Shari Steele: Our trip to Portugal was made even more perfect because of our Douro Valley tour with Douro Exclusive. We found Douro Exclusive through Trip Advisor and, impressed with the ratings, booked a wine tour of the Douro valley with them. I had email communication with Ana, the owner and Douro Valley native, who emailed me prior to the trip to confirm and then again the day before the tour as a reminder. Ana picked up our group of four (two couples) in a spacious Mercedes van and we were joined by another couple. During the 1 ½ hour van ride to the valley, Ana shared tons of interesting historical and factual information with us about the valley, the wines, and answered all of our questions about the country and culture. She was a great storyteller and engaged the entire group. Our first stop was a boat tour up the river with fantastic views. We then headed to a winery where port is made the traditional way, with the grapes being stomped by foot. The wine tasting, accompanied by nuts and cheese was amazing and she shared a special port with us, after the main tasting. Next, we went to lunch at a hip restaurant (DOC) and had an unbelievable gourmet meal along the river – the food rivaled anything we have eaten at top restaurants in NYC and the service was probably the best I've experienced! We sat at lunch, relaxing and chatting for an hour and half, never feeling rushed. Last, we went to another traditional winery where we sat with the owner and learned about his wines in a charming setting. While the wines at this winery were very dry, and not exactly my cup of tea, the owner was very gracious and accommodating and poured me extra Port which I enjoyed. The day was spectacular and the personalized service and information Ana provided were second to none. I would absolutely recommend booking this tour to enhance your trip to Portugal!

O pessoal muito útil no trabalho connosco para identificar novas iluminações para uma casa de banho, e a encomenda passou sem qualquer problema na entrega para nós. Os conselhos que recebemos foram inestimáveis. A nova iluminação parece óptima! E sim, fizemos esta visita à Ferguson na temporada de verão fora, onde não tivemos que clamar por assistência ao cliente como você pode em qualquer lugar durante a temporada de inverno de Sarasotas.

Sem tanta pressão dos vendedores que quando entrei para comprar uma máquina de lavar roupa ninguém veio me ajudar, então me mudei para a área da mesa onde estavam todos os funcionários, ouvi um dos funcionários dizer que você tem alguém esperando. Acabei por sair porque, apesar de me verem ali de pé, ninguém me reconheceu. Mas acho que geralmente vou ao Depot de casa para a maioria das compras só queria que eles fossem um pouco mais úteis ou que tivessem mais funcionários no chão.

A nossa família frequenta esta loja, adoramos a variedade, nostalgia e preços, no entanto, fizemos a nossa compra final hoje depois da má gestão da dona Renee, que não tem capacidade de comunicação com uma abordagem abrasiva, minimizando a falta de ética no atendimento ao cliente.
