Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. Literalmente a pior experiência que tive em toda a minha vida, o gerente foi rude, desrespeitoso e condescendente. Nunca mais voltará a esta loja específica depois de ter vindo aqui para todas as necessidades electrónicas durante anos. Explicou que eu era um veterano de 8 anos com requisitos específicos devido ao ptsd e absolutamente nenhuma preocupação foi mostrada para mim o que sempre foi.

Ok loja, pessoal simpático, mas geralmente muito lotado e as filas de checkout ficam longas quando está lotado. Eu achei os preços muito mais caros para os mesmos produtos aqui. Eu só vim aqui porque tinha um cartão presente. Não voltaria só porque os preços são em média $20-$100+ mais caros do que se eu comprasse online e o tivesse entregue a mim mesmo de um concorrente. A experiência nesta loja foi ótima se não fosse pelos preços do ripoff.

De um modo geral, estou geralmente feliz com o serviço que recebo, mas hoje, terça-feira 14 de maio de 2019, eu não tinha nenhum cupom. Por isso, não fui à loja e perguntei à caixa se ela podia recomendar qual o cupão a usar. Ela disse-me que não fazia ideia e depois deu-me a impressão de que não me queria ajudar. Então ela não o fez. Eu só soube deste site através de outro associado que me ajudou no passado. Nem todos são feitos para dar um bom atendimento ao cliente porque obviamente esta jovem não era. Obrigado por me fazer sentir como se eu tivesse interrompido o seu dia.
