Zunächst einmal war es eine Herausforderung, das Hotel zu finden, da das Navi im Leihwagen ganz offensichtlich ein Problem mit dem GPS Empfang hatte. An der Rezeption bestätigte man mir, dass das wohl schon häufiger von Kunden berichtet worden ist.
Das Hotel ist ein kleines Schmuckstück. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvoll, aber ohne überfrachtet zu wirken, eingerichtet worden. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten beziehungsweise auf die hübsche Terrasse gebucht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und mit einem Doppelbett und einem weiteren Einzelbett ausgestattet.
Der Garten ist eine reine Augenweide. Hier kann man wunderbar abschalten und entspannen. Lediglich der Lärm von der Straße trübt das ganze ein wenig. Aber wirklich nur marginal.
Die Mitarbeiterin sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen als Gast.
Im Innenhof stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt von Zentrale ist in 10-15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Eine klare Empfehlung. Ich würde hier immer wieder übernachten.

מלון משפחתי. בבניין שנבנה ב1818 . בסגנון של התקופה, המקום שמור נקי ובטוב טעם, בסגנון תחילת המאה ה 19....עדיין אין מעלית... הצוות בניהולה של סוזנה ( בעלת המלון)נעים ושירותי. . הגינון סביב המלון נפלא. המלון נגיש רגלית למרכזי תיירות, טיול ואוכל.
היינו 4 לילות ,זוג, ונהנינו .

Отель выбрали за наличие бассейна и парковки. Далековато от центра, но в пешей доступности. Сам отель далеко не новый, но нам понравился... Такая приятная атмосфера начала 20 века, с достаточно современными удобствами. Бассейн на лужайке тоже хороший. А вот парковка!... Во первых, въезд на нее через ОЧЕНЬ УЗКИЕ ВОРОТА с каменными столбами. Ауди3 пролежала только сложив зеркала. Сама парковка грунтовая, даже без гравийной отсыпки (как, интересно, они по ней в дождь "плавают"??!!)... И ещё она совершенно "дикая", полукруг без всякой разметки. Как повезет, так и встанет)))...
Зато тихо и спокойно.

Nice old mansion house, with some private parking spots on the premises so we didn't have to park on the street.
Breakfast was good.
Because it is an old mansion house it was a bit noisy (door slamming, talking, creaky floor) Other than that I enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Отель - замок :)))). Очень необычное решение. Если не заморачиваться, то просто идеален)))). Парк отеля мега красив, не хотелось оттуда уходить. Вежливый персонал.
Нам очень понравилось, даже больше, чем в некоторых замках города.

Schöne Gartenanlage lädt zum relaxen ein nach Besichtigung der zahlreichen Burgen, Schlösser und Gärten in Fussdistanz. Das Personal ist sehr freundliches und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Leider sind sie sehr ringhörig, hat man also keine rücksichtsvollen Nachbarn, ist es schnell vorbei mit relaxen, man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt. Wir würden dennoch wieder gehen wer aber Luxus oder eine super moderne Unterkunft sucht, ist hier an der falschen Adresse.

E um bom hotel é bem localizado para quem quer algo perto de vários sítios para vesitar em Sintra preço razoável muito atenciosos com direito a pequeno almoço na sala com lareira ou no quarto, com piscina e esplanada. Não é algo novo novo e um sitio mais rústico mas confortante.

Un hotel sin grandes lujos pero con un encanto especial...es como si retrocedieras en el tiempo...comedor agradable con chimenea donde sirven el desayuno. Hotel muy tranquilo en un entorno lleno de jardines y naturaleza. Todo el personal atento, agradable y muy cercano.
Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

The rooms were basic (we travelled with another couple and there's was no better), with basic bedding, furniture, breakfast, amenities (there were none). The best thing was the pool and garden around the pool. Too far from main part of Sintra with dangerous walk, so we had to drive. We returned to Sintra for 2 more nights and very fortunately stayed elsewhere!

예약 시 호텔 사진을 보고 오래된 호텔 같아 많이 망설이고 걱정했었는데, 사진이랑 완전 달랐어요!!
호텔 자체도 너~무 이쁘고!
직원분들도 엄청엄청 친절하시고~조식도 너무 좋았어요!!
며칠 더 묶고 싶었지만, 일정상 떠나야해서 아쉬웠어요!
다음에도 신트라에 간다면 꼭 다시 가고싶어요~!

Charming and friendly, faded but perfectly comfortable. Light sleepers might need ear plugs as the old building creeks with early risers. Lovely, natural garden and room with board games are great for kids. Pool in hot weather.

Petit hôtel familial au milieu d'un très beau jardin avec piscine. Accueil sympathique des gérantes, parlant français. Petit déjeuner correct. Déco de la chambre et salle de bain un peu vieillotte cependant. Attention aussi aux places de parking : elles sont gratuites mais en nombre limité (moins que le nombre de chambres, donc problématique quand l'hôtel est plein)

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel.
Très bien situé, une station de bus se trouve a proximité et a quelques mètres des premières attractions de Sintra.
Le personnel est très très agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. De plus, les différentes salles de repos, terrasses et jardins feront que vous trouverez un havre de paix plus qu'un hôtel.
Le petit déjeuné est complet.
Parking un peu étroit.
Les tarifs loin d'être excessifs.

Increible lugar para descansar. Todo perfecto, el lugar donde esta ubicado el hotel es hermoso, con un jardin enorme y gran pileta. Muchos sectores destinados a sentarse y disfrutar del aire libre o mismo dentro del mismo y relajarse. La ubicacion es optima. Estacionamiento propio. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Wifi funcionando a la perfeccion. El personal super amable. El desayuno es bueno. Les recomiendo quedarse un dia más para poder disfrutar del hotel.

De entrada, cuando nos llevaron a la habitación, al llegar, estaba como la habían dejado los clientes anteriores. Desagradable. La limpieza solo regular. La ubicación no es buena. El desayuno bien pero poco variado. Como unidad hotelera necesita mejorar.

Accueil très agréable. Les personnes parlent pour la plupart français. A l'arrivée, nous avons eu beaucoup d'informations ainsi que des explications pour les choses a visiter dans les alentours cela nous as bien aidé. Hotel de charme avec pas mal d'espace communs a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un parking . Nous étions venu initialement pour une nuit nous y sommes resté 3 car l'endroit est vraiment agréable. Possibilité de découvrir des endroits magnifique a proximité , l'hôtel ce trouve a 10 minutes a pied a peine du centre historique de Sintra.
J'espère pourvoir y revenir très vite et je choisirais cet hôtel sans hésiter .
Possibilité de consommer des boissons au bar de l'hôtel et le prix est vraiment très correct pour un hôtel

We loved unforgettable charm of the old villa. The beautiful surroundings and nice big swimming pool. All you need to enjoy the easy time. There is a bus stop in a minute of walking. Although the trial rout to the castles starts within a stone throw. It is reasonably close to the train station and we have traveled twice to Lisbon. Yes it does not get 5 starts because of the breakfast. I have been expecting from the breakfast the same authenticity as from the venue itself. Local products, taste and delicious. Unfortunately the breakfast is a very basic - it is called continental breakfast. The basic tasteless hum and cheese. We survived thanks to the fresh orange juice and nice bread. Nevertheless, we would be happy to come back once again.

Ganz wunderbarer Ort... Hier ist der Gast "Graf & Gräfin... oder "Fürst & Fürstin" :-). Sauber und ruhig (abseits des Sintra-Trubels) - eine wahrlich herrschaftliche Umgebung (alter gepflegter Garten mit altem Baumbestand, Brunnen mit einsamer Schildkröte und Wege die zum Lustwandeln einladen. Zudem: Blick auf die Moor-Ruine!) - unweit des botanischen Gartens von Sintra (8 Gehmin. zum Trubel-Zentrum). So muss es in den 50er J. in ganz Südeuropa gewesen sein - ja, hier ist die Zeit stehen geblieben (WLAN funktioniert hervorragend!) Möge es noch lange so erhalten bleiben...

Sehr netter check in. Hotel hat eine super lage. Zu Fuß in 20 minuten beim Schloß. Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr ruhig in der nacht. Einzig die gelsen waren störend. Frühstück lecker. Ein super hotel

No me he alojado aquí, pero como todo en Sintra está bellamente reformado y preparado para pasar unos días agradables en una zona donde los reyes portugueses iban a veranear para librarse de los calores de Lisboa. Esta al lado del mar y junto a la montaña y zonas de espesa y hermosa vegetación. Estupendo sitio donde ir en un puente para conocer la belleza y la historia de los múltiples palacios que hay repartidos por todo Sintra.

Krásná zahrada pro procházky i posezení, velký bazén, výborná snídaně, obsluha přinese čerstvé teplé pečivo, konvičku s čajem i kávou. Stylové původní zařízení, milá obsluha, parkování zdarma na zamčeném dvoře. V ulici je informační turistické centrum s prodejem vstupenek na hrad a do paláců. Do centra města kousek pěšky, cesta na hrad a k paláci začíná nedaleko hotelu.

Excelente Hotel, el personal es todo un equipo de trabajo afable y atento. Las comodidades son múltiples, tiene estacionamiento y no pagas extra por ello, las habitaciones son muy amplias, confortables y anexado una mesa para disfrutar de alguna exquisitez, afuera hay varias terrazas, una piscina, un sitio muy amplio para recorrer. El desayuno está incluido y no es opción descontar si no lo deseas, es variado y algunas opciones light. Es un excelente hotel fuimos por cuatro noches y nos quedamos siete.

Klidné místo, kde na vás dýchne pohoda a historie. Vila si zachovala své kouzlo, prostředí je čisté a romantické. K domu je rozlehlá zahrada s krásným výhledem a velkým bazénem. Ideální pro romantickou dovolenou ve dvou. Recepční jsou vstřícné a hovoří anglicky. Poradí a doporučí výlety. Moc se nám tu líbilo!

Allt är gammalt men välbevarat. Man får känslan av att tiden stått stilla 50 år. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig. Poolen kanon. Frukosten mycket bra. Städningen kunde vara bättre men svårt att hålla ett så gammalt ställe rent. Man kan parkera inne på gården bakom grindar vilket är en säkert och skönt då parkering i Sintra är svårt. Gångavstånd till allt.

Stunning residence with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was basically but everything you need. (Delicious cheese with freshly squeezed orange juice!) We only stayed for 1 night but I wish it was more.
The garden outside with pool was beautiful as well. The house is old but it great character. Would recommend!!

Albergo due stelle che a mio parere ne merita una in più, stanze spaziose, pulite e curate, giardino splendido con piscina, personale molto disponibile. Posto auto disponibile (ci hanno lasciato anche il telecomando del cancello per rimanere libere con gli orari), a pochi minuti a piedi da Sintra, di fronte all'albergo c'è anche la fermata di un bus che porta al Palácio Nacional da Pena e al castello moresco. Bellissimo!

Bellissima villa circondata da un ampio giardino. In 10 minuti a piedi arrivi al centro di sintra e c'è il parcheggio privato (per noi che avevamo la macchina era fondamentale perché i parcheggi a sintra scarseggiano). Camere molto spaziose (c'era pure il bidet) e letti comodi. La colazione buona e molto abbondante. Personale molto gentile e prezzi super convenienti. Consigliatissimo

Stunning view with an amazing architecture reminding the old Portuguese style.
Very kind and nice staff. You can find different types of games in the cozy lobby. Also the old guestbooks since 90s! Another proof of hospitality of the staff. Don't miss checking them, I really enjoyed reading those stories.
The bar has limited options but it's nice to have a cup of tea there in the cold winter nice and enjoying the great fireplace! Don't expect too much from the breakfast menu.

Es hermoso!!!! Una antigua y amplia casona modernizada del siglo XIX. que se erige en medio de unos jardines increíbles ..árboles, flores, contrasta todo este festival de color con una piscina gigante...tiene una personalidad indescriptible... la encontramos de casualidad cuando buscábamos alojamiento antes de llegar al palacio Da Pena... fue genial por que esta a 5 minutos...el desayuno con una suave música instrumental...y el despertar con el trinar de los pajaros. Atención es genial!!!!

El hotel era precioso. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y grandes. Tiene piscina y un jardín muy bonito también. Tanto el hotel como el trato de la gente fue muy bueno.
La única pega fue el WiFi que era muy lento cuando lograbas que funcionara.
Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.

This place was marvelous. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. And they have a staff who were both courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Grounds and the pool were lovely. Parking is very secure. The rooms are charming, with high ceilings, balconies, and some nice architectural details. This place is very close to the Moorish Castle and a short walk into downtown Sintra.

This is a great place to relax for a few days, although it's a bit away from the town (about 15 minutes walk). Staff were very friendly, the gardens beautiful. Recommended.
