Stupenda a pochi passi dal centro

Шикарное место. Старый дом. Антикварная мебель, посуда. Камин, библиотека. Старый сад. Очень удобное положение - пара шагов до центра. Парковка в ноябре прямо у крыльца вдоль улицы. Постоянно в доме находится женщина-филипинка, которая поможет, расскажет, камин растопит, завтраком накормит. Мне очень-очень понравилось.

Nice views from the house to the Pena palace. Breakfast was good. We didnt think the place was as good as the photos presented it.

Maria and staff were extremely helpful, and the house with its history is quite interesting. Location is great. Id stay here again.

We arrived yesterday, I had booked a suite, and I did not expect it to be that gorgeous!!! And I asked the owner to make something special as we came for a romantic night, she dis something sweet in our room ❤️ The owner is lovely and so his the maid who works in the guesthouse! Everything is beautiful every single detail, we’re leaving today already sadly, but I/we will come back! Thank you for the magical bur short stay!

After a 29 hour trip to get to Portugal, we arrived on a rainy day in Sintra and had difficulty navigating and finding this location - GPS helped but needed additional verbal directions from locals to finally get there. The room was comfortable and the hospitality was great.

This is an old house that got converted into a hotel. It's very beautifully decorated with nice furniture and accessories. The room we rented is a 2 twin beds bedroom. It's very nice but the shower is quite tiny.

Great place and great hospitality. The only mishap was we booked a car thru them for return to airport. We understood they were to pick us up at 6 am. They were a no show and at 6:30 am we had to make a decision. And fortunately we were able to get an Uber.

We were welcomed by the most incredible host.... and I mean host as he was incredibly friendly and focussed on our guest experience. His name, I think was Rui. On the other hand, the woman who was “ on duty” both nights when we arrived home from dinner was indifferent and bordered on rude when we asked for water. The hotel itself is lovely, big rooms, high ceilings with big opening windows, but bring your earplugs as it is noisy throughout the night. ( it is Europe!) breakfast was brilliant with self serve buffet complete with wide range of food choices. Excellent endless coffee machine. In the end, I would definitely recommend. ( and ❤️ Rui!). And Outstanding LOCATION!!!

This was one of the most unique places I have ever stayed in. It made our trip to Sintra even more magical. This place will not be for everyone but we loved it. The quirky decor, the lovely garden, great breakfast, and the location made it perfect for us.

Belle endroit chaleureux avec bel accueil. Le jardin est magnifique ainsi que la vue sur le château de Peña. Proche du centre historique de Sintra, donc très bien localisé.

Everything was perfect. The room, breakfast and in particular our host was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend

Super friendly hotel, great mood and atmosphere. The host was super cool, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, cozy and very original. It’s not your ordinary hotel. Breakfast was the best, few and selective items, displayed as if you are in Alice in wonderland. Highly recommend it.

The place was charming, location was excellent. No air conditioning in centuries old home which didn’t need it with windows open BUT, A lot of standing water on property cause Mosquito invasion in our room which kept us up most of the night. So bring big spray in summer. The morning host was not very accommodating as she reeked of cigarette smoke, busy smoking instead of tending to guest at breakfast. Overall, if you are there to explore the town, the place was excellent for the location!

Beautiful views, lovely decor, charming garden w roses and fountain, close walk to center of town, and historic district, helpful staff, lovely proprietor, good breakfast, all good. Enjoy!

Lugar lleno de encanto y personalidad. Lo mejor, la dueña por el trato familiar y agradable. Las empleadas muy muy agradables. Tiene algunas incomodidades, tipo, puertas que encajan mal, baño algo pequeño, un desayuno que es mejorable, pero queda todo el segundo plano por lo exquisito del sitio, la decoración, la autenticidad y el trato.

From the outside, this little and private hotel looks like someone's private residence, however when you knock on the door and it opens, you are entering the charming world of Casa Miguel. It feels like coming home to grandma, to that warm and welcoming home where you have created long and sweet memories when growing up. The garden is magical and provides good rest from the sun, the living rooms are decored in beautiful romantic style down to the books in the shelves. The room we had was a suite which was more like a one bedroom apartment with terrace looking over the green valleys of Sintra. This enchanting, private boutique hotel makes you feel special, and the service could not be better! The lady that looked after us was attentive to every detail of our stay and made it impossible not to want to hug her upon departure! This is the place that fullfills every expectation for a spiritual and romantic retreat! And as a grandma's place, I wish I could go there every summer! Simply Exquisite!
