Pedimos um linguini de frutos do mar que estava com gosto muito forte. Não recomendo. As garçonetes brigavam entre si. Estranhei. Não volto.

One star as was a nice looking place with a lovely little garden. I can't say anything more positive about this place..our friends waited 2 hours to get their food, we joined them as they were getting their starters and then placed our order. Our food never actually arrived. We never got to eat.

Comfortable casual restaurant under guesthouse. The lunch menu is well priced. The fried pork, supposedly Porto favorite, with potatoes or rice are delicious. The soup is good too. Attentive service.

Had a lovely dinner here during a short stay in Porto. I had the seafood linguine and my husband had the risotto. Both were delicious. Very flavorful with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent. We got our food quickly and were able to relax and enjoy our night. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I can’t agree with the previous ratings. The food was okayish but not great and waaaay overpriced. Half the price would have been appropriate for the quality we got. Seemed a bit like a hobby cook was in the kitchen but not a professional.

Somewhat of a surprise find. We went there for a late and light lunch. We got a table in the pretty backyard garden. Food was delicious and service good (just a little on the slow side).

We were pretty exhausted from the day of travelling, and this place was nearby. Best decision of the day! The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and attentive and the view of the city topped it all off. We had dinner, and enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast the next day - also a great decision

I was curious about local food in Porto. Francesinha, looking like lasagna, yet being a sandwich, blew my mind by its rich and flavourful sauce. Arguably fries a francesinha gets traditionally served with are unnecessary here unless you happen to be a big eater.
A goat cheese with pumpkin jelly I had for dessert was a perfect balance of salty and sweet, lovely!
Yet another day in Porto was definitely not wasted.

It honestly doesn’t look like much from the front but this is very cute little restaurant with a lovely garden out the back (great view over the fence too!)

Went by there baesd on reviews. Stood in the entry way (two of us) and waited several minutes while three staff at the waiter station had a chat and ignored us, despite one of them looking our way a couple of times. We left and ate elsewhere. Too bad.

Encontrei o lugar por acaso, fica junto ao hostel que leva o mesmo nome.
Atendimento muito bom e comida também boa. Porém, o preço e a quantidade de comida não é das melhores. Mas, vale a pena experimentar, principalmente as saladas.

Un trato excelente,sobre todo siendo la cena de Nochevieja. Agradecer a Antonio y al resto de personal el trabajo y buen trato. La crema de marisco, el pescado y la carne MUY buenos, maridados con buenos vinos. Los vinos bien elegidos y el ambiente muy agradable.Restaurante MUY recomendable. También dispone de terraza interior.

Espaço muito agradável, com ambiente acolhedor. Relativamente ao que jantamos, entrada de folhado de alheira e cogumelos muito bom, prato principal foi Risotto que não correspondeu às expectativas, sobremesa boa. Funcionário muito simpático, atencioso e profissional, no entanto tinham outra funcionária totalmente despropositada, arrogante e que gerou conflitos com várias pessoas até noutras mesas.

Must admit we were very dissapointed with food here and price was quite high, compared to some smaller, local places with much better food. Soup was not the best, too griesy, pasta with shrimps was just satisfactory. Had the feeling food was missing spices, even garlic was incredibly weak for Portuguese kitchen. You will only pay for nice interior, nothing else.

We ordered the salmon with cauliflower puree - and it was delicious. Also, ordered risotto and asked for beef to be added (we were hungry). Beef was good but the risotto was ok. Good coffee. Great service. Chef came out to say hello. Overall it was a positive experience.

문어 요리를 시켜서 먹었는데 문어 툭유의 맛이 안나는건 아쉽지만 정말 부드럽고 맛있습니다 다만 2명이서 시켜서 먹었지만 양이 상당히 많습니다
혹시라도 가셨을때 직원들이 메뉴판을 늦게 주거나 주문을 늦게 받는다고 인종 차별이라고는 생각하지 말아주세요
제 옆에 있는 현지인 테이블은 온지 20분 만에 메뉴판을 받고 온지 40분만에 주문 했습니다
아마도 이런게 흔한 일인듯 합니다
또 제 뒤 테이블은 주문을 잘못받아 다른 음식이 나온듯 하네요 ㅎㅎ
저는 와서 바로 주문받고 음식도 빨리 나왔지만 10분째 계산서를 기다리고 있네요
유럽에 오셨으니 유럽인들처럼 숨죽여 종업원과 눈치싸움을 해보시는것도 좋을거 같습니다 ㅎㅎ

A não repetir!
Fui a um jantar de aniversário de uma amiga e foram vários os percalços.
Atendimento começou bem e foi piorando, piorando
Comida, nada de especial com empratamento "grosseiro" Barriga de porco confitada.
Falta de louça lavada para servir o bolo de aniversário sugeriram guardanapos
Para fechar avisaram o grupo de 25 pessoas que tínhamos de sair do restaurante até às 0h00 caso contrário existia uma taxa extra a ser cobrada
Nota medíocre, a não voltar e a não recomendo a ninguém.
Não gostei da experiência.
Jantar de grupo com sopa de legumes, Barriga de porco confitada, tarde de maçã com gelado, café, vinho doseado ou 1 refrigerante por pessoa: 23€

Loved the atmosphere and the hospitality at this restaurant! The dishes were excellent - I had the linguine Nero and I could not stop eating even though I was full. Our waiter was so friendly and made us feel very welcome - recommend!

What a find ! The food absolutely gorgeous , lovely setting with a little outdoor area overlooking the river (and many roofs ). Very relaxed and food is cooked to perfection . Not expensive at all for European wallets. Waitresses could be more engaging ( especially the taller one ) but that’s maybe just my opinion . We had a fantastic lunch . It’s hidden at one of the back streets - if you can find it - we strongly recommend !

We went in this place throught Fork, with a 30% discount. Actually a friend of mine suggested me the place, saying me I had to bring there my father (I am spending few days in Porto with him), who worked for 30 years in a Michelen star restaurant in Taormina, Sicily, because, supposedly, it was a place with good food and nice atmosphere. We arrived there and realized immediately waiters were not attentive, at least, not with us. Every other table, once arrived, got a plate with bread, oil and butter: not for us. We've been totally ignored for around 15 minutes. After that, a waiter came, and we ordered. After around 180 seconds from the order, a vegetable soup we asked for was served. We still had not the wine we asked, not the bread we asked, but just the soup. After few minutes we got the wine and the bread: 30 minutes from our arrival passed. We got our main dishes at 21.35. Francesinha, ordered was my father, was very oily and bland, meat was not cooked enough. My risotto was, simply, a disaster: no salt in it, ingredients seemed raw, it was liquid, and a risotto can't be liquid. We asked for the bill. The waiter brought us a wrong one. We said that. She brought us another bill, again wrong one. Than she disappeared. We tried to have eye contact with her and to claim her attention, in any possible way, for 20 minutes, without success. We finally had to ask to another waiter for the right bill. The guy, very nicely, did again the receipt, a new one, so we paid and left.
I think that a restaurant is not just about the food (which, by the way, was an apocalypse) but also about the service (which, was a disaster). Maybe we've been unlucky. For sure, we'll not come back.

Fomos para um jantar de grupo e os pratos vieram demasiado espaçados. Metade da mesa foi servida e a outra metade viu-se obrigada a esperar pelo menos mais 10 minutos.
No geral a comida era agradável mas face à qualidade preço, os pratos ficam um pouco a desejar.
Poucas sobremesas estavam disponíveis das da carta e o cheesecake de amendoim era mais parecido com um mousse do mesmo...
Serviço um pouco lento mas simpático.

Oh my lord, get the seafood tagliatelle. It was SO good! Maybe even the best pasta I've ever eaten. The staff are lovely and accommodating. So glad we walked past here for a late night meal. Delish!

Don't be scared by the hidden entrance.. This is a truly gem in Porto. The location is cosy and the staff welcomes you with courtesy and a smile always ready for you. The prices are very honest, 45 euros for dinner for 2 persons with a bottle of wine. The food.. was amazing! I loved the prawns with curry and rice, best even eaten!

Attractively designed and decorated restaurant on the ground floor of a guesthouse by the same name. There is a beautiful garden with tables in the back. They serve breakfast (7€ pp), lunch and dinner.
At lunch bedside their regular menu they offer a daily menu that includes soup, entree, beverage and coffee for 9.50€, an excellent price.
We went there for lunch and the special daily menu entree was stuffed pork roulade served over rice, which was very good. We also ordered pasta pomodoro (8.50€). The pasta was good but a bit too much sauce. The soup of the day, vegetable soup, was tasty but could have been a tad more hot.
The service was excellent. Our server, Mariel was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We will go back.

Having worked in yours bistro for a few weeks, i always wondered about how some of its dishes tasted while serving them to my costumers. And so today as i was walking nearby to buy some school material i made the hasty decision to eat something there. I did not have much time but i thought i could have some starter before I left to a scheduled compromise.
To this occasion, I chose a folhado de queijo de cabra (pastry with goat cheese inside). One could think i would be a bit preoccupied with questions of time from some reviewers here in tripadvisor, but that was not really the case. The folhado was overall of my liking. It is goat cheese inside puff pastry with nuts and almonds and it is topped with a sweet jam. Although I am not really in favour of mixing cheese with sweet, the pastry and the compota combined well with the mixed salad served on bottom. Nevertheless, at the end i had the sensarion that the cheese could be accompanied with something else...
All in all it was a nice little meal for the time being!

So fantastic! So glad we stumbled across this little gem. Delicious food and a beautifully decorated restaurant with a very pretty little outdoor area. Every so slightly chaotic, but good and very charming and friendly service.

Lovely! I had a lunch set menu, with a soup as a starter, this lovely sea bream as a main, as well as a glass of wine, bread and a coffee for less than 10€. It's hidden so not many people there, and there's a lovely garden. Recommended!
