Camilo Sarmiento: Eu e meu marido passamos um fim de semana relaxante, no lindo chalé cercado pela natureza. O chalé é aconchegante com grandes janelas e uma varanda para se sentar e aproveitar a vista. Nós tínhamos tudo que nós precisávamos para cozinhar, incluindo uma churrasqueira. Tudo estava limpo e pronto na nossa chegada. A Natasha , Timo e Thiago foram ótimos anfitriões. Obrigado e estaremos de volta em breve.

marie Benjamin: A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT AND DECEPTION ! When we booked this apartment we did not realize that it was a private place. Since it was listed with the hotels we thought it was a hotel apartment ! our mistake ! but when we entered the building, we were shocked to find out that there was a three flight walk up of STEEP stairs and had to haul our luggage with great difficulty - this was NOT mentioned in the booking ad - the main living room was decent with windows and light but the unique bedroom was completely AIRLESS with a fake window that looks over the enclosed stair shaft and therefore gave NO AIR. Also the picture on Booking does not reflect the real picture of the bedroom which is rather dark and not pretty at all ! more deception ! there is a ceiling fan but the only thing it did was to stir the stale air and bring down the dust that had settled during the day ! it was unbearably hot and difficult to breath as the oxygen was gone after one night - that too was not mentioned in the ad ! finally even though clean and modern, the shower was so tiny that one had to squeeze in and especially out !!! not a safe to have a spell ! That is the reality of this apartment ! Of course there is no service at all - we wanted to leave the place immediately because our vacation does not entail the strain of going up and down the stairs with difficulty to get food ! Moreover when we checked the hotel around the corner, the price was way cheaper for 4 people, breakfast included, AC and service !!! We feel that we have been deceived and Booking did not propose to reimburse us so we had to reluctantly keep this expensive place! so bye bye Booking !

Eu já fiz compras nesta Best Buy e não tive nenhum problema. Hoje, tentei encomendar um portátil para a recolha na calçada. A encomenda foi cancelada meia hora depois, sem qualquer explicação. Apesar das garantias no BestBuy.com de que o cartão presente que usei para parte da encomenda seria creditado em 30 minutos, o cartão presente foi cancelado. Eu tentei ligar quase uma dúzia de vezes e pedir ao sistema automatizado para vários departamentos. Esperei em espera por mais de 20 minutos. Nunca ninguém respondeu.

Inacreditável. Estou a tentar ligar para a loja há 20 minutos sobre o meu compromisso com a Brigada de Totós. Não consigo falar com ninguém ao telefone. Tentei o esquadrão dos totós e esperei 20 minutos antes de tentar ligar para o serviço ao cliente normal da loja. Tenho uma operadora que disse "devido ao alto volume de chamadas não podemos atender agora mesmo tente ligar mais tarde" e desligou.... como é que uma cadeia da Best Buy pode não ter empregados suficientes para atender os telefones?! O que é isto?! Você vende eletrônicos, mas não pode empregar pessoas para utilizar apropriadamente os eletrônicos. Para sua informação, o propósito dos telefones é atendê-los! Meu Deus, isto é frustrante!
