Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

O LUGAR DE APARELHOS MAIS USADO DE SEMPRE. Ed, o proprietário, fala um jogo mau sobre serviço ao cliente e NÃO entrega. Comprei uma máquina de lavar louça supostamente nova que tinha a mala danificada na parte de trás, que eles consertaram com fibra de vidro. Eles não a testaram EM TUDO. Eu sei disso porque a fita e o papel ainda estavam dentro da máquina. A unidade provavelmente caiu bc o elemento de aquecimento estava partido. A garantia de 90 dias está APENAS NA LOJA. Por isso, depois de o ter instalado profissionalmente, tive de o tirar, trazê-lo para dentro. DUAS SEMANAS DEPOIS eles me devolvem depois que eu tenho que ligar várias vezes para levar para casa e pagar para reinstalar. Esqueceram-se de me devolver o gancho de água. Eu vou lá pela quarta vez enquanto o meu reparador espera no relógio. Volta para casa. NÃO. FRONT. PLACA. Eu ligo-lhes e digo-lhes que acho que a devem trazer para minha casa. Ele recusa-se e nem sequer tem a certeza se tem a certa. O PIOR SERVIÇO DESLEIXADO DE SEMPRE. Eu já tinha falado em ajudar o tipo com o seu marketing. Nem pensar que eu ajudaria estes tipos a arranjar mais negócios. Acho que ele perdeu a minha parte B.C. Ele estava sempre a arranjar desculpas para não estar lá quando foi tirada. VOCÊ NÃO TEM SISTEMA PARA A VIAGEM DAS PEÇAS? Idiotas.

Se eu pudesse dar a esta loja menos de uma estrela, eu daria. O serviço ao cliente é inexistente. O gerente da loja de fim de semana é rude, abrupto e exigente com o cliente. Nós tínhamos encomendado e pago por itens online e tomamos a opção de pegar no local da loja em Rock Hill. Ligámos para a loja para verificar se os artigos estavam em stock e foi-nos dito que estavam. Fizemos 50 milhas para pegar os itens, apenas para o gerente da loja tentar cobrar uma segunda vez pelo que já tínhamos pago via pay pal no site da Northern Tools. o gerente disse que não podia confiar em toda a documentação, mesmo quando eu a mostrava no meu telefone. Mostramos a ela a confirmação do PayPal e a confirmação do pedido da Northern Tool. Nada disso importava. O gerente da loja começou a digitalizar os itens para tocar. Depois de já pagar os itens online, e dirigindo 50 milhas, cancelamos o pedido e saímos. Nós NUNCA mais vamos fazer compras nesta loja
