É atualmente um hotel 5 estrelas, no entanto, já foi um Palácio e é muito bonito. Pode ir lá ao restaurante , dress code casual chic , ou pode ir lá lanchar. Local muito bonito, com serviço muito profissional, mas com preçário 5 estrelas.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The room was charming and the hotel was much like a grand manor. The dining room staff were quite gregarious, the pianist in the bar area was excellent and the bartender was very friendly and charming. We had two lovely dinners at the hotel, one followed by dancing by the piano near the bar. Delightful experience.

This palace was breathtaking & an incredible place to stay. The rooms were gorgeous with stunning antiques & era-relevant silk curtains, etc. The only complaint I have was regarding the service... everything was extremely SLOW. Getting a cocktail became a joke with our group because it took 30-45 minutes to get anyones attention, much less a drink to be made. At dinner, we kept having to flag down our server, though we were only 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant that evening. Check out took over 45 minutes due to technical issues & someone being trained. Once they work on the service, they will have nailed it at this hotel.

Seteais is an old Sintra palace now turned into a Tivoli Hotel where you can't do much. There's the view that publicly opened for everyone that was referenced as the "best view" in the world in Eça de Queirós, "Os Maias" because from one side you can see the sea up to Ericeira and to back you can see the Mourish Castle and the Pena Palace. The view is actually not breathtaking nor the place is too fancy. If you don't know what else to do, stopping by will take you 10min but if you're running around Sintra, no need to stop here.

Awesome stay! Located right by beautiful Pena Park and the main town of Sintra. The hotel staff were so welcoming and attentive... although I took this trip almost 2 years ago now, I distinctively remember them offering us a glass of homemade lemonade to cool down after we arrived from a nine hour flight.

Una parada cortita para admirar vistas. El interior es privado y nos nos dejaron entrar. Recomiendo que al menos acompañen la visita con un repaso por su historia y su leyenda que merece la pena conocer. Busquen "leyenda de los siete ¡ays!"

The place is amazing! Great location and beautiful. Six of us were traveling together. When we arrived at the hotel they said our rooms would not be ready until around two so we went sightseeing. This was okay with us since there is lots of sightseeing to do! When we returned to the hotel very hungry for lunch we were seated right away. Thirty minutes after ordering just a beverage one drink arrived! Ten minutes later two more drinks arrived...you get the picture. Other people arrived and were seated. Bread ( which we had asked for several times ) and drinks were brought to them long before we had any. They were given menus and order taken before we were served our drinks! It was almost comical except we were starving at this point. By the time we were finished with our lunch it was practically time for dinner!Not a great experience and I think very rude on their part.

El palacio es un edificio histórico del siglo XVIII catalogado como patrimonio nacional y mundial (Unesco).
Es propiedad del Estado portugués, sin embargo funciona como hotel privado (de la cadena internacional Tivoli), que dispone de la concesión.
Por norma no se puede entrar a visitar el interior del palacio/hotel, salvo permisos especiales o si eres cliente del hotel (obviamente).
Pero se pueden acceder a otros servicios en el interior: el spa, el restaurante y el bar (no es necesario ser huéspede del hotel, aunque se recomienda consultar la disponibilidad previamente).
Como hotel, es muy lujoso, con muchos muebles, pinturas y otras decoraciones originales y de época.
El entorno es excepcional, con un jardín barroco, zona de piscina y vistas increíbles al océano y al palacio de Pena.
Para el público general, ESTÁ PERMITIDO entrar en el primer jardin de césped (antiguo espacio para entrenar caballos) y también acceder al Arco Triunfal, donde se pueden ver las vistas a Pena y al mar. Esta zona está normalmente abierta al público sin restricciones y merece la pena. Y la Pena. ;)

It’s strange that this place has amazing reviews and is a dump. The architecture is beautiful don’t get me wrong but everything else is terrible.I wanted to stay here because it looks so beautiful and picturesque. I’m the type of person that will look for the best hotels according to reviews and I was disappointed with this place.We checked in late at night extremely tired and excited to wake up the next morning to visit the palace. Our rooms air conditioning didn’t work, it was extremely humid & it smelled really bad. We put the air conditioning on to the lowest temperature waited, & waited but nothing the windows were even wet with humidity. Finally calling the guy downstairs to come and fix it and he told us we had to wait for it to cool. Even though we’ve been waiting 4 hours & it is 3 in the morning.The bed & sheets smelled terrible not sure if it was because of the humidity of the room but it smelled really bad.We got moved to another room, and this one was cool & very clean. Finally being able to sleep for 2 hours then we got up for breakfast. The man at the breakfast room was so rude. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. We asked him for salt & he went on to point at all the tables that have salt on them and then realized that ours didn’t. I placed an order of omelet with him and he rolled his eyes walked away and then came back with a notepad.In conclusion, stay away from this place.

Okay, it's pretentious. But it's also an actual palace, so perhaps a little pretension is warranted here? Cream teas were lovely, coffee too, snacks were nice and the view is great, even in the winter. Didn't stay the night, so don't k how about the beds.

The property is a gorgeous old palace and within walking distance to a little village in Sintra. We arrived on New Years Day, so could not visit any of the local sites, but the hotel had such fine gardens and architecture, we did not mind. We had a quality lunch outside on the terrace from the bar menu. Our room was a good size, with two adjacent twin beds, a seating area, large bath and a lovely terrace with a view over the valley. All high quality furnishings and antiques throughout. More formal dinner in the dining room (complete with harpist) made for a lovely end to our visit in Portugal.

Bed was comfy. Only one decent chair to sit on. AC was not working and we had to convince the staff to fix it. Food in restaurant was delicious. Location wasn’t convenient to most attractions. The property gardens are very beautiful and well kept.

Uma experiência incomum, extraordinária, encantadora e deslumbrante. Tudo é mágico, tudo tem requinte, tudo é único, autêntico, tudo nos lembra um conto de fadas, de Reis e Raínhas, Príncipes e Princesas. Jardins lindíssimos, interiores muito bem cuidados, onde sobressai o detalhe fino e profundamente rico do dêcor aristocrático, tudo inserido na belíssima mata de Sintra. Everything was 10/10. From the moment you check in to the time you leave, the service was superb. The attention to detail, the gardens, the pool, the rooms and their beautiful decor and large size, the breakfast and the dining room. We felt like we were the king and queen of this stunning palace. We have never seen such a stunning hotel. We will definitely be back. This is too gorgeous to miss!

Une bonne expérience à prix très correct (par rapport au lieux, la prestation et à ce qu’on pourrait payer en France) le saumon était très bon ainsi que son accompagnement. Les prix sont entre 25 et 30€ environ pour les plats. Le personnel est très serviable. La vue et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le vin est bien conseillé et coordonné.
Il y a cependant des petits points négatifs : un panier de pain, de l’huile, des tomates cerises et des olives facturés à 10€ (2 x 5€/pp) c’est un peu cher par rapport à la simplicité de la chose
La glace en dessert était très petite, sans présentation (Chantilly/ petite gaufrette)
Malgré cela, ça reste une bonne expérience que je recommande de faire une fois

Останавливался на две ночи в этом замечательном дворце 18 века с потрясающими видами,приветливым персоналом и настоящим дворцовым залом для завтраков.Номеров всего 30 и они небольшие 16-20 метров,поэтому долго здесь жить неуютно.Зато большая кровать и отличный сервис компенсируют неудобства.Рекомендую бронировать заранее лучшие номера.

Magnífica arquitectura del siglo XVIII y atmósfera romántica y embrujadora con tapices, pinturas y frescos auténticos. En las colinas de Sintra, con vistas al manuelino Palacio da Pena, tomarse una copa en su terraza al atardecer es un auténtico placer indescriptible. Además, 2.000 piezas artísticas que tienen la guinda en el piano Steingraeber del siglo XIX, decorado con escenas pastorales, del que dicen sólo se construyeron cinco en el mundo. Hotel de servicio impecable, avances tecnológicos, restaurante delicioso y bar con vistas increíbles. Un auténtico placer a 30 minutos de Lisboa y en una de los ciudades más bonitas del mundo, Sintra.

Открыли для себя этот отель совершенно случайно, забрели на ланч, в перерывах между посещениями очередного замка, отлично подкрепившись в атмосфере дворцовой роскоши, приняли решение забрать вещи из отвратительного Мариотта в Обидуш и переехать в Тиволи Палас. Здесь было прекрасно все, начиная от пушистых полотенец, заканчивая головокружительными видами. Здесь необходимо праздновать самые заветные события в Вашей жизни, сюда обязательно приезжать вдвоем на годовщины. Абсолютное спокойствие и романтическое настроение. В каждом уголке дворца живые цветы, гобелены на стенах, официанты в белых перчатках и бабочках, гранд гранд отель. Обязательно вернемся!!!!

I have never come across such a rude concierge. I was there in April 2017and his name was Pedro. When I wanted to take a picture of him for a report he grabbed me, ripped my phone of my hand, and held me until I deleted his picture. In the process he hurtmu arm. Not something I would expect from a five star hotel personnell. They should hire more professional people that do not loose their temper.

Me hospede con mi marido y mis suegros. He estado en otros hoteles y este me enamoró. La habitación, con vistas a los jardines (preciosos), era amplia y muy elegante con muchos detalles. Me encantó la ropa de cama.
El restaurante maravilloso y no sólo por la comida, la decoración de las paredes es impresionante.

Its a beautiful place, but as u expect from an old palace, it's a bit old. The double bed was a little small for a mother and her grownup daughter, but we managed.... Staff where very eager to serve us, breakfast was delicious. A great location to go on hiking to the palace up the mountains. We enjoyed our time in Sintra a lot!

The food was superb and the service was bar none. The bed was soft and comfortable. The shower at the hotel was difficult to get into and out of, and I'm a young and spry early 30s man. I realized I had to place a larger towel on the floor to ensure that I wouldn't slip on the gorgeous marble. The pool was lovely, and the location is phenomenal. Some of the rooms did not have elevator access and were on the other side of the space. Every room was meticulously designed with gorgeous furniture. The 18th century piano which has only 3 like it in the world is phenomenal (even if the story isn't true). The breakfast was phenomenal.
I think the facility is gorgeous and I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I could. But because of some of the slight issues I experienced that I'm leaving out to be more neutral I'm rounding down.

It was one of the greatest experience in my life mainly because of the extraordinary atmosphere of
medieval époque which is created there. The guests’ modern needs are well balanced with the ancient
decoration and furniture. We got some port wine/water and local pastries as the compliment. The room
itself is so great with a huge bathroom and so many nice thing to make your stay comfortable. On the
breakfast we were served with very nice coffee/tea pots as well as the huge choice of fresh fruits, hams,
cheeses and other dished. The dinner there was also outstanding because of the high quality service and
extremely delicious meals. So without any doubt this palace worth to spend there a night a more.
Probably I was a bit disappointed by the restaurant hall which is not enough decorated.

I would highly recommend Tivoli Palacio de Seteais to anyone looking to stay in Sintra, It had a wonderful old charm, the gardens and view was stunning making it a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. On top of that the service and food were also excellent.

This is an amazing hotel which kept most of its details as a palace, there are just I think a dozen or so guests rooms but the place is huge with lots of sitting and function rooms. When we were there it was low season and there are only a few guest. Breakfast is quite amazing as typical of an old luxury hotel. The staff, well, are friendly but do not expect them to be as attentive as the modern top hotels.

El hotel es un antiguo palacio donde trataron de conservar lo mas que se puede el estado original. Con las comodidades y lujos de un hotel, un personal que se esfuerza en darte una gran experiencia! Nos encanto el lugar! Es simplemente maravilloso!

Un hôtel à lancienne, dans un environnement unique, personnel aux petits soins, très discret et accueillant... on se sent chez soi!Le lieu idéal pour sévader quelques jours tout en conjugant repos, visites culturelles et bons restaurants. Simplement parfait!

Sintraを宿泊して観光する方にはぜひおすすめのホテルです。ホテルにはとても広い庭があり、また、外観がとくに宮殿のようで、素晴らしかったです。またスタッフの対応もとても親切で申し分ありませんでした。部屋は、プールが見える緑一杯の山が間近に見える部屋と、夜景が見える見晴らしのよい部屋とあります。どちらも見ましたがとても落ち着いた感じのclassicalなお部屋で快適かつ清潔でした。料理もそのホテルで朝夕食をいただきましたが、とてもおいしかったです。このホテルの名前の由来をレセプションの英語のできる女性スタッフの一人にきいてみましたが、その方の話によりますと、昔のこの宮殿の女性オーナーが大変深い恋をして、その溜息が「嗚呼、嗚呼、・・・・・」と7回こだましたところから付いているようです。さらになぜ7回なのかと聞きただしましたが、それはわからないということでした。Sintraをこのホテルで宿泊することで静かな落ち着いた時間をゆっくりと過ごすことができます。ぜひおすすめします。

weather was bad,however the stay (2 nights)was 100% relaxation.reception gave good advices on traffic,weather,sights and swimming pool was ours all alone.restaurant was expensive (in particular the wine).we will come back and recommend: cervejaria ramiro ,almirante reis 1 to eat crab meat there.

Surprenant, étonnant, dépaysant : un séjour inhabituel dans un endroit chargé dhistoire en parfait état dentretien. Personnel attentionné pour un service de qualité. Lage de lhotel fait que les chambres ne disposent pas dun confort ultra-moderne, mais les efforts sont louables et le résultat très satisfaisant.
