Expedia reviewer: Very nice and clean apartment the staff was very nice everything was excellent I would definitely recommend it

Marcia Ramos: I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in many countries, but I must say this one was the worst experience anyone could go through. The moment I got there ,the host informed me she had bad experiences with other guests and I quickly realized why: She does not respect guests privacy, money and well being. She knocked on the apartment’s door every single morning with no apparent reason,she many times asked me personal questions ,she has gone far enough to ask me how I was paying for the apartment given that money was never a problem for me.Yet,it does not stop there she claims to send housekeepers to clean but in reality they are not there to clean but to investigate guests and to tell her any information later on. She has gone far enough to tell me I could not cook in the apartment because I was going to damage the stove,so in other words starve my self.Last but not least,she will claim she has the right to do an inspection on the cleaning of the apartment,if she beleives (mind you I said believe without profs ) you don’t clean the apartment not every day,but every second of the day.In addition,she will ask for a deposit for long stays of 300 euros in case you break something,but in reality even if you don’t break anything she takes it off on the cleaning,that she did not make me aware that you had to pay for them when I reserved the place,you are not even given the opportunity to decide if you want housekeepers to clean the place or to clean it yourself.This woman should not be allowed to rent her place to anyone she violates people’s rights and integrity, it’s better to stay in the streets than to pay to stay here,she has gone far as trying to kick me out when I paid rent and was respectful towards her,I don’t understand why she has good reviews,I wonder if the bad ones are not being posted.I just wanted to make everyone aware of this,so no one has to go through the same experience I went through during the time I stayed here.

Esta foi a pior experiência de loja que eu já encontrei de uma cadeia de lojas. Fui recebido de forma muito rude desde o início e me fez sentir como um inconveniente. Depois de termos sido abordados e desviados para as traseiras por um associado masculino rude no atendimento ao cliente, um cavalheiro mais jovem assumiu o comando e foi muito útil à luz das circunstâncias. No entanto, a loja admitiu ter marcado mal o item (barracão) em que estávamos interessados. Eles marcaram erroneamente a disponibilidade de entrega e montagem. O gerente nunca esteve disponível no prazo de 45 minutos em que terminamos de estar lá. Um dos funcionários (que não estava envolvido na transação original) se envolveu e foi ainda mais rude do que o esperado. Ela fez o comentário de que eu não teria condições de arcar com as despesas de montar um barracão. Ela interferiu com os dois associados mais jovens que foram simpáticos o suficiente para tentar resolver a situação. Ela foi detestável e empurrou a gota d'água final para onde eu não queria proceder com nenhuma venda. No entanto, eles não conseguiram resolver a questão. No final eu comprei um barracão mais bonito da concorrência deles - Lowes. Os Lowes realmente entregam e montam barracões. No geral, o Home Depot perdeu mais de 1.500,00 dólares em vendas devido à sua infeliz má gestão e falta de profissionalismo.
