Excellent Indian restaurant in Olhão, service was attentive, food was very tasty and freshly prepared and portions generous. Highly recommended in case a change is required from all that fresh seafood!

If you are looking for a great Indian meal look no further. The lamb Madras and prawn curry were delicious. The naan was also lovely and very different. It's great value too!

I am wary of eating an Indian meal abroad. I have been let down so many times by the quality of the food. This was different. Tucked in the corner of town it was a cosy place. The meal was very good and a good price. Friendly service I would go back.

Un bon restaurant indien, pas très cher. On peut choisir le degré d'intensité des épices. Personnel très charmant qui parle plusieurs langues. Bravo

Amatrice de plats indiens, j'ai eu l'occasion de passer devant ce charmant restaurant à Olhão, installé dans une petite rue calme. Personnel disponible, agréable, patient... C'est le beau Didar qui m'a conseillé et servi le plat "lamb xcuti" (agneau sauce coco 9€ avec son riz en supplément pour 2€75) un vrai délice ! Une viande extra tendre et une explosion de saveurs en bouche. Je précise que j'hésitais avec un autre plat plus cher, Didar a été honnête et m'a conseillé en terme de goût le moins cher des 2. Je vous conseille également de goûter leur énorme cheese nan ;)

First trip to Ohlao and found this little gem through a Google map search. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Food was fantastic! Had the vegetable and chicken samosas -- bother we're great, liked the vegetable one slightly more. Husband had chicken Tikka, Indian hot, and I had chicken saag medium minus, with garlic naan. Best garlic naan we've had in a very long time. Indian Hut was hands down one of the best Indian meals we've had. Charming location, too, on a side street, alley cafe with cute shops nearby. If we're ever here again, this will be worth coming back to.

Heerlijk gegeten. Wel wat aan de prijzige kant voor Portugal.
Maar we kregen een port van het huis als afsluiter. Dat maakt het weer goed mss.

Zeer lekker gegeten! Grote porties! Top service: We dachten eerst dat we met opzet werden afgezet. Er stond op onze rekening namelijk €7 voor een 7up nu bleek dit een fout te zijn die hij onmiddellijk rechtzette. Terwijl we aan het inpakken waren kwam hij naar buiten gerend om te zeggen dat het nog steeds niet klopte en gaf ons nog een extra terug!

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Essen. Es war super gewürzt, der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Nan Brot hat toll geschmeckt. Wir würden wieder hingehen.
Zwei Tage später waren wir wieder da. Erneut alles unglaublich gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke dafür!

Quite expensive for what you get. My husband ordered a lamb dish he got 3 little pieces of lamb. Had to order extra the rice. Also got a tiny dish. Really disappointed won't come back

Vanwege een ruime ervaring met traditioneel Indiaas eten, speciaal gevraagd om de gerechten authentiek te bereiden. Helaas was het resultaat teleurstellend. Helaas niet vergelijkbaar met "echt" Indiaas eten.
This restaurant is a joke, their food isn't authentic. Avoid if possible.

Consistently good food. I've been a regular here for years and as a native of Leicester, UK I would rate it as good as or better than most curry houses I know. Being in Olhao, fish curries are an especially good option.

Eines der besten Indischen Restaurants in denen ich je war. Super leckeres Essen und ganz toller Service. Aufmerksam, sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Kann das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen... Top!!!

Cher pour le Portugal (le soir il n'y a pas de menu, compter 9-12€ pour un plat, il faut rajouter 3€ pour du riz, et 2-3€ pour un naan).
Du coup on dépasse largement la formule a 7,50€ du midi...
Ceci dit, outre le prix le soir, c'était bon.

Outstanding authentic Indian food. Best Dahl we have ever tasted. Now that we have found it we definitely will be back tomorrow for dinner period wish we had found it earlier in our stay in Olhao!!!

Went off other reviews to try it so ordered a take out and what a mistake that was. Looked nice but tasted horrible. Chips was soggy. Chicken was undercooked still pink inside. Ordered a korma and tikka but they both had no taste at all. Naan bread was nearly as hard as a popadom. Will not be returning and dont recomend

We came to olhao on a girly holiday and had enough of fish on the second day,so we found this Indian restaurant by chance as we was walking around. We was a bit unsure of how it would be but I must say it was amazing, the service was great and so was the food. Everything from onion bajis, popadoms,chapatis,rice,chicken curry,and briyani. They were all just amazing. we are leaving today and have booked to eat there again just before we go the airport.
I highly recommend this restaurant as the service food and family run staff are very friendly. Thank you staff and a very big thank you to the chef

Great food, great family run restaurant. Went twice while on holiday. Had to be the best Naans I have had. All good is very fresh and delicious. Price is very reasonable too.
