Nice apartments in a really good location. Stairs smell funky. The portable A/C unit in the room is a pain to use. Rooms should have safes.

I expected the owner to there upon arrival. I let him know that my best efforts would allow us to arrive at an estimated time. Due to a lost bag we arrived 10 minutes later than expected. We were out on the street with two carry one and a suitcase. Finally, a door to the apartment opened but it wasnt the owner. That person contacted th owner and he showed up about 30 minutes after we arrived. This is an excellent apartment but a three story walk up with luggage is difficult. On the bright side Yoan was very helpful. The room is not expensive if you contrast that with the EXE hotel up the block. I would recommend this place as it is central to downtown and walking distance to many sights.

Il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano e la vista dava sul retro del palazzo. Ideale per 2 persone. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ambiente piccolo ma ben fornito di comfort (insonorizzazione, clima, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bagno spazioso, cucina, wi-fi, bottiglia di vino di benvenuto...). Si trova in una laterale vicino alla piazza principale e comodo alla fermata della metro/tram di Aliados (Linea gialla "D"). Anche la zona è molto tranquilla nonostante la ricca presenza di ristoranti, fast-food, pub. A poca distanza ci sono anche dei minimarket.

Our stay at BO Almada was wonderful. The apartment was clean, newly decorated, well-appointed, and central to a main square taxi stand, restaurants, supermarket, promenades and historic sites. Yoan and his crew were exceptionally attentive and he gave a great orientation to both the apartment and to Porto. Rain? No worries, umbrellas are provided, and there is a good selection of family DVDs as backup. They even lend you a smart phone with 30 min daily service for GPS and international calls. BO Almada is the perfect complement to a walkable, safe, clean, magical city!!

Perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub in Porto. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im BO Hotel Almada 346, hatten die schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super Lage, um Porto per Fuß zu erkunden, inklusive vieler Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir bekamen auch gute Tipps von unserem Vermieter, Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartement in schöner Lage. Viel Platz, tolles Bett, komplette Küche, Handy to-go, TV, WiFi, modern, ansprechend. Wirklich gut.Sehr nette Rezeption!

We loved our stay in BB Almada 346. The welcome we received on arrival was friendly, informative, efficient and we couldn’t as for more. The studio was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Well above our expectations and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Totally loved our stay and loved beautiful Porto.

Great location - about 100 yards off the main tourist area. Apartment fine - only complaint was squeaky floorboards! We were given a phone which was a great idea so we could google or call any attraction (or friend)!!

Stayed in a loft apartment on the top floor. No lift but unless you have mobility issues it would not be a problem and I’m far from the fittest person out there! Impeccably clean and very well equipped with cooking facilities but you’d be mad to cook when there is so many cheap and great restaurants on offer in Porto. Bed very comfortable too. Apartment is Very well located it made for a perfect short trip to Porto with a great introduction from the host Yoan. Don’t hesitate just book!

Hermoso apartamento, es nuevo y decorado con delicado y exquisito gusto. El único problema es que es imposible aparcar en el lugar. En nuestro caso dejamos nuestro automóvil a una distancia considerable y desde allí con el calor que hacía nos desplazamos con nuestro equipaje en varias oportunidades y las veredas son demasiado angostas.

This rental apartments are not bad on customer service but finding the building where the apartment was difficult. The building wasn't labeled with any signage as we had to ask a local shop owner where it was. The A/C barely worked to cool the room and there was only one partially used toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Could be better.

Great apartment. Walking distance to all major sites. Very modern and clean. Fantastic receptionist and maids, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A very well positioned property with easy walk to all the sights and the river. If you have a car then parking down the road (200m) is 23 euro a night, and if you walk about 700m then there is daily car parking at the supermarket (VIa Caterina) for 9 euro per day.

Towels not clean, very old towels been washed for years so really you can tell its not clean or something wrong with it. The red couch way too nasty, dirty, full of food crumbs, food stick to the couch. The cover sheet was dusty black. In a matter of fact we were looking for another hotel to spend the other nigh but everything was packed. No parking and the nearest one 15min walk or you lucky to find a spot in the street. Was really 2 very nasty nights!!!

Positif: Le confort de la chambre, du lit. On a envie de rester allongé toute la journée. La déco est simple mais les petites touches sont parfaites. Tout est fonctionnelle. On se sentait comme à la maison. La salle de bain était immense et parfaitement propre. Nous étions proche de tout à pied. La vue n'était pas terrible mais on était pas là pour regarder par la fenêtre. Le bâtiment était très beau.. Négatif: absolument rien!

Positiv: Studio war genau wie auf dem Bild, sehr sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut, wobei man auch sagen muss, dass Porto sehr klein ist und gut zu fuss erkundbar ist. Großes better, genug platz für 2. Negativ: Leider kommt mit der zentralen lage auch viel lärm, vor allen wenn man abends mit offenem fenster schlafen möchte wegen der wärme, air conditioner funktionierte nicht, die fenster sind zur strassenseite hin, die sehr belaufen ist und dazu kam noch, dass nebenan bauarbeiten ab 8Uhr (am WE) gemacht wurden mit unheimlich viel Lärm (nach einer langen nacht nicht empfehlenswert --> da würde ich vorher nochmal fragen, ob die Baustelle noch vorhanden ist); late check in kostete uns 20EUR, was vorher nicht explizit genannt wurde

Un apartamento con una ubicación excelente. El único problema es que hay que buscar un aparcamiento. Está todo muy nuevo y tanto el baño como le cocina y la cama son muy buenas. Volvería sin dudarlo

Perfekte für eine Stadturlaub, da sehr zentral, wirklich alles ist in Laufnähe.Der Weg vom Flughafen zum Apartment wurde im Vorfeld per Email sehr genau beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und informativ. Ein Mitarbeiter war selbst während der Wochenenden erreichbar.Das Apartment enthält alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt (Kochzeile inklusive Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck).Alles prima und wirklich empfehlenswert, einzig das Gehen auf den Bodendielen ist deutlich zu hören (s. auch andere Bewertungen). Im Bad könnte gerne mehr Ablagefläche vorhanden sein.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with patio on the first floor. The apartment was well laid out and equipped with a clothes washing machine, which was very convenient. The bed was not the most comfortable, kinda soft. The room was very quiet from the outside noise, but the floor above us squeaked whenever someone walked. It was annoying, especially when the people in that apartment were night owls and came in very late. The hosts were great, and the apartment was cleaned every day. WIFI connection was very sporadic.

Positif: Excellente situation géographique. Un arrêt de métro est à quelques pas. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. Lumineux, spacieux, bien décoré, parfaitement fonctionnel. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine est très bien équipée (bouilloire, machine à café avec du bon café, vaisselle, lave linge et lave vaisselle, etc.). Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain qui est tout simplement parfaite. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rui qui a eu la patience de nous attendre alors que nous avions du retard, il a pris la peine de nous donner des tuyaux très utiles et un plan pour visiter la ville.. Négatif: Un service de chambre aurait été bien.

Great Studio in the heart of Porto. Close to the metro, but one can walk to all the best sights and eating establishments.? We stayed 3 nights and it met all our needs. Clean, modern and secure. Everything you need for a short break in the lovely city of Porto.

This place was very nice. It was close to the train station and lots of cafes. It was clean and the people were very nice. The guy who checked us in went gave us a map and highlighted the sites as well as telling us a good way to do them so that you were not walking up the hill the whole day.
