Tout d'abord lors de l'inscription, la dame était très gentille et nous a bien expliqué en détail comment allait se passer la journée. La journée de surf était vraiment géniale. L'équipement est très bien, un petit panier repas nous était fourni, et les moniteurs sont extrêmement sympa et très qualifiés. Il aurait pu nous parler de surf, de vagues, de vent... toute la journée. Ce sont des passionnés qui cherchent à transmettre leur passion et à faire en sorte qu'on s'amuse. Notre prof parlait Français, Anglais et Portuguais, ce qui rend les choses encore plus simple et agréables. Les règles de sécurité ne sont pas oubliées. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour améliorer nos positions et nous faire réussir à tenir debout sur cette planche sur une vague, analysait nos Take off pour que le suivant soit meilleur. Je CONSEILLE très fortement WaveSensation. J'espère même y retourner.

What a fantastic place. Just back from a week's break in Sagres and we couldn't recommend Wavesensations more. It was the first time we tried surfing and our teacher Nelson was phenomenal, he made us feel very safe and confident and got us up on the boards no matter how hard it was. We feel like we now know more not only about surfing but also about life!!! Beautiful house, great rooms, veeeeery comfortable beds, lovely breakfast in the common area each morning. It's a perfect place to relax, learn something new and meet incredible people. Big thanks to Nelson, Sandra and Pedro, we cannot wait to be back x

Das surfcamp ist sehr zu empfehlen - es ist sehr sauber, es gibt ein sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vor allem der Surfkurs war sehr gut: Unser Surflehrer hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns persönliche Tipps zu geben (Danke Nelson!!). Zusätzlich haben wir auch viel Surftheorie gelernt (bspw. Wie man den richtigen surfspot findet). Wir würden wiederkommen

Un lieu convivial et plein de sérénité, une cuisine et surtout une cuisinière hors paire ! L accueil est absolument parfait.. Des gens d une gentillesse extrême. Je n ai pas accroché au système de carte pour les portes je pense que c'est une fausse bonne idée. Enfin n oubliez pas que des moustiques peuvent avoir envie de vous mener la vie dure donc pensez à vous procurer ce qu'il faut ! Bravo encore c'est un vrai coup de cœur ! Obrigado

AMAZING experience!! My bf and I did the short stay (3x days surf, 4x night stay) which was perfect and not many other schools offer this type of package which was a big plus. We enjoyed our time so much we went surfing with them again the day we checked out! We highly recommend Wavesensation Surf camp & the surf house. The house itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The interior is modern, clean and well designed- you feel right at home immediately. The welcoming staff is very professional, friendly and helpful (shout out to Pedro). We had a private double room which was phenomenal -high hotel standards. TV included, Wifi, great bathroom and nice bed. The only small missing part was a self controlled aircon or a fan. Breakfast was basic, but very nice. We would just recommend serving breakfast a bit earlier since there wasn't enough time to digest between breakfast and surf lessons. The backyard area is also AMAZING. So nice to spend time there relaxing, reading, hanging out and enjoying the sun and Sagres breeze. Great restaurants nearby- all walking distance. Tonel Beach is just 5 minutes walking and great place to learn to surf. This was our First time surfing and we could not have had a better experience. All the equipment including boards, wet suits and leashes were great quality. We could not have asked for better instructors. SUPER professional, knowledgeable, fun, attentive and just great people. We always had 3-4 instructors. They were so patient and helpful while in the water- that after just 1 day of lessons we were already standing and catching some wavesss!! We felt safe, confident and they always immediately gave us feedback after every wave which helped so much. Thank you Caio, Bine, Danka and Nelson for such an unforgettable time!! <3 Thank you to everyone at Wavesensations! We will be back soon.

Stayed there in June 2019; the house is basically refurbished to very high standard, everything works perfectly well and with the Scandinavian decor I felt fully at home! The breakfast was very varied and fulfilling (yogurt, cereals, toast, pastries, muffings, fruit, sausages, eggs, cheese...). All the instructors were excellent, but specially Nelson, he'd be the last one leaving the water, would wait until we were all out of it and then he'd check on each of us and is amazing at encouraging you when you are getting tired and at spotting what you're doing wrong and how to improve it. I hope I'll get to be his 'pupil' again sometime. They also lend you beach towels. The vibe at the house is great and the rest of the staff are very willing to help with anything and accommodating. Definitely will try to go back!

Had an amazing time there. Carlos is a great instructor, paid some attention to each of us individually, even there was a changing group. Only negative point: it was end of season (early november), thus conditions hasn't been as easy, but we made the best of it, starting earlier, shorter breaks, ... would recommend it for beginner!

Wonderfull time!!! I came with my family, everyting perfect. All equipmment new, well organized, everyday spot check. Next year i will came back again.
