El departamento está muy bien ubicado y en general muy bien, para mi son 2 los problemas que al menos deben ser claros en la descripción de la propiedad:1) No hay acceso a los vehículos para llegar a la propiedad, así que por lo menos debes caminar un buen tramo con tu equipaje entre calles.2) la propiedad no tiene elevador hay que subir 3 pisos en unas escaleras con mucha pendiente con tu equipaje, bastante esfuerzo.

These apartments are set right on the waterfront, giving a great view of the local restaurants and the river, and across the river to the Porto district.The apartment we stayed in was fantastic, and had everything we needed, and more!The bedroom had blackout curtains, which was great for me, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was well equipped with a good range of equipment and plenty of glasses for drinking the local wine, which is excellent value.The balcony is small, but all local balconies appear to be small, and it is a great place to sit and sip, and watch the world goes by.Check in and check out is easy and straightforward.In summary, a great place to stay, a great location.

Großartige Lage direkt am Douro. Super Blick. Apartement mit top Ausstattung, neu renoviert im alten Fischerviertel. Trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nette Betreiber.

Fabulous location, convenient for Ponte Luiz. Great view across the Douro, you can sit in the apartment and choose which Port House to go to. The apartment is well equipped, but you will need to go shopping for essentials. Note that the coffee machine does use its own brand of coffee pods.! Restaurants, you won't go short of either.

Location in centro a porto, nel centro del quartiere Ribeira. Sconsigliato appartamento a piano terra che non ha sbocchi all'esterno e finestre ( 2 camera da letto ) e molto umido.

The host is warm and love to share his living experiences which are very helpful, including what to see and where to eat. We had great staying in Porto.

The location of the apartment is superb and it is as explained in the picture. Its a traditional old building with no lift, but has a lovely vintage vibe and extraordinary view of the bridge at the small balcony. Bathroom and kitchen is self explanatory and includes amendities(shampoo etc.), but you need to take turns for hot shower. One of the downfalls was that when we checked out, front door of the building was locked which is not expected nor explained. As we already left the keys inside the apt, we called office and they asked us to knock on other residents door when it was 3am. The guy from the office was going to come and resque us but it was going to take too long and we almost missed our flight. This needs to be explained to the guests prior to check out.

The property was as advertised and right on the river. It was located central to the Ribeira section of the city. It was easy to get to any part of the city from this locations. We were able to get into the apartment using a code to get access to a key to the apartment. In a short time a representative of the host, Luisa, arrived to give us an orientation to the apartment and Porto. Her command of the English language was exceptional. The views from the apartment, on the 4th floor, were panoramic and beautiful. We enjoyed staying at this apartment and would definitely consider it again when renting in Porto. One caution, I do not believe there is a elevator and the steps are steep to the apartment so this would probably not be a preferred apartment for everyone. However, we certainly enjoyed it.

Very Very Highly recommended apt. One of THE nicest places weve stayed in years of world travelling. Great group manages several Porto apts. Ours was along riverfront: 2 levels, 2 bedroom, 2 balconies - 1 on each level - upper floor balcony off master bedroom is a bit wider - v comfortable for sitting and eating.. Easy to access apt. Sent them email or text 2 days before arrival and they email you the code to get in building lobby and code to get room key out of lock box. Simple & safe. Staff will meet at apt to help you get in but we absolutely didnt find it necessary. For this apartment location, make SURE you take regular taxi cab from airport / train station since non-taxis can not access the river front walkway that gets closest to front door - taxis can get in.Location was 12/10 - right along river. Incredible view. Crazy pretty. Room was also 12/10 - super new / clean / very nicely modern decorated / furnished. Bed very comfortable. Main bathroom circular shower stall maybe a bit small but Im over 6 foot and over 210 lbs and I had no problem using it. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Kitchen made apt even more useful as made several meals to eat on balcony - including watching sunset. LOADS of nightlife and restaurants in this area. Only euro 10 uber ride uphill to heart of locals dining areas including near University. - cheaper by bus / metro.Planning to return to this apartment in November.

Excellent location. The apartment is exactly as the pictures are showing. The only drawback was that there were very steep stairs as the apartment is in the 3rd floor. Not recommended for older people. Very Clean place and very attentive staff. They provide you with a cell phone to use while you are there.

The location doesn’t get any better. Right on the river what an incredible view! I would have coffee provided by them on my terrace every morning listening to the sea birds. The building was quiet for me, the bed A+,air conditioning as cold as you want and there were 2 nice unites in my 1 bedroom. Cozy and sweet with such great charm. The staff was incredible. The best experience I have had. Love this place! Hugo checked me in and oriented me on the area. Marco gave me plenty of ideas of what to do and how to do it. Spent lots of time with me and was a great help! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Porto I believe is the most charming city I have been in and the people there are friendly. You can walk to everything you want to see from here. Close to a famous bridge that you can walk across to the other city across the river. Go to the top of the monastery for the best views of your life! I will be returning here and staying in these apartments when I return!!!

The location of this apartment is amazing - we were right in the heart of the action from the moment we arrived! Beautiful views over the river and the bridge. The apartment - especially bathroom - are small, but that is expected due to the size of the historic building it is in.

Location, right in front of the Ebro, couldn’t be any better. You better be in good shape to take your luggage upstairs to the 4th floor if you get that apartment. .

Positif: emplacement idéal cais de Ribeiro. Vue magique sur le quai et le fleuve. accueil, propreté, salle de séjour, cuisine, grande chambre , parfait, propre, beau décor. Négatif: L'appartement est au 3ème étage, à éviter en cas de problème de santé ou d'âge avancé. Une chambre est en mezzanine avec échelle pentue, mezzanine sans rambarde.

Positiv: Beliggenheden var perfekt og i gåafstand til det hele. Udsigten var smuk og lejligheden var dejlig tilpas til 2 personer. Det trådløse internet fungerede upåklageligt. Badeværelset var fint og der var rigeligt med varmt vand. Duschsæben var lækker. Personalet venlige.. Negativ: Dobbeltsengen var meget smal til 2 personer (max 140 cm). Der var ikke viskestykker i lejligheden. Vi boede 5 nætter i lejligheden og der var INGEN rengøring på noget tidspunkt. Det var værst på badeværelsesgulvet, da det lå lige ved siden af indgangen til entreen og skidt og snavs blev derfor ofte ført med derind. På døren i lejligheden stod der at der ville blive gjort rent på 3. dagen. Det skete aldrig.

Fantastisch hotel met een perfect uitzicht

Arrivati l'8 di dicembre. Festivo. Ho chiamato come accordi e sono arrivata sul posto, dopo qualche minuto sono arrivati a consegnarmi le chiavi. L'appartamento viene venduto come per 4 persone perchè in effetti è ampio. Ma ha una camera con due letti alla francese, quindi una piazza e mezza. :( Materassi scomodissimi. Acqua calda da boiler che bastava a malapena per farsi due docce singole. Poi bisognava aspettare che si scaldava di nuovo l'acqua e la temperatura della stessa era sufficiente. Però c'è la vasca...impossibile da usare visto la mancanza di acqua. Cucina media, attrezzata e una bella vista sul fiume e le cantine di Vila Nova de Gaia. L'appartamento era riscaldato con due termosifoni elettrici in tutta l'abitazione e la temperatura era un po deludente visto il freddo e il brutto tempo. Forse con una stagione e una temperatura migliore, si può sopportare il materasso scomodo, ma con l'inverno, no. Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Positiv: Unkomplizierte Komunikation per Mail und vor Ort. Das zusätzlich gebuchte Frühstück hat sich super gelohnt. Jeden Morgen um die vereinbarte Zeit klopfte es an der Tür und das reichhaltige Frühstück wurde uns überbracht. Sehr zentral gelegen. Jetzt im November waren die Tage schön warm jedoch die Nächte recht kühl. Somit genossen wir es zwischendruch uns kurz umziehen zu können. Blick auf den Fluss und die Umgebung wunderbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiter.. Negativ: Keine

好意的: 目の前にドウロ川が流れており、眺めが非常に良い。テラスは狭いが、軽食をつまむのには十分であった。近くのベーカリー等から朝ごはんを調達し、テラスで食べるのが最高だった。 ベッドの寝心地が非常に良かった。. 否定的: 強いて言えば、少し駅から遠いところである。坂道を下ってつくので、疲れた旅の後に泊まることを考えると、悪くないかもしれない。 また、日本人にはそこまで気にならなかったが、部屋は少々狭めだろう。

Positiv: Beliggenheden er bare fantastisk med udsigt over Dourofloden og mindst 10 portvins kældre, lige på den anden side af floden man kan besøge.

Positief: Het appartement was compleet en erg schoon. Nette inrichting, erg vriendelijke en meedenkende hosts. De shuttle naar het vliegtuig was een mooie, luxe auto met een correcte chauffeur en alles was goed geregeld. Op de heenweg hadden we vooraf een eigen taxi geboekt. Als we deze locatie in de toekomst bezoeken maken we zeker gebruik van de hotelshuttle, echt een aanrader!. Negatief: Mijn moeder vond het bed wat hard, maar dat was dan ook het enige minpunt.

На момент заселения в номере не была закончена уборка.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception center near our apartment. The hostess spent time going over the areas of interest and I can vouch these were good tips and made our stay even better. Ask about where to get fried octopus! So good! That said, if you're looking for a place to stay on Porto's Ribeira, these apartments are perfectly located. If you're looking for a spacious apartment, you may be disappointed. Also, the staircase is very steep so it's not appropriate for people with mobility issues.

Positiv: Det var en succesoplevelse! Søde Joana på Go2PortoRivers kontor havde arrangeret at vi blev hentet af en taxa i lufthavnen meget sent om aftenen så vi blev kørt direkte til lejligheden. Taxachaufføren havde også nøglen til os. Flot service! Lejligheden viste sig udover at være perfekt og flot indrettet, at byde på den mest fantastiske udsigt over Douro og Gaia bydelen med alle portvinshusene. Beliggenheden i en lillebitte gade umiddelbart ved Douros bred i Ribeira var et fantastisk udgangspunkt for at opleve Porto! At naboen var en gourmetrestaurant med fadomusik hver aften, gjorde kun det hele endnu mere fantastisk! Vi har været mange steder, også mange med flot beliggehed, men denne her er en af de allerbedste! Her vi vi meget gerne tilbage til! PS) Billedet er taget fra lejlighedens balkon.... Negativ: -

It's hard to find. The apartment is lovely, clean and has a amazing view on the river. The location is quite good, everything except the ocean is reachable by foot. However having been there in february the apartment was quite cold. There were two heaters with which it was tolerable. The staff is super nice and helps you find your way around the city.
