Das Hotel war einzigartig! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten. Vorne braust der Verkehr, im Zimmer Ruhe und Vogelgezwitscher. Außerdem immer angenehm kühl, eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit ausgesprochener persönlicher Freundlichkeit und genau der richtigen Musik zur richtigen Zeit. Alles, auch das Frühstück war einfach excellent und bestand aus hervorragenden Zutaten, alles frisch und liebevoll serviert und angerichtet. Die Mischung aus unaufdringlichem, aber immer erreichbaren Service war genau richtig. Der Garten war ein Traum, abends ein Gläschen Wein mit Aussicht auf Fledermäuse und Natur, einfach herrlich! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

This is a little out of the tourist area which turned out to be quite a nice benefit. It was a short walk to the historic area and waterfront. The inn is very charming and the daily breakfast was great. Jose, the host, was very accommodating. The decor is very creative with unique little art displays and some wonderful paintings. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of space. You could spend a day exploring or relaxing in the garden which has little gathering areas, hammocks and fig trees. We enjoyed our short stay there and wish we had stayed longer.

Die Unterkunft ist speziell mit Art and Style. Unser Zimmer war mit eigenem Aufgang und eigenes Zimmer mit Minibar und Kaffeemaschine.

This was a very unique property. It is an old building, very different from being in a hotel. Bathroom completely updated, nice amenities, very homey.

It is in a quiet area of town but close enough to the center so one can easily walk there. The rooms are charming. The breakfast was very nice. The manager was very accommodating and spoke several languages

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel in Stadtzentrum-Nähe. Man kann alles Wichtige gut zu Fuss erreichen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Frühstück alles frisch. Keine Probleme mit glutenfreiem Angebot. Räumlichkeiten sehr ansprechend. Zu empfehlen.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the fact that it was central to everything but was extremely quiet. Both Graca and Jose, along with their daughter Joana, were incredible hosts. They were very helpful in assisting us with directions, sites to visit, and restaurant and taxi reservations. Great breakfast served each morning as well. We definitely recommend this B&B and we would definitely stay there again.

Personligt inrett, ägarinnan gav en god introduktion och vägledning om vad som kunde ses i Porto. Helt otippat, en stor lummig trädgård på bakgården. God frukost. Ligger centralt o fint, t ex 100 m fr flygbusshållplatsen (tror jag). J.B.

Tolles Hotel mit super netten Besitzern. Waren sieben Tage hier Gast und rundum zufrieden. Leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück, gute Betten, toll ausgestattetes Badezimmer, starkes WLAN (konnte problemlos Filme streamen). Alles sehr sauber. Ist nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum aber dennoch problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was hard to walk all day and there is no elevator,so we have to drag our bags all the way up..it shows 24 hrs help desk and it’s not...air condition not working so we have to open the windows and we hear cars , ambulance passing by and we did not sleep good. Breakfast is not that great either..normally breakfast is 6am, but it starts at 8am so our day is shorter as we have to wait for breakfast, instead of early morning so we could start earlier. The pictures on this loft shows the stairs and it looks great at first but it’s the back of the house and we thought we are lost at first when we arrived, but it was the loft..everything in the pictures shows great but it’s not what it is...24 hrs help desk is not really 24 hrs help desk...the owner is helpful though...a lot of walking and then we get to the loft we need to go up the stairs and the owner said 2nd floor but it is actually 3rd floor, I don’t k ow how they described 2nd floor and 3 rd floor in Porto...

We stayed three nights in a very nice room on the upper floor with a very modern and huge bathroom. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Outstanding garden to chill, relax or drink a beer or cocktail in the backyard of the house. The lady at the reception spend very much time explaining us the city and what to do in Porto. We can highly recommend!!!

Schon bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns im Oporto Loft gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Von der Besitzerin bekamen wir ausführliche Sightseeing Tipps und ausgezeichnete Restaurant Empfehlungen. Das kleine, exquisite Hotel mit seiner stilvollen Inneneinrichtung liegt fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten Restaurants. Wir waren jeden Abend in einem anderen gemütlichen Lokal essen und immer sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war penibel sauber und lag auf der ruhigen Rückseite des Hauses mit direkten Zugang zu dem wunderschön gepflegten Garten in dem sich das künstlerische Motto des Hauses fortsetzte. Obwohl während unseres Besuches, aufgrund der frühen Vorsaison, nicht alle 5 Zimmer belegt waren, blieben beim Frühstück keine Wünsche offen. Frischer O-Saft, diverse Teesorten, Kaffeevariationen, eine Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Müsli und Gebäck waren an der Tagesordnung. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den außerordentlich und in anderen Hotels nicht selbstverständlichen Service an unserem Abreisetag. Obwohl wir bereits um 5 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen aufbrechen mussten, stand ein komplettes Frühstück für uns bereit. Für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt möchte wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals ausdrücklich beim kompletten Team des Oporto Loft bedanken und viele nette Gäste für die Zukunft wünschen.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The room was beautiful and large. The owners are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific. There is a large and inviting garden in the back. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Tucked behind an old fashioned front door where you have to ring the bell to get in, this is a great boutique hotel with personal service par excellence from the owners. Such a change from the big hotels with their impersonality, industrial breakfasts, (here we had a beautiful contintinal breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, home made pastries and proper coffee) and noise. A well located hotel just minutes away from all that is important to see in Oporto.

This artistic hotel is a hidden gem with large rooms and garden. Full of character, the staff are most welcoming and helped out with anything we needed. No hesitation recommending this hotel and hope to return ourselves one day
