We were at this store as a family about two weeks ago after the boat tour. Our first reaction was that they werent expecting clients that day. We were served a port that was truly bad. First time I had a bad experience with Port in Porto. So we asked for some additional information about the Port and its quality and the guy that was serving us didnt really give us a very nice response (made us feel like he didnt want us there.) It was a slow tuesday. However we had the luck of meeting Helena, she was super nice and helpful. She gave us a nice explanation about the wines and gave us some really good recommendations for which bottles to buy. However she seemed a bit embarassed about her colleagues attitude (I assume he was her superior) Unfortunately our experience wasnt the best at your shop due to your employees attitude due to a feeling of not being wanted there. However Helena did a great job and we're very proud to show off the bottles we bought there at our christmas dinner table later on this year. Thank you Helena :)

Perfect.We can try various types of Porto wine.That is totally different from other touristic one.You should try.even it is reasonable price.Tasty.I love it.Stuff is also kind and nice.They explane abt what the each wine is like.I want to come back.

Is it a wine shop when you only sell one brand? Did a tasting menu which was well priced, but I think the name is a bit misleading. Come here to try Portal port wine.

Puedes tomarte unas copas de vino a precio muy asequible, las tapas también están bastante bien. A mi me ha gustado el sitio. Los dos camareros, muy atentos.
