance zen assuré, excellent rapport qualité/prix. J'ai pu apprécier le hammam a l'eucalyptus et entièrement en mosaïque. Je recommande à 300 %. Les français , Séverine et Enzo

Em remodelação e a apostar numa gama de clientes e patamar de preços onde não me incluo. Mantêm boas instalações e prometem maquinas topo de gama.

I went to the Spa to get a massage and it was totally amazing! :) The stuff was really friendly and made me feel completely welcome and relaxed! After the massage I went in the Turkish bath in which they put fresh eucalyptus. I can just recommend this place!

Não é o mais barato, mas, sem dúvida é o melhor. Muitas aulas e variadas, pessoal simpático e profissional e um espaço fabuloso.

Fitness full of technogym equipment. Lots of choice. Only thing lacking is a power rack, which means it's impossible to do squats out of the Smith machine (their Smith machine is on 2 axis So it's not that much of a problem though). The gym has lots of PT, which many of the clients use. They are all really friendly and the ambiance is really amazing there, but I didn't find them that knowledgeable about the stuff I did, which honestly nobody does in Portugal, or at least in that gym. They also have a ton of cardio equipment and the gym was never crowded when I went there. There are also a spa, many classes and a bar which I didn't get to test. The gym is also really clean, which is enjoyable. Only 4 stars though because on the last day I was there, when I went to drink at the fountain, a PT took my stuff to use it with its client just in front of my face when I came back from drinking at the fountain. 40e/week 80e/month without engagement, which is quite pricey in Portugal. All in all really solid gym with a nice ambiance, will please everybody as long as you don't want to squat or overhead press with free weights.

Adoro o ambiente calmo deste ginásio. Têm bastantes equipamentos e diversos para um treino completo e sem tempos de espera.

The SPA party did NOT include many things it lists on the internet. When confronted to this, the staff never apologized, recognized, or even tried to remedy the situation. Untrained and non-educated customer service. We came from different parts of the country and abroad hoping for a very special bridal shower at this location, the only good thing was that we laughed about the ridiculousness of the situation the rest of the day.
