Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Então pedimos uma cama de um dia/trundle para os meus filhos e fomos aconselhados por um *amigo* meu que trabalha lá para *encomendar com três semanas de antecedência* a fim de obtê-lo quando nos mudarmos para cá. Então pedimos e pagamos o primeiro mês de aluguel no dia 17 de junho, perguntamos 3 vezes se ele chegaria até 8 de julho e nos prometeram que chegaria. Telefonámos no dia 5 de Julho para verificar e primeiro não conseguiram encontrar a encomenda e depois foi-nos dito que estaria no dia 10 de Julho. 10 DE JULHO FOMOS AVISADOS QUE NÃO ESTAVA NO CAMINHÃO E QUE ESTARIA NO DIA 21 DE JULHO. Telefonámos no dia 19 e dissemos que não seria no camião no dia 28 de Julho. Adivinha o que é hoje e não há cama.... ninguém pode devolver uma chamada...ninguém vai devolver o dinheiro que pagámos.... ninguém pediu desculpa....NOTHING. Eu contactei a minha *amiga* e ela também não responde. Nunca tive um serviço tão horrível e um problema tão grande com uma empresa de QUALQUER tipo! Faça. Não. Vai. Vai. Isto. Lugar. Para. QUALQUER COISA

Estes são, de longe, os retalhistas mais incompetentes que já encontrei. Comprei um conjunto que era superior a 3.000 dólares. Eu comprei um seguro. Os móveis estavam defeituosos. Eles prometeram durante quase um ano para resolver o problema. Já passou mais de um ano e eu ainda tenho a mobília defeituosa. Quaisquer atrasos no processo de tentar consertar o meu problema nunca me comunicam a menos que eu ligue ou apareça pessoalmente. Poupe o seu dinheiro e tempo. Vá para outro lugar.
