Wonderful location! Steps from major sites. Fabulous breakfast spread. Super wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Espresso and hot water maker in room was a treat. Mattress is a bit firm, but overall room was wonderful, modern and comfortable. Great shower. Hair dryer, wifi etc. Very quiet as well. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing and very pleasing. Breakfast gave a lot of options and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, a place to recommend when visiting Porto.

Non si può non dare 5 stelle a questo hotel. Modernissimo, personale accogliente e gentile, al vostro arrivo vi sarà offerto un bicchiere di porto e una pastel, dolce meraviglioso! Colazione ricca, varia, con piatti preparati al momento. Unica nota negativa : la moquette in una parte della camera.

Siamo stati dal 15/03 al 17/03...pessima esperienza...no accappatoi, no ciabatte (anche se abbiamo richiesto) abbiamo caminato nella camera piccolissima a piedi nudi nel pavimento freddo. Cialda del caffe soltanto 4 e quando abbiamo chiesto altre erano a pagamento e c'era ancora mezza bustina si zucchero da recuperare....lascia perdere. Nella doccia la porta non si chiude e l'acqua arriva fino al letto. Pulizia bagno scarsa... Abbiamo chiesto lo sconto della colazione dato che partivano alle 7 di mattina e loro la servono dalle 7 in poi...senza esito....non lo consiglio assolutamente.

Design of the hotel, special lobby, is nice. Manager is very friendly and helpful, solved our problem :) Problem that we had: our upgraded room on the 5th floor was very loud! Would not recommend the 5th floor.

Super loud, could barely sleep.. small rooms and most of them are under maintenance due to poor quality, the service is not appropriate and they don’t take you serious! Would definitely not recommend it, there are much better options!

Nuovissimo Hotel moderno in zona super centrale, con colazione di qualità ricca e abbondante. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, con un calice di Porto e dei pasticcini locali da parte del personale sorridente e disponibile. Da ritornarci!

Absolutely wonderful place with a few minor meh things!Wonderful: Location was incredible, right smack in the middle of everything, and only a 3-minute walk to the train station. Staff were a step beyond wonderful - I was ready to adopt them. Upon check-in, we were greeted with complimentary glasses of a very good port, and some Portugese pasteis de nata which are like mini creme brulees. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. And then there was the roomy shower...Ive never in my life been in a better shower, and weve been all over the world! The rainfall showerhead was not like rain. It was more like standing beneath a hot waterfall. I miss it already. There were USB ports and plugs next to both sides of the very comfortable queen bed, the WiFi was quite fast, and the TV was really nice as well. Now for the meh:The decor is a bit dark. The lighting (except in the shower itself) was minimal and for those wanting to apply makeup - forget it. The lights above leave your face in shadows and youll have to use your phone light to see if you caked it on too thick. The open-themed closet is just a hanging rod in the bedroom, and if you run hot (like we do), you cant drop the temp below 21 Celsius (70 Fahrenheit) in the winter (not sure about summer). We were frying under the wonderfully thick down comforter. The laundry service was significantly more expensive than in Lisbon.Despite all, would we stay there again? Definitely!

This hotel was in a great location in Porto - walking distance to the Clerigos Tower and the river. The staff was super friendly and presented us with a glass of port and pastry upon arrival. My only complaint was that the room was very modern and didn't have a lot of places to store luggage and clothes for 2 people. The bathroom was also poorly lit. But breakfast was great, and overall we had a good stay.

Nur Barbereich besucht vor unserem Abendessen in anderem Restaurant. Gute Atmosphäre und nicht voll. Ein Glass Portowein und Bier bestellt. Obwohl wir Bier in Flasche bestellen wollten, haben die Draftbier Heineken empfohlen. Leider war es fast ohne Kohlensäure, wenig Biergeschmack.

Todo muy bien. La atención excelente. La comida muy bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron al momento. Recomendable totalmente.

Due to the coronavissus we asked to change the booking date from March to June and the hotel did not agree and did not refund the money. I do not recommend.

깨끗하고 직원들 친절해요. 단 새로 생긴 호텔이라 택시 기사들이 위치를 잘 모를 수 있어요. 기차역과도 가깝고 주변 맛집도 많아요. 청결해서 너무 좋았어요.

Possivelmente um dos melhores hotéis onde já estive. Quartos luminosos e simpáticos, espaço comum muito bem decorado mas acima de tudo um staff de recepção brilhantemente simpático e disponível.

Hotel novo, instalações bem conservadas, limpo e organizado, atendimento rápido e muito bom, recepção sempre pró ativa e atenciosa, existe uma academia com equipamentos bem equipada, e bem cuidados, não tem sauna seca nem úmida que funciona, os quartos são pequenos, mas muito funcionais e confortáveis, corredores pouco barulhentos e acústica boa, tem uma decoração moderada e diferente, a internet é muito boa, a localização e muito boa, perto de tudo que se imagina no centro. O café da a manhã é excelente com produtos de extrema qualidade e variedade imensa, o jantar também muito bom em qualidade e quantidade pelo valor cobrado. O estacionamento é coberto com manobrista. Vale muito a pena a experiencia!!!

Everything about the hotel itself was great. The location is good, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, practical, & fun. My only negative comment was the breakfast was pricey for what was offered and the food offered was frequently gone. We were on a 6 week trip in southern France, northern Spain, & northern Portugal. This was our last hotel. The cost of breakfast was the highest on the trip and the offerings were average at best. Frequently the containers for the eggs, jams, and pastries were empty. If we asked they always made more scrambled eggs for us but we had to ask 3 days in a row. That said, I would stay there again. The accommodations were great.

Nice open environment with the bar-lounge immediately on arrival.Sometimes the bartender wasnt around.Jessica at the front desk was remarkably good.The rooms are classically small European configuration.Modernized but the shower dials were finicky and needed maintenance.Although non-smokers, we were clearly on a smoking floor.

Excellent location, staff friendly, efficient and welcoming. Dinner and light supper were very good but breakfast could have been better. The hot food wasn’t kept hot and on two of our four mornings the dishes were not being replenished due to a shortage of staff.

Pague casi 500 dólares por dos noches esta céntrico pero no lo vale. Los cuartos son cajones bien pequeños sin ventana oscuros y no tienes donde poner las cosas.

Hotel staff was great. The hotel is in a great location - close to many sites and the metro. About 4 blocks from bars. Excellent rain shower, excellent.

Location can’t be any better, within easy reach of the metro but you hardly need that for sightseeing as it’s within walking distance of all major sights and shopping, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, very helpful staff always a big plus especially Nuno at reception. Would’ve preferred bottled water to carry on our sightseeing but I guessed it might be aimed at reducing use of plastics, perhaps a green policy of the city, since our day trip tours didn’t provide water at all!

They easily respond to your concerns if you have any. The room was very hot but they adjusted the room temperature according to my request. It is centrally located . They prepared a nice breakfast box for me because my flight was early. It is modern and clean. Breakfast is very good.

Very modern and well designed hotel. Although rooms were not very big, the bed was super comfy, so it was a pleasant stay. The location was great and the bar there was also very nice for a social gathering with some friends. Overall a hotel I would return to in the future. One point of improvement is a brighter washroom maybe, thats all.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staffs, and walking distance. The room has USB charging port, so you dont need to worry about there is not enough charger. I really recommend to stay this hotel.
