eli capello: This person did not gave us our money back during the COVID-19 epidemic... We were unable to leave the country and Portugees government declared social containment.. We contacted this person 3 weeks in advance but we got no response. This person didn't make any costs due to our booking but is not open to any agreement on our money. I think this the opposite of hospitality and therefor I would advice you not to book this place.

Marcio Cordeiro Cajão: The hostel has the worst owners I have ever seen, they don't know anything about fair price. The shared room is more expensive than private. Kitchen is very small and some pans don't even have handle. I found bedbugs in my room, I told the owner about it and the answer was like "It is your problem, clean the room yourself". They rented me a bed in shared room and did't put anybody to clean the place, so the room was a mess because if you put three stranger in the same room, none of them will clean, of course! The only good thing is the living room and the big backyard, but it should be cleaned (one of the guests had to clean the backyard, what a shame!!)

Este lugar é uma piada. Ninguém neste lugar sabia quando eu deixei cair o meu item para ser atendido. Quando o peguei, eles não me deram todas as peças. Eu tive que dirigir 35 milhas para chegar lá para deixar o meu item, e depois voltar para pegá-lo. Antes de sair de casa para ir buscar o meu artigo liguei para ter a certeza que eles teriam uma casa de banho a funcionar, porque levei os meus filhos comigo e não estava a funcionar quando fomos antes. O rapaz que atende o telefone diz-me que não sabe se eles vão fechar para almoçar nesse dia. Então eu pergunto, se você fecha para o almoço quando vai fechar, e a resposta dele não é certa. Não é tão profissional. Vou apresentar uma queixa ao Sears corp.

Entrei para ajudar a minha irmã a construir a sua nova casa. Hahn era o único lugar que tinha o Cooktop que ela queria. Eu não tinha nenhuma informação. Estava a nevar e eu tinha um longo caminho a percorrer depois de escurecer, sem saber o quão mau pode ficar. Com a minha pequena informação eles encontraram a certa pelo melhor preço que eu tinha visto. Fantástico em ajudar-me a entrar e sair em minutos.
