Amelia Daly: We had the great pleasure of staying in the beautiful Casa de Panque for a week at the beginning of June this year. From the moment we arrived we were aware that this was a very special property. It is a very beautifully appointed house with meticulously cared for grounds. There is a great sense of privacy throughout the property and the garden, play area and pool are all maintained to a very high standard. Another lovely thing about Casa de Panque is that it has so many comfortable spaces to sit down and relax. For example, you can lie on the hammock in the evenings and look out over the beautiful eucalyptus forests, lie in the sun loungers by the pool or eat the delicious local food out on the terrace where there is space for al fresco dining. Wherever you are in the property it always feels tranquil and relaxing. The house has the feeling of a very well cared for home with all the facilities one would require. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. But what makes Casa de Panque so outstanding is the incredibly warm welcome that its owners Hugo and his gorgeous family gave us. On arrival we were treated to local wine and cheese which were delicious. Hugo is passionate about this unique property that his family have lovingly restored and he is so enthusiastic about his guests enjoying the property, grounds and the whole Northern Portugal region. He is full of information regarding places to visit and places of local interest. We took some really lovely trips to Ponte de Lima, Viana de Castelo, Porto, Braga and saw the magnificent Bom Jesus do Monte just outside Braga which was well worth a visit. We loved the beautiful sandy beaches of Viana de Castelo. Porto is also a beautiful city and full of interesting places to visit. Our 3 children spent hours in the pool and playing football on the mini pitch, we even had a very entertaining Ireland vs Portugal game with Hugo and his family! Casa de Panque is a very special property and we recommend it so highly. We can’t wait to return and continue our exploration of this beautiful region. No dia da mudança, nós os chamamos após uma hora sem sucesso tentando mudar nosso Sofá RH para fora do nosso apartamento. De alguma forma a coisa cabia dentro de casa há alguns anos mas uma equipe de 5 pessoas não conseguia tirá-lo. O Dr. Sofá foi capaz de vir no mesmo dia, desmontar o sofá e reconstruir cuidadosamente o sofá dentro da nossa nova casa. A+ e 5 estrelas. A sério. Os dois homens eram cavalheiros e muito profissionais também.

Eu tenho usado SimmonsLivingstone para minhas necessidades contábeis e financeiras por mais de 10 anos. Eu vi duas pessoas de cor entrarem lá na loja. Elas foram ignoradas. Literalmente ouvi uma se eles dissessem a outro estranho completo "eles não falam ou me dizem nada quando eu entrei". Eu não ousaria gastar o meu dinheiro aqui" e saí. Ela foi ignorada quando outros não foram. Acho que também não vou fazer compras aqui.
