I do not usually write many reviews but I absolutely loved the apartment I stayed in this year. We rented an apartment with Silver Coast Hospitality and everything was great. Our apartment was in the front of the bay and I chose it for the decoration. ;) I will not lie, the weather was awful but the area is beautiful. We have previously stayed in Lagos in the Algarve but decided to try a new area. Sao Martinho do porto is a cute little town and was a good base to be able to see the different monasteries like Alobaca and Batalha. Obidos Castle was fantastic and we were lucky to catch the medieval festival. With the awful weather we still managed to walk to the beach, mostly in the afternoons when the weather cleared. We also loved Nazare which is slightly busier and the waves bigger which our older kids enjoyed.

Fantactic and helpful staff!! This company was recommended by friends who have stayed in 3 of their properties and after my stay last week, I fully recommend also. Will return again next year!

All was great, pick up keys process was so easy, the staff was very helpful with late check in/out. We got local advices and were welcomed properly. I highly recommend SCH to deal with!

I would not recommend this agency, alarm bells started to ring when the women at the office were unfriendly and rude when we went to pick up the keys to our rental property. The rental property itself was poorly and cheaply furnished and nothing like the luxury rental SCH promised. We had to go and buy very basic items like bread knives etc. The luxury out door furniture consisted of 25€ sun loungers from Continente supermarket and a self assembly fold up picnic table. When we complained, their answer was that they do not inspect the items and facilities that the villa owners provide!! The villa was also very noisy. When we complained they were again rude and didn't want to know. Don't risk ruining your precious holiday time with this company.

I would not recommend using this company. We were completely misled by the photos and description of the villa we booked. We complained as soon as we arrived but their customer service was dreadful. We simply asked for a part refund. They then accused us of leaving the villa in a bad state which was totally untrue. They are best avoided.

We used Silver Coast Hospitality to book a villa for our holiday in Caldas da Rainha. We were looking for a quiet getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of London with some friends. The main criteria - the house had to have a "private pool and garden". When conducting our search we found a property with Silver Coast Hospitality. The website images looked amazing, with a description stating "Outside, you will find a serene, private garden with swimming pool and a barbecue. The comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax at the end of your beach day". So we booked it! Upon arrival, this couldn't be more far from the actual truth. There was nothing relaxing or private about this villa. The garden and swimming pool was in the middle of 2 construction sites with about 10 to 15 builders looking onto the pool and garden area all day. The builders worked from 8am every morning, EVEN ON A SATURDAY making very loud construction noises. It really ruined our holiday. When we approached Silver Coast Hospitality they refused to take any responsibility for their misleading website description. Actually they were very rude and turned the problem around on us. I would have been happy to forget the issues if we just receive a basic apology, but we didn't.
