Позитивен: Прекрасна стая с отлично обзавеждане в обновена сграда.. Негативен: В апартамента имаше кафе машина, но нямаше кафе и захар. Имаше и кана за гореща вода, но нямаше чай. Така че уредите бяха абсолютно неизползваеми, кой по дяволите си носи кафе от вкъщи?.

Положительный: Очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Очень чистый номер, в реальности он мне понравился больше чем на фото. Единственно, чего не хватило, так это места где можно было бы сушить белье, полотенца.. Негативный: С ключами у нас возникла проблемка, так как не взяли зарание контакты, что бы позвонить через WhatsApp из соседнего кафе, а португальской телефонной карточки не было, но спасибо, португальский прохожим, которые помогли нам созвониться с хозяевами и те сразу же пришли. Но еще возник вопрос с тем, что мы получили не тот номер, который бронировали, но это скорее вопрос к сервису бугинг ком..

Положительный: Идеальное место для посещения Порту. Апартаменты находятся в одном из узеньких домиков, характерных для центра города, а внутри свежий стильный ремонт в духе Португалии. У нас был номер-студия с огромным балконом, на кухне было все необходимое, вплоть до тостера и кофе-машины, которая варит капучино из капсул (их надо купить в супермаркете). В номере было идеально чисто - как-будто до нас там никто не жил)) До центра не далеко: туда пешком с горки, обратно на метро в горку. Хозяева очень гостеприимные. В таких апартаментах можно провести выходные, неделю, месяц и даже год ).

Положительный: Апартаменты замечательные, хозяйка все показала и рассказала, чисто и уютно, в 3 минутной до ходимости до магазина, 15 минут идти до просто невообразимой кафешки с сладостями, к центру города не далеко.. Негативный: может не понравиться, что рядом находится ночной клуб, слегка шумновато если любите спать с открытии окнами, но если закрыть ставни, то ничего не слышно..

Positiva: Fuimos en familia, 2 adultos con 2 niños y muy bien, el apartamento es mas que suficiente para una estancia de una semana. Es un edificio recién reformado y todo esta impecable. Calidad precio muy muy bien. Los dueños muy amables. 100% recomendable. Negativa: Los colchones no son del todo cómodos. La ubicación aun no estando mal no esta en el centro como dicen algunos. Tienes 15-20 minutos bajando a pie al centro. A la subida mejor coger metro que queda como a 5 minutos. Una vez sabiendo esto no tiene problema alguno. Nosotros anduvimos muy bien..

Positivo: Excelente apartamento, todo renovado, em zona muito central Muito confortável e bem decorado. Negativo: Luz do corredor liga-se muito durante a noite, sugiro tapar um bocadinho melhor a porta Perto de uma discoteca, apesar de que não houveram incidentes ou barulhos no exterior.

Positivo: Da comodidade e localização do apartamento. Da decoração e da simpatia do staff. Fica perto do centro, podemos chegar a pé ao coração do Porto. Tem um óptimo estacionamento público mesmo ao lado, a 150 metros e paga-se 10 euros por 24h.. Negativo: Gostámos de tudo.

Положительный: Нам понравилось расположение жилья, было чисто и красиво, хороший ремонт. Доброжелательный персонал.. Негативный: Кондиционера не хватало, для обогрева. Ночью спали в тёплой одежде. Особенно прохладно после того как принимаешь душ. Не нашли фен. Не хватило туалетной бумаги..

Positif: Bonjour, appartement assez loin du centre ville historique à pied , plus de 20 minutes de marche. appartement très propre, mais problème de douche , pas assez de pression. Abattant Wc cassé. Deuxièmement problème de chauffage , donc appartement froid niveaux du salon et chaud sur la mezzanine. Mais prix et juste et correct..

Positiva: La ubicación estaba muy céntrico el duplex estaba bien la persona que nos atendió era agradable todo en general estaba bien. Negativa: Al ser un duplex la calefacción era de aire acondicionado entonces sólo estaba caliente la parte de arriba la de abajo estaba frío la cama de arriba era muy incómoda mucho ruido.

La ubicación es excelente, teniendo un parking privado muy cerca a buen precio. Las habitaciones están muy bien acondicionadas y limpias, y el personal te ayuda a guiarte por la ciudad indicandote los mejores sitios para moverte y como. Para repetir.

Positive: The appartement was confortable and well located. Negative: They told us they would come and clean the apartment every 3 days and they never came, and we didn't have anything for us to at least clean the floor. They didn't change the towels either although they promised to do it. They gave us only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days, and I had to ask for more twice before I was given 1 more. And the bin was tiny (20 cm approx) and could never changed it because there were not bags in the appartment and no one came to do it..

Positif: Ancien bâtiment entièrement rénové en 2017 , autant dire que tout était en excellent état . Le personnel nous a très bien accueilli et orienté vers de bonnes adresses. Résidence très bien placée à deux pas d’une station de métro et à proximité de toutes commodité.. Négatif: Un petit moins pour la résidence qui ne possède aucun écriteau , qui au premier abord peut paraître douteux.Mais vu qu’il s’agit d’un bâtiment classé, il est impossible pour eux d’afficher quoique ce soit sur la façade. Donc rassurez-vous il n’y a pas d’arnaque.

Négatif: Difficultés à repérer le a) le numéro du bâtiment (tout pt à 4 m du sol), b) aucune indication de la Guest House (pas de nom visible), le numéro de téléphone n'est pas celui de la personne réceptionniste; une chance que par hasard elle est sortie de la porte pour accompagner un client. Chambre vétuste au RDC surélevé; porte d'entrée avec espaces et les bruits d'autres gens qui s’arrêtent sur le palier pour discuter, est comme s'ils était dans la pièce. Boite de nuit à coté et bruit des gens en plus de ceux de la route. Le lits est un canapé couchage perpendiculaire ceux qui oblige la personne intérieure à réveiller le compagnon s'il dois se lever. Pas de pt déjeuner inclus? et rien fourni (ni sucre, ni sel, ou autres éléments de première nécessité)..

Negative: Be aware the pictures are very misleading, they are for the whole building, not the room you choose. My room is a basement. The ventilation is very bad, the room had some smell. the small window is aligned with street ground. No one want to open the window to let the dust from the street come in. It's not an apartment with a living room and a bedroom separately , even though the description said a living room and a bedroom. the owner stick to state that the room meets all description mentioned on booking.com, then I would like to say it's a kind of fraud or misleading, why he not show the pictures of the stairs to the somber basement, and the small basement window aligns with street ground?.

Positiv: Wir sind um 00:30 ihr angekommen und das Check-in war sehr ausführlich und freundlich. Wir haben auch sehr viele Infos erhalten, wo wir Fisch essen können, Strände,...außerhalb von Porto sowie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße. Alles super problemlos, wir würden immer wieder kommen..

Positief: Centrale ligging, stad op loopafstand via een drukke winkelstraat. Parkeren voor langere duur eenvoudig te regelen bij een parkeerterrein vlakbij. Let er op dat dit parkeerterrein op zondag gesloten is. Je kunt er dan wel af maar niet meer op. Tip: ga lopend naar de stad en neem de metro terug. Dit scheelt je heel wat hoogtemeters. Negatief: Er stond vermeld dat de appartementen een oven zouden hebben en dat er toegang zou zijn tot de tuin. Dit was beide niet het geval. Het studio-appartement was op de tweede etage en was niet heel groot, door het enige raam wel een aardig uitzicht..

Positief: Prima appartement. Enkele jaren oud. Aan de voorkant zie je niet dat hier een fraai verbouwd pand achter de gevel schuil gaat. De eigenaresse voorzag ons van een plattegrond en heel bruikbare tips. Wij hadden een appartement aan de achterzijde. Heel rustig. Er is een parkeerplaats (‘s nachts niet bewaakt) op 100 meter afstand. Het centrum is in ca 10 tot 15 minuten lopend bereikbaar. Terug doe je er iets langer over (heuvel op ).. Negatief: Waar wij niet aan hadden gedacht was dat we op de 2de etage een appartement hadden. Dat was voor ons geen probleem. Er is geen lift..

Pozytywna: Apartamenty nowocześnie urządzone, mieliśmy 5/6 w całej kamienicy.
Blisko centrum historycznego. Standard wysoki, wystarczający dla 2 dorosłych i dwójki dzieci.
Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny.
Modernly furnished apartments, we had 5/6 in the entire tenement house. Very near historical centrum. Apartaments high standard, sufficit for 2 adults and two children. The owner very nice and helpful.. Negatywna: NIe moge nic złego powiedzieć :).

Positive: Mara and her husband are very pleasant hosts. They tried to give us as much useful information as possible. We were in a small but very well equipped apartment. We had everything we needed. The location is very good, the only problem is that Porto is hilly and you have to keep going uphill and downhill. We left Porto in the evening and the hosts allowed us to stay in the apartment until 5 pm.. Negative: The bed was not quite comfortable. It's actually a sofa that spins into a sleeping bed. There is a device (some kind of water heater) in the closet which is very noisy when it is switched on (it happens automatically). Fortunately, there is a shutdown switch and we used it while we were in the apartment. In the neighboring apartments there was a group of very noisy girls. When they returned from the city in the middle of the night, it was like a stampede. But I suppose it's not usual.

Positiv: Personal recht freundlich. Neue Ausstattung und recht preiswert. Großer Parkplatz in der Nähe (gut bei Mietwagen).. Negativ: Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Richtung zur Hauptstraße - somit war es laut. Sehr schmutzige Gegend. Hundekot auf den Gehwegen, seltsames Volk usw. Man läuft zudem recht lang bis in die Altstadt. Die Türen zum Hausflur sind sehr hellhörig. Ausziehcouch sehr unbequem. Doppelbett war ok.

Positive: Appartamento appena ristrutturato ,pulito e confortevole. Cucina ben attrezzata e funzionante.
Ottima anche la resede esclusiva dell'appartamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo all'altezza.
Si consiglia di non parcheggiare in strada onde evitare multe , ma di rivolgersi al parcheggio privato a pagamento (otto euro al giorno ) che è a 50 metri dall'appartamento.

Positive: The owners of the place looked after ourselves very properly. The room was very clean, basically brand new. Great location. I recommend this property 100%.. Negative: Other guests were making noise during the night.

Положительный: Отлично отреставрированный старинный особняк. Найти легко. Хозяин встретил. Хозяин очень дружелюбный. Дал много советов. Апартаменты новые. Очень чистые. Хорошо обставленные и укомплектованные. Большой современный телевизор со спутниковыми каналами. WIFI с хорошей скоростью. Имелась собственная кухня. Кровать удобная. Постельные принадлежности белоснежные. Основные пешеходные улицы и достопримечательности находятся в пешеходной доступности. Отопление осуществляется кондиционером. Хозяин включил нам отопление перед нашим заселением. Это было очень приятно, поскольку на улице было холодно.. Негативный: Парковка только общественная на улице. Имеются ограничения по времени. Рядом есть парковка с длинным периодом, но я не смог разобраться, как она работает. Проблемой это не стало, так как проживали на выходных, а на выходных парковка на улицах бесплатна. Однако если проживание в будние дни, нужно заранее задуматься над тем, куда девать машину.

Olumlu: Tesis sahipleri beklediğimizden daha cana yakın ve sıcakkanlıydılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Şehirle alakalı tavsiyelerde bulundular. Rezervasyon yaptığımız odayı talebimiz olmadan daha büyüğü ile değiştirdiler. Odalar yüksek tavanlı, ferah ve yeni. Ayrıca güvenlik sistemi mevcut. Bu da yetmedi bizi kapıya kadar uğurladılar . Olumsuz: Şehir merkezine 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde, bizim için sorun yaratmadı. Ama yürümekten hoşlanmıyorsanız burası size göre uygun olmayabilir.

Negazione: Eravamo alloggiati in cantina sotto il livello della strada con puzza a di umidità e fogna terribile. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare appartamento ma mm era possibile. È arrivato un idraulico che ha tamponato per qualche ora il problema,ma si è riproposto la notte successiva. Dalle finestre posizionate subito dietro la testata del letto (quindi che non si potevano lasciare aperte di notte) si vedevano i piedi delle persone che passeggiavano per strada...non si può vendere un appartamento così antigienico. Mi raccomando chiedete di non alloggiare in cantina.
