Disgraceful place. Wouldn't give us a refund even though we can't travel due to the restrictions and portugal was in lockdown at the time. Didn't even offer to reschedule. And wouldn't even respond to any questions. maybe it's a nice property but they don't deserve anyone's custom for the way they've treated guests during this pandemic.

This was a great hotel. Big rooms with great amenities. Yoan was a great host and went above and beyond to help us. The hotel also gives you a personal cell phone to use free of charge which you can make international calls on and use Google maps. This a great option and for a great price. I will be definitely be staying here again.

Apartamento con unas instalaciones, un trato y una ubicación inmejorable. Situado muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro (una de ellas un intercambiador que te lleva al aeropuerto en 30 min+-) y la estación de tren para hacer excursiones a ciudades de alrededor. La ubicación del apartamento te permite ir andando prácticamente a todos los sitios.Ademas el día que dejas el apartamento te dejan guardadas las maletas y te dan unas llaves para que las recojas cuando quieras.Muy muy recomendable.

Joao was really helpful on our arrival.The apartment was well equipped and very clean. A very convenient location for the Metro, bars and restaurants.Umbrellas were a useful asset as we had a rather rainy state in Porto.

Está bien ubicado, muy limpio y amplio, decorado con gusto, aunque sencillo y funcional. Yoan nos atendió magníficamente bien, siempre dispuesto y encantado de ayudar. Creo que no podría encontrar ninguna objeción a la estancia. Hasta los cuatro pisos que hay que subir resultan agradables. Estancia inmejorable.

Un lugar fantástico para pasar unos días visitando Oporto. Estudio muy bien ubicado , limpio y silencioso, la persona que lo gestiona Yoan es un chico que habla perfectamente español , nos recibió amigablemente y dándonos consejos sobre que hacer , que visitar, lugares para comer y tomar copas .
Ha sido todo un acierto venir a BO Almada .
Regresaremos sin duda y recomendaremos este precioso apartamento a nuestros amigos .

Location was perfect and given the history of the Rua do Almada, some of which I discovered on my return it made the visit all the more wonderful. Amenities are great with all mod cons, as was the welcome. I recommend anyone interested in Portos history; who really wants to have an authentic experience to learn about do Almada to immerse them-self in the environment - it makes for a much richer cultural experience.

저렴한 숙박비에 비해 방이 너무너무 좋습니다. 엘리베이터가 없지만 올라갈 때 한 번 내려갈 때 한 번 고생하면 되니까요^^;;; 중심지에서 약간 떨어져있어서 조용하게 잘 잘 수 있었습니다. 호스트가 엄청 친절해서 좋았어요. 상 벤투역 5분, 렐루서점 10분, 동루이스다리 15분 정도 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다.

29 January 2019, this is home (Almada 340 deluxe studio city view) for a few days, enabling me to continue my Ancestral research - Galatian heritage. So far so good. Close to Aliados tube and though central, not full of tourists + just the way I like it! Modern refurbishment great light; all mod cons + reasonably priced. The most amazing shop across the road!! Those lines are authentic tram lines, turns out, this street was the first to be modernized it has a great boho vibe and artisan products.

Bom hotel, com condições espetaculares....pena a vista dos quartos que ficam para as traseiras, mas é um sítio muito agradável de pernoitar.
A receção está um pouco desorganizada uma vez que tive 15 min à porta à espera que abrissem a mesma e o rececionista estava um pouco atrapalhado e atarefado uma vez que estávamos numa altura de muita afluência, passagem de ano, e ele estava sozinho.
Tirando isso gostei bastante.

Apartamentos en el centro de Oporto con la avenida de los aliados al lado, con el metro. Tienes servicio de limpieza cada día. Personal atento y agradable. Decoración y comodidades muy buenas. Es la segunda vez que voy y repetiré si vuelvo a ir.

Previous to staying I emailed with a few questions which were all answered professionally in a timely manner. When we actually arrived Miguel was there to welcome us and spent a good hour telling us what was what and giving us recommendations of places to visit as well as drawing out a recommended route on the city map that he gave us. The apartment was superb, the location was superb and the helpful professionalism shown by Miguel, Yoan and all the staff really helped make our holiday wonderful.

Beautiful conversion of an old building. Whilst the wooden floors can be noisy, it’s more than compensated for by a great location and wonderful facilities.If I could change one thing, I would change the towels etc more often, other than that a wonderful place to stay and we would go back if we are ever in Porto again

Ich kann diese Unterkunft mitten in Porto sehr empfehlen. Sehr kurze Wege auf Grund seiner Lage. Super netter Vermieter. Luigi wies uns noch auf viele Sehenswürdigkeiten hin. Es wird sogar ein Gast Smartphone zur Verfügung gestellt, mit welchen man weltweit telefonieren kann. Oder man nutzt es zur Navigation durch die Stadt

Estuvimos en Marzo y mejor no pudo ir nuestra estancia en Oporto, todo estaba cuidado al más mínimo detalle. El apartahotel estaba perfecto, era precioso y tenía de todo; un teléfono móvil para no perdernos por la ciudad, café e infusiones e incluso nos dejaron el último día unos pastelitos típicos del lugar para despedirnos. El trato del anfitrión del hotel fue inmejorable. Sin duda si algún día volvemos a Oporto, volveremos.

Man hat auf uns gewartet. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. Wir haben Infos über Porto einschl. Stadtplan bekommen. Herr Yoan Luigi hat sich bestens gekümmert. Da der Rückflug erst gegen 19 Uhr war, konnten wir unser Gepäck unterstellen und bekamen ein Schlüssel zum abholen. Alles in allem Gute Lage, super Unterkunft

Yoan was extremely helpful before we even arrived with directions and best transport to take. The apartment was very spacious and made for a comfortable few days. Very central to everything and Yoan gave us a detailed map of the area plus instructions on how to find everything. There is a mini mart around the corner. Only downside was the bed was very ‘squeaky’ and the floorboards creeped rather badly not just in our apartment but all those around us apart from that we loved it!

Great location and the apartment has everything you need. Only problem is no parking so you need to put your car in a garage and drag you suitcase for about three blocks. There is also no elevator in the building so you need to climb a lot of steps.

We cant say enough good things about our stay here. This was our first time in a non-traditional hotel and BO - Almada 340 exceeded all our expectations! It was our favourite of all three hotels in Portugal and we highly recommend it. We needed an early check-in, as well as a late check-out, due to train times and our host, Yoan Luigi, was very accommodating. Yoan also gave us great recommendations on nearby restaurants for authentic Portuguese cuisine at a non-touristy price. Housekeeping delivered extra towels and toilet paper when we needed it. The room was spacious, extremely quiet and in a fabulous location in Porto. It was only 15 minutes walk to all the must-see sites. It was perfect for us in every way!

A bright, very clean studio apartment in a perfect location. We were at the top of the building so be prepared to climb stairs, although it wasn’t a problem for us. There are other apartments on lower floors. I can thoroughly recommend these apartments with very friendly and helpful staff who get your visit to Porto off to a flying start!!

Stayed in the superior apartment with a friend. First of all, it looks exactly like the pictures. One of us slept on the bed and the other on the sofabed, which was prepped with a mattress topper - both very comfy. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, which meant we could walk pretty much everywhere. In the 3 days we were in Porto, we only used the metro to/from the airport and the historic tram to the seaside. Very clean apartment, nice sized balcony looking out to the back (not much of a view but I preferred the privacy for my morning coffee and cigarette and also appreciated by my non smoking friend). You get a few days worth of decent coffee pods. The owners were very kind and informative and clearly run the place with care and pride. Excellent modern heating as well, which given the time of year we went (early March) was important. Nothing better than coming home to a toasty room after a long day of (sometimes rainy) sightseeing. The wifi was patchy (we used our own devices rather than the smart phone provided by the hotel) apparently due to the bad weather and storms while we were there. I used my own data roaming allowance for the ocasional work email. Having said that, Wi-Fi strength was roughly comparable to when I stayed at a Hilton (Its not an area that hotels, in general, pay a lot of attention to just yet). Overall, very good value for money, would definitely stay here again. Porto itself was lovely, with great food and very friendly locals.

긍정적: 다 좋았어요. 루프탑에서 지냈는데, 창문 열면 성조르즈성이 보여서 낮에도 밤에도 예뻤습니다. 위치도 산벤토역에서 10분 내외였어요. 캡슐커피 머신도 사용가능했고(무료), 냉장고도 크고 요리 해먹기 좋았습니다. 호스트도 굉장히 친절했어요. 호텔 프론트 처럼 언제든지 연락할 수 있도록 되어있기 때문에 열쇠 받거나 체크아웃 때 불편함은 전혀 없었습니다. 히터도 잘 되어 있어서 비오는 날도 따뜻하게 있을 수 있었어요. 3분 거리에 중간크기 마트 있었고, 좀 더 가면 대형마트 하나 더 있어요. 도시 자체가 작기도 했지만, 렐루서점이나 성당, 루이스다리 등등 걸어다니는데 불편함 없었습니다. 볼량시장도 걸어다녔어요. 다시 가면 또 여기서 지내고 싶네요.. 부정적: 도시 전체가 비슷하지만, 여기도 오르막길에 있어서 첫날과 마지막날 짐 끌고 다니는게 조금 힘들었습니다.

We stayed here for two nights from Friday to Sunday. The Apartment is perfectly located just a few minutes away from Metro Station Trindade from where you can take the tram to the airport. The Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The only really bad thing was that it is pretty loud because you always here other guests taking the stairs or walking in the Apartment above you...

긍정적: 공항과 가기에 가까운 메트로가 근처에 있고 버스 터미널에서는 짐 끌고 걸으면 20분정도. 깨끗하고 친절한 좋은 아파트. 관광하기에 위치 좋아요. 밤에 주변이 시끄럽지 않으면서도 위험하지 않은 자리. 바로 앞에 슈퍼 있음. . 부정적: 엘리베이터가 없고 루프탑은 조명이 좀 어두움.

séjour de 4 jours en janvier dans une ville merveilleuse à découvrir ; vivante, en plein essor ; à échelle humaine ; on a le temps dapprivoiser la ville qui offre pourtant des variétés ( plage accessible aisément avec le petit train pittoresque, les caves à visiter et à déguster le porto, les ruelles et places animées, les églises ou palais avec les azuleros, les multiples boutiques de patisseries super alléchantes à des prix doux, des sites à découvrir......)appart très confort et propre dans un immeuble refait à neuf ; ;penser quil ny a pas dascenceur si lon a des pbs de mobilité

Положительный: Апартаменты с современным дизайном. В каждом номере бесплатно предоставляется смартфон с интернетом, который можно взять с собой в качестве электронного путеводителя. На смартфоне стоит специальная программная оболочка, подсказывающая лучшие места для посещения. Отель в двух шагах от Praça do Município. Все ветки метро в шаговой доступности. На 500-м автобусе можно доехать до океана.. Негативный: Некоторые элементы в ванной комнате требовали ремонта. Достаточно скрипучий пол, но мы с соседями вставали приблизительно в одно и то же время, поэтому не мешали друг другу.

I stayed for three nights, I was greeted on a trivial by a helpful lady who provided a lot of information on what to do and see. I good modern accommodation well appointed with thoughtful touches. No lift. Fantastic location, supermarket just up the (steep) road. Some interesting small shops. An easy walk down to the river. You can catch the hop on hop off bus at the bottom of the square. Some really interesting art pottery shops. You can walk or ride across the bridge, fantastic views.

Leider gab es beim Einchecken kleine Probleme, da wir trotz Voranmeldung außerhalb der normalen Geschäftszeit angereist waren und die Schlüssel erst nach einer gefühlten Wartezeit von 1/2 Stunde erhielten. Man hat sich hierfür mehrfach entschuldigt und war sehr freundlich. Unser Apartment lag im 3. OG mit sehr vielen Stufen. Leider fehlen im Badezimmer Haken und Ablagen. Es war war super zentral gelegen und es gab sehr viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung zur Metro und den öffentlichen Bussen ist in unmittelbarer nähe. Ideal für eine Städtereise.

bonjour , nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , un peu pluvieuse malheureusement . Nous avons était accueilli par Miguel et tout au long de la semaine Marcia a était à notre écoute .Merci beaucoup !!!!!!!!!!! Seul petit bémol la chambre donnait côté rue , avec pas mal de passage de voitures et passants à certaines heures , donc du bruit ! Malgré aussi le parquet qui grince un peu , pourtant nous marchons pied nu . Alors un seul remède prendre une chambre côté cour et la note sera de 10 sur 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pas mal de petits restos autour à un tarif très abordable !!!!!!!!!

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de ville de Porto, proche des transports en commun (métro). L'appartement est très bien équipé, ne se contente pas du strict minimum et propreté irréprochable.Très bon accueil, bons conseils pour découvrir Porto et se restaurer.

Volvería a repetir sin duda. El personal muy amable, nos ayudó a que conociéramos Oporto en 2 días, dándonos las mejores recomendaciones. El apartamento era precioso, lo tenía todo. Y la ubicación perfecta para conocer Oporto a pie.

La estancia en Oporto fue perfecta. En su día ya rellenamos un formulario. Tuvimos otras tres noches anteriores en un hotel en Lisboa el way Lisbon city apartments. Que también reservamos con expedía de las que no nos han preguntado. En la reserva ponía q 48h antes nos enviaban un código para abrir la puerta. No lo tuvimos hasta 6h antes. Llegamos a las 2 y nos encontramos todo tirado por el suelo, bolsas de basura comida y bebida derramada en la cocina una silla rota, etc. Tuvimos que llamar y gastarnos dinero para pedir explicaciones. También nos van a cobrar por la wifi que hemos usado fuera de España porque no funcionaba. Hasta las cinco de la tarde no tuvimos habitación. Había cucarachas, como he dicho no tuvimos wifi en toda la estancia, el televisor tampoco funcionaba, olor a cloaca en el baño. La cocina como he dicho llena de cucarachas q salían de la pared, en una calle en la que había gritos las 24h. No volveremos a reservar nada con expedía. Las fotos las enviaremos junto a una reclamación.

Positiv: Lejlighed uden morgenmad. Negativ: Tænkte da folk skrev at gulvet larmede, sikke nogle ældre mokker, men larmen fra gulvet var ekstremt, det burde kunne laves bedre.

Positiv: Snygg inredning. Vackert läge.. Negativ: Trapporna upp var lite tidskrävande. Parkeringen likaså.
