A truly great scooter rental place, I had a blast driving my scooter. I recommend this to anyone, it's the best way to experience the Algarve to its fullest. Thanks to Nadia and Daniel for the superb service!

Je n'avais jamais conduis de scooter. Le responsable a pris le temps de m'apprendre avant que je prenne la route. Accueil sympathique et prix raisonnable. Très bien pour visiter.

Ich war zwei Tage bevor ich mit dem Roller die Algarve entdecken wollte bei "Algarve Riders Lagos", um einen Vertrag für einen Roller abzuschließen. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass ich den Roller einfach an dem Tag, an dem ich den Roller nutzen möchte, buchen kann. Ich hab nochmal nachgehakt und es wurde mir zugesichert. Dann an dem Tag komme ich an der Filiale an und siehe da es gab keinen Roller mehr. Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett, aber naja... ohne Roller bringt mir das auch nichts. Glücklicherweise konnte ich woanders einen Roller bekommen.

Ordered a scooter for 3 days which was due to returned on a Sunday afternoon; however we flew back on a Sunday morning. The shop keeper told us to come on Saturday 5:30pm instead. This was fine by us and we planned our last day around returning the scooter, only to get there and realise the shop closed early, after calling the owner he said he could not come and had gone home and I would have to post the keys and my credit card details to get the deposit back. This also reinforces the BS of free pick up and drop off, we had to walk back 45mins to get back to our hotel because of this. Although I ultimately got my deposit back this is clearly shocking customer service which wasted our time and manipulated our plans. I would come to Portugal again but would go to another scooter company.

I don’t recommend this place. First, the place is far away from the city center and you have to take a taxi. The friendliness is not there. When we arrived, there was nobody inside and nobody answered on the phone, we had to wait for a while. When the guy arrived, he didn’t make any excuse and took his friends first. And when we finally spoke to him his attitude was dismissive! After ONE HOUR I decided to leave WITHOUT renting a scooter. The worst experience in Portugal.
