Meg Lizabet: I booked multiple rooms for my wedding and the property owner double booked weeks after I made the reservation. They tried to force me to move to another property and because I had to manage many people it took me time to decide what to do. They forced me to cancel by wrongfully claiming my credit card was invalid- even though it was valid at the time of booking and there were no issues, putting my guests out of an accomodation. This is extremely unethical and really put us in a bad situation just days before our wedding. update to their repsonse: The rooms were double booked and they could not acomodate my group- I have no reason to lie about this. The only reason I had not cancelled yet on booking.com was because i was scrambling to find other accommodations for my guests. Not even 24hrs after I received a notice from booking.com saying my booking was cancelled by the host, because my credit card was invalid and could not be processed. So they falsely claimed I used an invalid credit card in order to cancel my booking to keep their rating on the app! Plain and simple. My "arrogance" is actually frustration, having my booking cancelled weeks before my wedding when people are flying in from out of country. I think every bride can understand that.

Um péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Os empregados são preguiçosos e não se importam. Tenho a certeza que a gerência é a mesma. Parte triste desta empresa é que eles contratam empregados em part-time sem benefícios. Não há incentivo para os funcionários se preocuparem e isso mostra. Sem treinamento e sem nenhum serviço ao cliente.

Fui aqui pela primeira vez hoje e encontrei um centro comercial antigo novinho em folha. O Colorado Country Antique Mall é agora o Sweet William Antique Mall. Há novos proprietários e o edifício está a ser pintado de novo no exterior. No interior há mais de 40 stands com grandes coisas e grandes preços. Eu encontrei um novo Centro Comercial Antigo favorito em Colorado Springs.

Jason era muito agradável de trabalhar e conhecedor. A sua paciência e entusiasmo fizeram disto uma grande experiência de compras. Eu sabia exatamente o que eu precisava, eu só tinha uma idéia do que eu queria e ele foi capaz de descobrir isso para mim e me conseguir a melhor qualidade e o melhor preço!! Amor, amor, adoro a experiência lá!
