Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Fui recentemente tratado como um criminoso nesta loja e quando descobriram o que fizeram de errado, nem sequer pediram desculpa por me tratarem de forma horrível, traumatizante. Foi tão mau que sinto que preciso de tomar mais medidas com a gerência ou superiores. Não consigo parar de pensar nisso e nunca fui tratada desta maneira em toda a minha vida.

Bem, eu entrei e eles me deram as indicações erradas não uma vez, não duas, mas 3 vezes ENTÃO depois de correr pela loja durante 20 minutos logo após ter tido o suficiente fui ao serviço de atendimento ao cliente onde eles se ofereceram para fazer uma encomenda do artigo que dizia na loja ENTÃO depois de tudo que eles me disseram que a porta que estou prestes a passar está trancada quando eu claramente vi alguém entrar não 2 segundos antes eles me fizeram caminhar para o lado oposto da loja para sair Eu não sei o que diabos está errado com todo mundo ultimamente, mas seriamente PARA CIMA! OH eu me importo que eles me roubaram 53 dólares através de cartão de débito em uma devolução mesmo depois de eu te dar outra chance que você cintou meu tempo.
