Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Boa selecção/variedade de mercadorias. Os associados no chão sempre me cumprimentam com um sorriso perguntando se eu estou encontrando tudo. No entanto e esta é a razão de 4 estrelas, os caixas são uma história diferente. Já estive duas vezes na loja nas últimas semanas e ambas as vezes os caixas estavam muito distantes, não me cumprimentaram e nem sequer sorriram. Eles agiram como se preferissem estar em qualquer outro lugar, exceto lá. Hoje, além de um par de itens maiores, comprei vários itens pequenos. O caixa perguntou muito rudemente se eu queria um saco para eles. Claro que eu queria um saco. Ela praticamente só enfiou tudo muito frustrado e ao acaso no saco. Ela nem disse obrigado por fazer compras aqui, apenas empurrou o saco para mim. Isto não é um bom serviço ao cliente. A loja nem estava muito ocupada na altura.

Esta tem sido a minha ida às compras há anos e anos. Mudei-me há um ano, mas continuo a passar por cá sempre que estou na cidade para encher todo o tipo de achados fantásticos - coisas práticas como cartões de felicitações e embalagens de caxemira e coisas divertidas como colagens de vindimas que me deixam feliz por olhar para elas encostadas a uma parede. A lojista e os seus associados são incrivelmente simpáticos e sempre úteis se você estiver preso a um presente. Pergunte se você não vê o que está procurando E, faça o que fizer, não se esqueça de visitar o andar de baixo.
