Went twice in 4 days, had swordfish both times, very, very good. Husband had Whiting and Salted Cod, both excellent. Excellent, friendly service from family run business.

What a wonderful find made to feel so welcome and could not find anything wrong. Service of staff and quality of food excellent so good we booked to return next week.

The first time we went , the bolognaise was child portion and garlic bread turned up after we finished . Gave it a second chance food was good but we were then ignored although we would of had a pudding so I would say the food is ok but on both visits found the service to be very poor and won't be going back there again .

E' un posticino un po' fuori dal centro e dal chiasso, comodo e facile da raggiungere e con comodo parcheggio all'esterno. Appena si entra si capisce di essere entrati in un locale tipico dove i turisti sono ben accetti perchè il titolare e tutto il personale parlano più lingue. Anche il menù è tradotto e comodo da consultare ma in caso di dubbi sono tutti molto solerti e gentili nell'aiutare nella scelta. Ricca la proposta, sia di pesce sia di carne e ricca la carta dei vini. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la località e onesti. Avevamo voglia di mangiare un po' di carne e non siamo rimasti delusi: abbiamo mangiato bene e in tutta tranquillità.

Sempre muito bem atendido, staff muito simpatico, pratos variados e saborosos, so nao dou 5 estrelas porque o preço das sobremesas e bastante alto mesmo face ao preco dos pratos. Voltarei novamente certamente.

I absolutely love this place and its owners. I have been coming here for 20 years each summer and Antonio and Josè always make me feel like part of the family. The food is lovely, a wide variety, tasty and fantastic value.

Poco más se puede añadir a todo lo que se lee de este restaurante. El trato es excepcional, se deshacen por atenderte como si estuvieras en tu casa. La comida tiene un toque casero, que se agradece en sitios tan turísticos, recomiendo dejar hueco para los postres. Raciones muy generosas y todo ello a muy buen precio.

Hemos estado en varias ocasiones, cada vez visitamos Alvor vamos mínimo un par de veces ya que nos encanta la atención y la comida está buenísima, muy tradicional y a un precio estupendo para la calidad que ofrece. El dueño es muy atento y se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio.

Just along the road from our hotel, Luna Village suites, excellent fare. I had s Swordfish steak and the Doll Chicken Stroganof washed down with a nice Portuguese Chardonnay. Friendly host. We will visit again this holiday and recommend to others.

Super restaurant. Accueil très chaleureux. Les patrons sont très sympathiques surtout José. Nous y sommes allés deux fois. Plats super bons et bien servis. La mousse au chocolat est une tuerie ainsi que la sangria. Merci pour ces deux belles soirées. Nous y retournerons avec joie.

Very friendly, family run, just had their 26th Birthday, restaurant and bar, fabulous food and just down the road from where we are staying! Highly recommended, we will be frequenting often. If you are visiting Alvor, then this will not disappoint!

Went there last night for a meal and it was fantastic. I had the chicken piri piri and my wife had the garlic prawns. Ended up chatting with a lady called Carroll, we were there for 4 hours in the end and nobody minded.

Les patrons José et Antonio vous accueil chaleureusement et ceci en divers langues (portugais, français, anglais et aussi en allemand ). La nourriture est très bonne et bien cuisiné.

Resto au top, plats délicieux préparés sous vos yeux en cuisine, une sangria meilleure que partout ailleurs et surtout un accueil formidable avec des personnes formidables! (Merci encore!!!) Nous avons passé un super moment nous recommandons à 200% !!

We visited here in July 2017 - the food was awesome and the family who run this Bar and Restaurant are very nice people - very warm and welcoming, family orientated - the owner's children took time out to play with our daughter and she made some very good friends for life, we will definitely be coming back :)

Super restaurant, très bon, avec un accueil chaleureux, un prix très raisonnable, parlent le Français et l'anglais. Ils font également de la locations de chambres touristiques.
Je conseille vivement se restaurant.
