I've been a regular customer to Kind Kitchen, but after a recent visit got severe food poisoning which lasted three days. I would recommend Kind Kitchen reviews their hygiene processes to ensure customers are given the best quality. This was disappointing as I would have rated it highly as a vegan restaurant had this incident not occurred.

We had the avocado spread as a starter. Was average. Chips are not homemade. The spread lacked ingredients (tomato, coriander, etc.). I then had the mushroom toast, which was ok. My boyfriend had the thai bowl. The satay sauce was nauseating. The rest was just dull, tasteless and poorly put together. Overall a really disappointing experience. Won't be coming back.

I tried the tofu nuggets and Mexican buddha bowl. One word: YUM. The nuggets were crispy on the outside, firm on the inside. The buddha bowl was perfectly balanced with sweet, savoury, spicy and chewy, creamy, crispy and soft. Very nice customer service and tasty wine as well. Highly recommend!

Espaço mais bonito e tranquilo que já vi. Atendimento mega simpático. A comida estava fantástica. Deliciámo-nos com tudo. Não temos uma queixa. A casa de banho era limpinha e a cozinha era um open space, sendo que conseguíamos ver tudo a ser preparado.

There's no rush at all for the stuff here, was here for a lunch and had to wait for more than 30min to get my order. The toast I asked for was very delicious though, the quality of ingredients and cooking methods is pretty high especially comparing to the price. For my toast I paid 6.50€(good sized portion). All the prices are between 6-10€, they offer a "lunch of the day option" including soup, main dish and a drink, they got 3 variations of toast and 3-4 variations of bowls all cost around 8€ and hamburger options. The cafeteria options like coffe and some pastry prices are higher priced than in a regular cafe. In general, the atmosphere here is chill and the stuff Is nice. The noticeable thing about this place is an open kitchen, you can observe the whole cooking process. However, it leaves a small space for the tables and wherever you seat it's close to others, it can be quite annoying as there is little privacy this way. Also, it's not a very good place for a big group, you have to make a reservation first. Even when early at a lunchtime the place got pretty crowdy and some people were refused to come because of the lack of the seats. So I loved the concept and the place interior(it was clean and had a special design) but there are definitely things that need to be improved.

It’s just a matter of time before Kind Kitchen explodes in popularity. Coming from NYC, I was disappointed in a lot of the food in Portugal, but absolutely blown away by this place. The food is delicious, extremely reasonably priced (even by the already discounted Portugal prices), and the menu variety was excellent. If I could've ate every meal there when in Portugal, I would have. My meat-eating girlfriend thought it was by far the best food we’ve had in Portugal, and I did too (a vegan). Absolutely go to this restaurant.

Lovely place and great food (one of the best since I'm vegan). We've tried everything and we loved all the dishes. Our favorite was the Mexican Bowl, amazing!

Great experience and fair prices. make sure you book a table (at least if you're going to dinner) as it is a pettit place. We had tofu "Nuggets" and 2 different burgers and the whole meal was delicious

Very tasty meals, fantastic wine of the house!, nice staff (all women :) ), nice decoration and cosy atmosphere. Prices are absolutely justified! Just one comment: I would have preferred the sweet potatoes and the black beans to be hot in the mexican bowl. But if the recipe has to be like that, then it was absolutely tasty! Sehr schmackhafte Gerichte, fantastischer Hauswein!, netter Service (alle Frauen :) ), schöne Dekoration und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt! Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: Ich hätte die Süßkartoffeln und die Schwarzbohnen gerne warm in der mexican bowl gehabt. Aber wenn das Rezept so sein soll, dann war es total lecker!

Lugar muito simpático e aconchegante, o menu é bastante interessante e acessível. A refeição foi muito saborosa e equilibrada. A única coisa que me despontou um pouco foi o tempo de espera, esperava um serviço mais rápido para um almoço a meio da semana, mas quero lá voltar concerteza, mas irei com mais tempo para apreciar.
