Patzo Je: Awesome! I had a one week trip with my girlfriend and I also wanted to go fishing with the fly, so I contacted Marco for a saltwater day. Based on his experiences he told me that saltwater wouldn't be any good currently and you also need to be good in distance casting. That's why I changed my decision to a freshwater trip for barbels and perches. He took me to two awesome spots where he could also find the fishes very quickly. I caught several kind of barbels and perches and I could also catch some shads, a mullet and almost a sea bass (just a small one)on the fly. Marco has a very good knowledge about the environment around the algarve and all kind of fishes that lives there. He has very good experience in fly fishing and could give you tips regarding flies and casting!! So if you are staying around the algarve and want to go fly fishing,you need to contact Marco!!!! Ralu M Petrescu: Simply beautiful!! Carvoeiro is my favorite beach in Algarve. The village is quite small, but has many Caletas, caves, boardwalks on the beach. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. You can find lots of local shops with souvenirs and traditional markets nearby. Try the coffee and a pastel de nata in one of the cafés or restaurants, they are delicious!!! You can visit the caves, it's easy to find them. The view is amazing from the caves, the blue of the ocean is so beautiful! There is plenty of space if you wanna spend your day there, there is a platform outside the caves on the rocks where you have space to lay in the sun. There is a natural pool in the rocks, so you can have a bath there. It's a very nice place where you can take some pretty pictures. We go to Carvoeiro every time when visiting Portugal. It's a special place!

Eu nunca devolveria esta loja se a minha vida dependesse dela. A senhora que está lá é mais do que desagradável. Ela deixa notas na porta a dizer que está lá atrás. Os clientes habituais saberão, infelizmente, exactamente do que estou a falar. É mentira, ela deixou a loja e o número para ligar é um número constantemente ocupado. Ao reclamar disso, fui confrontada com a pior atitude que já encontrei em um ambiente de atendimento ao cliente. Ela é muito rude e não sabe como falar com os clientes, muito menos com as pessoas. Talvez ela tenha problemas na sua vida pessoal, mas parece que ela é bastante instável e pode ser desencadeada por qualquer coisa. Se ela é a dona que está triste e se não é a dona, não deve mais trabalhar lá.

Este é absolutamente o pior depósito doméstico onde eu já estive. O pessoal é rude e não ajuda em nada, eles precisam de um reajuste completo do pessoal. Tentou devolver um item que não foi aberto em 27 dias e o cara disse que foi quase um mês hahaha... Aprenda algumas habilidades de atendimento ao cliente antes de ter um trabalho que lide com o público. Quem me dera poder dar uma classificação Zero porque é isso que eles merecem.
