Shari Steele: Our trip to Portugal was made even more perfect because of our Douro Valley tour with Douro Exclusive. We found Douro Exclusive through Trip Advisor and, impressed with the ratings, booked a wine tour of the Douro valley with them. I had email communication with Ana, the owner and Douro Valley native, who emailed me prior to the trip to confirm and then again the day before the tour as a reminder. Ana picked up our group of four (two couples) in a spacious Mercedes van and we were joined by another couple. During the 1 ½ hour van ride to the valley, Ana shared tons of interesting historical and factual information with us about the valley, the wines, and answered all of our questions about the country and culture. She was a great storyteller and engaged the entire group. Our first stop was a boat tour up the river with fantastic views. We then headed to a winery where port is made the traditional way, with the grapes being stomped by foot. The wine tasting, accompanied by nuts and cheese was amazing and she shared a special port with us, after the main tasting. Next, we went to lunch at a hip restaurant (DOC) and had an unbelievable gourmet meal along the river – the food rivaled anything we have eaten at top restaurants in NYC and the service was probably the best I've experienced! We sat at lunch, relaxing and chatting for an hour and half, never feeling rushed. Last, we went to another traditional winery where we sat with the owner and learned about his wines in a charming setting. While the wines at this winery were very dry, and not exactly my cup of tea, the owner was very gracious and accommodating and poured me extra Port which I enjoyed. The day was spectacular and the personalized service and information Ana provided were second to none. I would absolutely recommend booking this tour to enhance your trip to Portugal!

Quero dizer que a falta de produtos deles é uma coisa. Mas hoje, quando eu era hoje, pelo gerente da loja deles, que ele não iria fazer um anúncio para pedir a um cliente sem marcas de deficientes no seu veículo para se mudar de um lugar acessível a uma van, ele disse que não queria confronto e que não era a polícia, então ele não faria nada. O ABC Warehouse é espectacular!! O nosso vendedor Vinita foi tão prestável. Ela nos encontrou na porta e perguntou como poderia nos ajudar. Ela nos encaminhou para a área adequada da loja e respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas sobre a máquina de lavar louça que tínhamos pesquisado e queríamos comprar. Ela então apontou que eles seriam capazes de conseguir a mesma máquina de lavar louça mais barata do que outras lojas anunciaram a venda da Black Friday e tê-la pronta para pegar três dias mais cedo do que a outra loja. O ABC é a nossa loja de electrodomésticos!!!
