The staff were extremely helpful and the apartment was cleaned twice during the week we were there. It was only basically equipped but adequate. In a very good position in the town to get to everything. The little garden got the sunshine on an evening made the apartment

I bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 lounge, 2 bathrooms, yes, 2 bathrooms both with toilets, basins, and showers in each, not sure why but it is what it is. Every room is incredibly spacious, the place is huge and very conveniently located, 2 minute walk to the centre of Sintra, great value, great location, great accomadation.

Superbe grand appartement avec tout le confort souhaité. On s'y sent comme chez soi! Et la vue sur la vallée de Sintra est magnifique.

A bit far from the train station, which is good and bad. Good, as the property isnt in a noisy and crowded neighborhood, but a bit of a walk, all up hill. Located close to all attractions in the historic section of Sintra. Excellent communications via email and easy check in. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will book again when we return.

Wonderful location, quiet & central. Spacious apartment, immaculately clean, fully equipped with everything you need. Friendly & helpful check in. We just wish we could have stayed longer. FYI If you arrive early to Sintra you can store luggage at the Tourist Info (2min walk to property) as there is no front desk /check-in until 2pm.

Buena atencion. Buenas instalaciones. Limpieza excelente. Precio de cine. No hay parking.... pero como en todo esta parte de Sintra es cuestion de buscar e ir andando a todos lados.

La casita es acogedora, con todo lo necesario, incluso pequeño detalle para desayunar el primer día. Está en pleno centro, vas andando al Palacio Nacional y a la Quinta da Regaleira. Está cerca de un aparcamiento gratuito, ya que es difícil aparcar por el lugar.

Super nettes Personal, ruhig zentral, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer, sauber, WLAN funktioniert. Einziges Manko, wird im Sommer sehr heiß, da keine Klimaanlage.

We had a warm welcome into a nice room here, the manager speaks perfect English and the check-in times are being respected. We specifically liked that the apartments are extremely central in the old town of Sintra (though do not make the same mistake as I did by doing the journey from the train station with a big suitcase on foot...) and are impeccably clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the shower cabin is very cheap quality, so it wasn‘t 100% watertight and the kitchen drain smells bad when you turn the water on. Several bottles of strawberry air-freshener couldn‘t mask that. The bed in our room was not a real bed but a sofa bed.

I thought we were booking a small flat or apt, but it was actually just a room. the location is great, but the place smelled like heavy scented sickly sweet air freshner. We left the windows open all day and night, but the smell wouldnt go away. They need to be more clear on exactly what you are renting. This was dissapointing but the location made up for it.

Great place to stay when visiting Sintra. The apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need. If you miss anything you can ask the staff.
The apartment is centrally situated in Sintra and you are within 5 minutes walk in the center of Sintra.
Highly recommended, also if you travel with kids.

This apartment was perfect for us. We were central to everything and could walk everywhere. The room was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very helpful and maps were provided for us to navigate the many historical sites in and around Sintra.

La casa esta muy bien, totalmente equipada y con una terraza para nosotros ademas de un jardin comun muy bonito. Muy cerca del centro. Ideal para ir con niños. Además te invitan a unos vinos en un restaurante que nos encanto especializado en bacalao, "Bacalao na vila" creo que se llamaba. El unico problema es lo que nos costó llegar porque hay que callejear por calles muy estrechas y ademas por el centro de Sintra no se puede entrar de 9 a 19 y mucho menos aparcar dentro. Hay que dejar el equipaje y sacar el coche que como llegues despues de las 11 es dificil aparcar asi que en ese aspecto muy incomodo pero la casa totalmente recomendable.

En pleno centro de Sintra. Acceso en vehículo muy limitado, el parking muy lejos para ir con maletas o niños pequeños.
Limpieza regular aunque la ropa de cama estaba limpia.
El apartamento no tenía iluminación natural apenas y escasa artificial, el portalón de entrada es la única iluminacion, no tiene persiana solo una escasa cortina que apenas cubre el hueco por lo que al amanecer la luz entra y despiertas.
A los apartamentos puede entrar cualquier persona de la calle pues la cancela no cierra lo que genera bastante inseguridad. Encima no te dan llave sino que accedes mediante un código q introduces en una botonera que está al exterior por lo que cualquiera q venga de la calle puede estar probando códigos y podría entrar. No pude dormir bien niguna noche por ello.
No repetiré seguro.
Añado q frente a la entrada de esta propiedad duerme un pedigüeño en un colchón a la intérprete, el problema de seguridad lo tienen ustedes.

I booked multiple rooms for my wedding and the property owner double booked weeks after I made the reservation. They tried to force me to move to another property and because I had to manage many people it took me time to decide what to do. They forced me to cancel by wrongfully claiming my credit card was invalid- even though it was valid at the time of booking and there were no issues, putting my guests out of an accomodation.
This is extremely unethical and really put us in a bad situation just days before our wedding.
update to their repsonse:
The rooms were double booked and they could not acomodate my group- I have no reason to lie about this. The only reason I had not cancelled yet on booking.com was because i was scrambling to find other accommodations for my guests. Not even 24hrs after I received a notice from booking.com saying my booking was cancelled by the host, because my credit card was invalid and could not be processed. So they falsely claimed I used an invalid credit card in order to cancel my booking to keep their rating on the app! Plain and simple. My "arrogance" is actually frustration, having my booking cancelled weeks before my wedding when people are flying in from out of country. I think every bride can understand that.

A localização central foi o único ponto positivo.
O banheiro é pequeno e tem cheiro de esgoto.
Por não podermos fazer check in ou deixar a bagagem antes das 3pm, tivemos que deixar as malas dentro do carro no estacionamento Portela, onde o mesmo foi arrombado e roubaram 3 malas com TODOS os nossos pertences.
Não obstante, na mesma noite uma câmera Canon SX40 foi roubada DENTRO do nosso quarto, e após pedir uma alteração de senha de acesso, a mesma não funcionou quando chegamos sob chuva à 1:30 da madrugada o que nos obrigou a ter custo extra com diária de um hotel nas proximidades.
Quando em Sintra, cuidado com o local onde estacionam seu carro e com os pertences que deixam na sua acomodação.

We stayed at the Casas da Biquinha in Sintra, Portugal form 12th - 17th November. This property was a great find, very central to train station, shops, bars and restaurants. It had everything you need and spotlessly clean. We were there for 5 days and they came and cleaned apartment and changed towels. Would definitely return reat places on your doorstep to go and visit. Would certainly return.

Не далеко от станции метро. Зелёная ветка. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Можно было и проехаться на транспорте, но нам было приятно ходить и смотреть чем живет Лиссабон. Не далеко остановка на знаменитый трамвай 28. Правда там очередь,но можно пройтись на одну остановку вперёд и без очереди.правда стоя ехать.

The property was very outdated. Needed a lot of TLC. Very thin walls, could heard a lot of noise and plumbing from neighbours. Very clean and quite well equipped. Well located and if going by car there is a real parking problem would not stay here again.

We have been travelling for 5 weeks and this so far has been my favorite! Great location in the old city about 2 minutes from the national palace and many restaurants and the tourist center. Also close to buses and cabs and tour operators. This was a bright, beautiful apartment. Great bed and shower. Very comfy!

Yes centrally-located. Easy to walk to town. The parking is a hit-and-miss and you need to drive around for a while before you can find legal parking. Stairs are very narrow and steep and difficult to haul your heavy luggage up and down, but then again , the building's over 100 years old! Make sure your roommate can sleep in the same room as you because it's only separated by a curtain. It was nice and quiet at night time for sleeping.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gross genug für 3 Personen. Die Wohnung selbst war auch sauber und gut ausgestattet.Das Bad ist innenliegend sehr eng und klein. Das ganze Haus ist feucht die Wohnung hat einen extrem muffeligen Geruch nach Schimmel. Die aufegestellten Duftstäbchen helfen da auch nicht wirklich weiter. Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen und ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmal wählen.

They have several apartments in town. Our was in a very old house which renovated inside, pretty big , clean with small garden. The stuff was extremely friendly, gave us information about the aria, most of the things were walking distance.

This was our second time in Sintra. The company arranges a stay at one oft he local homes. This one was just around the Palacio Nacional de Sintra. Fantastic location, fantastic appartment with three bedrooms, a family room and kitchen. Great for our family of 4, but could fit 2 more. Highly recommend this company and homes. Sintra itself is magical!

Um bom local muito central, talvez por isso o estacionamento é inexistente e limitado sendo que o transito está limitado a residentes consoante as horas do dia, tem bom espaço e apartamento sendo que as casas estão bem restauradas e tem um espaço interessante mas aconselho a rever bem qual o apartamento que pretende pois alguns quartos são um pouco "inventados" de acesso anormalmente baixo para conseguirem um espaço extra.

Apartment liegt mitten in Altstadt von Sintra, aber in der Sackgasse ist es trotzdem ruhig. Große Wohnung und schöne Zimmer mit 2 Bädern.Genau das Richtige für den Besuch der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sintra und auch bis in Lissabons Altstadt sind es mit dem Zug nur 45 min. Freie Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen gibt es im Ort sehr wenige, in Sintra selbst braucht man kein Auto.

Gostei do local. A 100 metros do posto turístico. No centro histórico de Sintra. Onde você encontra os bons restaurantes e lojas. A casa é bem confortável, limpa, e agradável. Sobre a cidade de Sintra. Muito difícil estacionamento de carros, ruas estreitas. A localização pelo GPS é muito complicada. Uma cidade muito simpática e com boas atrações turísticas. Quem tem dificuldade de locomoção não é um lugar fácil. Mas tem muita gente de idade avançada se divertindo nas ruas e atrações turísticas da bela cidade. Tudo depende de sua preguiça nas pernas e vontade de conhecer lugares maravilhosos.

Positiv: Die Lage war gut. . Negativ: Die Wohnung war so feucht, dass ich jeden Abend den Entfeuchter leeren musste. Er lief immer, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren! Alles war klamm und feucht, so auch unsere Kleidung im Schrank. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir auf "heater" stellen, aber die Wohnung wurde nicht warm!

Положительный: Отель очень удачно расположен. От от ж/д вокзала, пешком минут 10-15, рядом с отелем туристический центр, в пешей доступности остановка автобуса до дворца Пена. У нас были апартаменты с террасой с прекрасным видом. Приехали немного раньше времени заселения, но без труда смогли оставить вещи и пойти на прогулку в парк Кинта да Регалейра, который расположен совсем рядом. В апартаментах чисто, есть плита, посуда, холодильник, телевизор. По вечерам, когда солнце скрывалось, было немного холодно, но на этот случай можно включить кондиционер на обогрев.

Positif: la situation au centre historique de la ville de sintra, un logement typiquement portugais. L’hôtesse parle un peu français, et vous avez droit à un pack de bienvenue.. Négatif: matelas trop dur ,parfum d'ambiance disséminé dans tout l'appartement au point d'indisposer les clients. le parking est loin avec quasiment pas de places en journée car occupé par les touristes qui visitent le palais, pas de possibilité de se garer à proximité même en payant.... hébergement à fuir pour les personnes ayant du mal avec les escaliers et aux rues escarpées.

Положительный: Прекрасные, комфортные апартаменты с камином в центре старого города Синтры. Гостиная с большим диваном, кухня полностью укомплектованная с газовой плитой, спальня, фантастический вид из окон, отдельный вход в квартиру, милый дворик. Останавливались на две ночи в середине апреля, в квартире было тепло. Все очень понравилось. До парка Ригалейра минут 10 неторопливым шагом. До площади с кафешками минуты три. Милая и сердечная хозяйка встретила нас, заселила, все показала. Остались очень довольны. Синтра - один из самых удивительных городов, она стоит того, чтобы ее увидеть.

Positivo: A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito simpatica. Acabamos chegando antes do previsto (e do horario do check-in) e ela nos deixou colocar as malas no nosso apartamento para podermos visitar Sintra tranquilamente.
O apartamento é bem localizado e tem bastante opção de restaurante proximo. Além disso eles dão boas dicas de visitas no hotel.

Está en pleno centro de Sintra, el apartamento está totalmente equipado, tiene microondas, cocina de gas, lavavajillas, tostadora y cafetera de cápsulas. Incluye algunas cosas para preparar el desayuno, como leche, cápsulas de café, zumo de naranja e infusiones. Además es un barrio tranquilo.

Ein etwas anderes Hotel. Die Zimmer (kleine Wohnungen) sind über verschiedene Häuser in der Altstadt verteilt. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind in Sintra zwar ein Problem, aber nichts ist unmöglich. Von hier aus sind alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten sauch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sintra selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort, einfach liebenswert...

긍정적: 위치가 매우 탁월하다. 왕궁, 헤갈레이야별장, 페냐성 가는 버스 정류장과도 가깝다.. 부정적: 전반적으로 청결도가 너무 나빴다. 침대와 이불은 눅눅했고 2박을 했는데 중간에 수건도 갈아주지 않았다. 청소는 물론 해주지 않았다.

the apartment is very convenient to everything in Sintra Vila, including the Tourist Information Office, where there is an ATM and you can buy advance tickets. We arrived by train from Lisbon at 15:00 and traffic was wall to wall to do the short bus ride to the area where the apartment and check-in occurs. We had little helpful communication with the management on how to get to their place, but found out it is less than a 5 minute walk from the National Palace bus stop, and if we didnt mind a gradual hill, it was 15 minutes from the train. We ended up walking back to the train when we left. We had little contact with management, really just at check-in. There is no check in desk... just an address where they live and do wash during specific hours. they come out to talk to you and you dont feel invited in, so all face to face discussion is in their patio or at the apartment. We never did meet the person wed emailed ahead of time.They did respond to an email question and let us leave our suitcases for a couple hours at the end. We needed to ask for more than one days bath gel. Quite a few rules are posted around the place, notifying you that youll pay more money- if you dont wash your own dishes, you get one days coffee for the coffeemaker... you can buy additional days coffee pods from them, etc. You can have a fire in the cute fireplace, if you buy a wood package from them...other extras are available.

Pozytywna: Blisko centrum. Bardzo klimatycznie.. Negatywna: Check-out o 10! Nie można wczesniej, więc jeśli ktoś planuje rano opuscic obiekt to moze być problem.
Brak dojazdu, bardzo ciasne uliczki.

Nous avons réservé une chambre dans cet Hotel suite aux commentaires du site. Nous navons pas été déçu. Établissement charmant au sein du quartier historique. Le personnel est aux petits soins et a plaisir à renseigner sur les lieux à visiter. Une escapade de 24h à Sintra depuis Lisbonne très dépaysante. Je recommande cet Hotel sans réserve surtout compte tenu de son prix très raisonnable.

Para repetir una y mil veces más!!
Lugar con mucho encanto, sensación de hogar ( como si estuvieras en tu propia casa), ubicación inmejorable para recorrer Sintra y alrededores, moviéndose con transporte urbano sin necesidad de coche.
Y María nos explicó todo lo que podíamos visitar, los autobuses y trenes que coger...Un millon de gracias por vuestra amabilidad.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Appartement propre, confortable mais odeur dégout et eau froide de la douche.Accueil avec informations pratiques ( lignes de bus pr les visites, minimarkets en fait épiceries proches)

Casa muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario, luminosa, suelos de madera,cama cómoda, baño limpio y buena ducha con agua caliente. Sitio muy tranquilo y en centro de Sintra. Estuvimos 5 noches nos limpiaron la casa al completo. El primer día teníamos agua, café,leche, té y algunas tostadas. La estancia fue genial, estuvimos como en casa.

Pozytywna: Niezwykle urokliwe miejsce. Turystyczne jednak ciche. Dobra baza wypadowa do dalszych wycieczek. Lokalowo bez zastrzeżeń:). Negatywna: Trudno poruszać się samochodem. Bardzo trudno zaparkować!

Muy buena estancia. El alojamiento muy cómodo y céntrico, equipado con todo lo necesario. A pesar de la zona, fácil aparcar gracias a Sonia que nos indicó una buena zona gratuita y justo al lado.

Here you stay in a nice apartment within walking distance to restaurants, main square in old Sintra. Just outside the house you can see the Moorish castle on top of the hill.We appreciated to get free coffee, tea and some bread when we arrived. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Two toilets and bed sofa both downstairs and up. The double bed upstairs was a bit Harder the what we prefer.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Nuestra casita era muy acogedora y decorada con mucho gusto. Muy espaciosa y con muchos detalles. Estaba todo muy limpio y te dejan cositas para el desayuno.La chica que nos atendió muy amable. Nos explicó qué ver y qué hacer en Sintra.Nos ha encantado este lugar.

Trotz Regen bei der Ankunft haben wir die drei Tage genossen. Die sehr freundliche Vermietein hat mit nützlichen Hinweisen und guten Tipps unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, die Zimmer sind dafür mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung.

Very good for a 1-2-3 days romantic stay .
The rooms are clean and are very warm.
The kitchen is well equipped and the place is very cosy.
One one the room have a funny view to Castelo dos Mouros.

Great place, friendly host, best localization. The room was ok, although there was some odor coming from the bathroom. Also the bathroom door could not be properly shut from outside. Very steep and narrow staircase - can be a problem for older people. But I still recommend it. My room had great view to the Castello dos Mauros.

Ottima Posizione, proprio in centro, e con un po' di fortuna anche possibilità di parcheggio gratis. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, soprattutto per il fatto che causa nostro ritardo l'abbiamo fatta aspettare parecchio. Ottimo lo stile delle stanze abbinato ai vari colori e il profumo spaziale appena entrati. Ed il letto di una comodità estrema.
