Great place with some great beers... We had a great time tasting beer and seeing tye brewery. The staff were fantastic and couodbt do enough for you, so pleasant. There is an on site shop that sells wines and also great Portuguese items. Would recommend a visit to anyone that wants to do sonetging a little different.

We're craft beer and Untappd junkies, so definitely had to swing by this place on our way from Lisbon to Lagos. It was a perfect cool and sunny day to sit outside sip quality beers, eat great food including exceptional tuna, and enjoy the views. If we had stayed closer to the brewery/restaurant, we definitely would have gone back for another meal.

Esperava mais pois tinha ouvido falar bem. Gambas sem sabor, costoletas de borrego mal preparadas com um sabor intenso, bife bem grelhado mas muito aquém de um prato que valha 18 euros. Caro para a qualidade. Para as crianças só tem água ou sumo de laranja, ao menos que fosse natural. As mesas têm as pernas completamente bambas, ninguém se preocupa e ao nivel do serviço, não têm qualquer critério... O bife vem com as gambas e o queijo, as pataniscas com o borrego...não tentam conjugar as tapas consoante são entradas, peixe ou carne. Vale pela cerveja!

Bonjour, Comme la plupart des des personnes l’ont dit, L’endroit est fabuleux; de l’olivier au milieu de la cours au haut plafond du restaurant décoré avec goût en passant par la vue de la petite terrasse sur les vignes (magnifique )! Et maintenant parlons de ce que l’on attends d’un endroit pareil ... le service nul , certes des sourires mais aucun professionnalisme et ils disent servire des tapas ??? il y a deux planchettes une fromage et une mixte; nous avons pris la mixte et pas grand choses dessus alors nous attendons des produits de qualité...c’était médiocre... nous avons pris le burger qui était plutôt pas mal... les côtes d’agneau.... mal nettoyées même pas manchonnees et je pense que c’était du mouton ! la lotte ... trop cuite et mal nettoyé sinon le petit jus aux agrumes était plutôt bon le poulpe ... caoutchouc servie en salade avec des poivrons en (cubes) même pas en brunoise pelé..!!!assaisonnement vinaigre de basse qualité bref....sans commentaire et le faux filet angus ... angus vous avez dit - je le cherche encore ; mauvaise cuisson , dur pleins de nerfs et pas de goût servi avec des petits piment doux grillées qui n’avaient rien à faire sur l’assiette... en garniture nous avions choisis les pdt. douces en frite maison, elles étaient excellentes - vraiment la bière maison excellente le vin ... je n’en parle pas, imbuvable... Voilà les prix certainement trop chèr pour ce que nous avons mangé. si seulement ça avait été bon les prix auraient été très corrects Voilà avis aux patrons, gérants et au chef de cuisine

Beautiful location!!! We had beer and an appetizer/ sample plate. The pale ale and seasonal orange beer were delicious. We took some to go. As far as the product goes I give it 4.5, the location and customer service are a definite 10 out of 5!

The setting is absolutely beautiful and the beer very good. However I was somewhat disappointed with the food. In comparison to what you can get across the Algarve it's extremely overpriced and average. €18 for a few small lamb chops and a slice with orange... Madness. Worth a visit for a few drinks I wouldn't bother with the food.

Fantastic, stylish place with inside and outside seating, a little food and drink haven in the local area. Serves only beer and wine, but all from their own brewery. Lovely views over the vineyard. A cracking small menu, and the chocolate mousse is to die for. Loved it.

Sitio especial, que fabrica su propia cerveza artesanal, que está buenísima. Carta muy sencilla pero con sabores diferentes a los típicos portugueses. Cómo es habitual por estos sitios en verano, algo (demasiado) lentos pero se preocuparon por nosotros y es de agradecer. Repetiremos seguro.

Great place - would recommend. Ambiance, decor and view are amazing. The craft beers and wines were all delicious. Good food with a few minor negatives: awesome fries but no ketchup, only orange juice and water for soft drinks, on both visits the kitchen didn't bring out the right food orders!

Superb, Family inspired local brewery and winery...with delicious tapas dishes...we had the codfish fritters, grilled chourico, octopus salad, cheese and meat plates...all served up by attentive staff...

A joy to visit this lovely brewery/restaurant in the countryside area of Carvoeiro, near Gramacho golf club. Food is good, views are amazing, beer is impeccable and staff are lovely. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely the best discovery on our trip to Algarve. A rare combination of cozyness and chic design, with great quality food and obviously beer brewed in-house. Very tasty and good beers. Views are amazing over a vineyard and everything works well, competent and friendly staff. Cannot recommend enough. Suitable for families with children, couples looking for a romantic dinner, friends and everyone.

Fantastic place to visit. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it felt like a family. The place is beautiful with a modern bar area and delightful terrace overlooking the vineyard. We shared a beer tasting. This involved trying 6 of the beers. There were options for 3 and 6, so we decided to share and try more. I would highly recommend stopping in here for a leisurely few hours. You can also get bottled beer to take away. There are wine tastings available but we will have to come back to try that. Thanks

Gorgeous venue, gorgeous view. Very drinkable wines and my wife enjoyed her amber ale, though I thought it wasn't spectacular (but I like heavy and intense beer). The food was what was really impressive though. Will come back and recommend it for anyone in the area.

Veľmi úslužné čašníčky, moderný interiér, vonku krásny pohľad na vinice; 5 druhov super pív, kačica pikantná, jedlo Açorda - dobré boli krevety, ale bisque sauce nám vôbec nechutilo - nikdy viac! Recheado a Arros cremoso bolo super! Výborné opekané zemiaky s avokádovou omáčkou.

From the moment we arrived it felt like family. The welcome was genuine and warm. We had the pleasure of being introduced to the chef. His food was imaginative and superbly cooked and beautifully presented. The management and staff were first class, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was wonderful. We highly recommend Dos Santos to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dos Santos, we will remember this day in our hearts. ❤

Loved this place. Fantastic food; gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces; and incredibly friendly staff, especially Gabby (my server) and Bruna (the manager). I would eat here as much as I could if I lived in the area. Almost a full week later, I’m still thinking about this place.

Always great with excellent staff - owned by South Africans who were very gracious considering they beat us today in the Rugby World Cup! The beer is simply the best in the Algarve with nice range of varieties including IPA, lager, Amber and fruity. Food is great too. Lovely views over their vineyard - awaiting their first vinification this year; can't wait!

Cela aurait dû être une belle journée de belles vacances.... Avons mangé en famille à midi dans ce restaurant. 4 personnes sur 7 ont été malades. Mon garçon de 38 ans a fini à l'hôpital sous perfusion. Il me semble important de préciser que nous n avions pas pris le même menu' 3 personnes avaient pris le hamburger et me concernant j avais choisi le plat à base de canard Il doit y avoir un énorme problème dans leurs frigos. Grosse intoxication pour nous 4. Heureusement notre petit de 9 ans qui avait pris du poulet n a rien eu ! 3 jours après 3 personnes vont mieux. Pour ma part je suis encore très mal... 3 jours de vacances gâchés sur 1 semaine, je me traîne encore ce matin diarrhée maux de tête estomac intestins Bref ! Suis dégoutée, surtout pour un restaurant qui se dit haut de gamme

Incredible experience! Beautiful vineyards, massive terrace, stunning courtyard, shop and restaurant. We noticed all the tables were reserved, but they offered to fit us in regardless. What started as a last minute detour ended up being our best meal in Portugal. Very friendly service, perfectly seasoned food and a well designed space.

AbsolutEly disgusting and rude personnel working at the bar with zero understanding they are their to be friendly and helpful. I asked a very friendly question which was met with shocking rudeness. Was going to meet a client here for business meeting but because of their rudeness I decided to go to the Gramacho club house. Cannot stand rude service coming from London and living locally so no thanks ....

Habe hier nach einer Empfehlung einen Tisch reserviert und es nicht bereut. Das Essen war wundervoll. Die tapas lassen sich gut teilen und jeder wird wirklich satt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich freundlich mit jedem unterhalten. Kann es jedem empfehlen! Wer abends einen tollen Tisch ergattern möchte, sollte im Voraus reservieren.

Average food, tacky tourist shop, brewery is not open to public, not much to see around at all. Wine was nice but so was wine in the restaurants and supermarkets around the area. Wine overpriced at 6.50 for a tiny glass.

We absolutely loved this place. Of course its beautiful but the service, the beer, the tapas, all of it was wonderful. We've been staying locally for over a decade now and are thrilled with this new addition to the area!

Pela sua envolvente e espaço interior, decidimos experimentar o sistema de tapas. Gostamos, mas não é decididamente o tipo de comida com que nos identificamos para refeição principal. Decoração e ambiente 5 estrelas.

Para volver de nuevo, sin lugar a dudas. La cerveza es de producción propia y al menos la Pilsner que fue la que probé, tenía un sabor excelente. La hamburguesa grande y con un pan que me pareció casero y con poca sal, como debería de ser. Las patatas dulces bien fritas y con mayonesa que me parecía casera por su textura. El mousse de chocolate muy bueno. El único "pero" lo pondría en el pollo con ajo y romero, se veía muy triste y escaso en un cuenco pequeño sin guarnición. El local y su localización de diez.

Nice spot, more of an upend tapas restaurant that does some beers rather than a craft beer place. We went late afternoon for a couple of quick ones so haven't made a reservation. Was made to feel a bit unwelcome, and despite there not being a single other person there were told there was only one table to could sit at. Felt we were in the way.

Had a wonderful lunch here. The setting is beautiful, the tapas we had were lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive. The beers are respectable, but it's the setting and ambience that are exceptional. A must visit.

We visited the restaurant last week, there were excellent wines and beers available, wonderful atmosphere and surroundings, beautiful views over the vineyard. However, I, my wife and 2 friends, ordered a main meal each and a number of side dishes to share, the young waitress that took our order was very pleasant and friendly. After a while the meals were delivered to the table, all of the side dishes, but only 3 of the 4 main dishes arrived, I must say the food looked really nice, when I asked where my main dish was, one of the girls that helped to deliver said she would check for me. Some 5 minutes later, still nothing, so I asked my wife and friends to start without me or their food would go cold. I eventually caught the eye of the waitress who took the order and asked if she could check to see where my main dish was, she went away, came back a few minutes later and said it was on the way, I thought at the time, she's forgotten to put that part of the order through to the kitchen, but if the dish arrived soon, then there wouldn't be a problem. My wife and friends were concerned that nothing seemed to be happening and they were constantly watching the kitchen door each time it opened, hoping my meal was on the way. After a further 10 minutes, I asked the same waitress where my meal was, she said, because I had waited so long, she would ask the chef, to put extra juicy prawns on my dish, to which I said, why is it taking so long, I was astonished when she said, she had a table of 12 to serve, I then said to her is a table of 12 more important than a table of 4, she looked puzzled as if she didn't think there was a problem, she then said, it's on the way, I then asked to speak to the manager. When the manager finally arrived, I explained what had happened and at that point my meal still had not arrived, the manager was very apologetic and was begging me to accept the meal when it finally arrived and to give them another chance, the meal eventually arrived 35 minutes after the rest of the meals, by then my wife and friends were finished and what was left of the side dishes were cold, I refused to accept the dish and told the manager all I now wanted, was to pay the bill and go. The manager kept on pleading with me to change my mind and went on pleading it was becoming embarrassing, I just kept on insisting I just wanted to pay and go. Eventually she brought the bill to me and began pleading again to give them another chance, when I said no, I want to pay and would not be coming back, she tore the bill up and said, if you are not happy, then there's nothing to pay, not only was this unnecessary, but also embarrassing for us. The young waitress was clearly inexperienced, maybe a little naive and certainly a little silly with some of the things she said, but I don't blame the girl, I blame the management for her lack of training and her lack of knowledge on how to rectify a problem quickly, if a mistake has been made, for the young girl to say I couldn't get my meal because she was serving a table of 12 and to think there wasn't a problem with delivering the meal 35 minutes after the rest of the meals at our table is unbelievable and disgraceful. I shouldn't have to remind anyone in the restaurant business, that a table for 1, is just as important as a table for 12. There are a high number of excellent restaurants across the Algarve, Quinta Dos Santos could and should be ' One of THE BEST', if they don't improve their customer service, they never will be. What started as a very pleasant evening, ended up being something never to be forgotten, but unfortunately, not in a good way

Atendimento telefonico a roçar o ridiculo para nao dizer outra coisa. Liguei as 19:30h, a Sra. que atendeu (muito arrogante) disse para ligar ate as 15:00 porque agora a meio do serviço nao aceitava reservas e prontamente desligou o telefone. Muito mal educada. Se esta pessoa é quem gere a sala..hmmmm claramente nao sabe lidar com o stress. Desilusão total e nem sequer cheguei a entrar.

Truly remarkable architecture, location and fresh craft beer. Was on holiday from Dubai and absolutely loved the food, drinks and atmosphere. Will come again with friends and family later this summer.

Wir kamen zum Abendessen. Die Location ist sehr schön, stilvoll und im Grünen gelegen, man muss sich nur an den Hall gewöhnen. Das Craft Beer war auch lecker. Vom Essen waren wir leider enttäuscht, denn es wird seinen Preis nicht gerecht, was echt schade ist. Wir hatten verschiedene Tapas. Die Chorizo war lecker, die Side Orders auch wie z.B. Süßkartoffel Pommes. Eine totale Enttäuschung war der Monkfisch, der nach nichts sondern nur verbrannt geschmeckt hat. Auch das Lamm, es war zwar zart aber kaum gewürzt. Und zum Service bleibt zu sagen, die Herren sollten sich eine Scheibe bei den beiden Damen abschneiden.

The moment you arrive on the premises you immediately notice the care for all the details. From the floors and the walls to the lights. You can choose from a range of delicious tapas and various types of their own crafted beer. They are also growing their own vineyard. Prices are a little above average but not expensive and definitely worth it!

What a lovely venue. For those living in close proximity it's an easy walk, but for those living further afield it's a bit of a drive. We visited on an evening when they had a Portuguese trio playing (who were excellent!) My partner & I had just finished a walk so I wanted to call in on our way home. Dressesd in our walking gear we did feel a little uncomfortable as the clientele we're mostly those from the surrounding golfing fraternity who were all (as you'd expect) smartly dressed in casual atire. So we just sat in the court yard out of the way not wishing to offend any of those eating. The staff we encountered were all pleasent, helpful & friendly. The bar rooms/eating areas are spacious & comfortable, as too is the outside courtyard and rear verrander (the latter has lovely evening views). The brewery itself looks to be very impressive too. OK, now onto the reason why i called here in the first place, the beer! I have been a beer drinker & real ale supporter for 40+ years and we made the trip here especially to sample a few different beers. (It is supposed to be a craft brewery after all) But when we got there they only had three on tap? I found this a litte disappointing to say the least. On offer was an amber, and two other lager & pilsner style ales, but since I'm an beer drinker it was amber or nothing. Being labelled a "craft brewery" I thought I'd try the lagers anyway, but neither of them I found to my taste. Good yes, but not (In my opinion) in the "craft ale" category. I ended up drinking the amber ale which was ok (and many will argue otherwise) but I thought it lacked imagination & was a little generic. Anyway, despite my personal taste setbacks, the place itself has a great atmosphere (I can't comment on the food as we didn't try any) so it is worth the trip? Simply put, yes. It's not a cheap place but I can't think of many bar/restaurants in as good a location as this to relax for a couple of hours on a warm summer evening. Overall? If you're passing then it's worth a try just to enjoy the vibe this place has to offer. As a footnote, It is fabulous to see small breweries like this challenge the main stream commercial brewers. Whilst not to my taste (might be to yours) their beers are by far better than the majority brews you will find in most Portuguese bars. Any recommendations? Please increase you're beer range to include occasional IPA's, stouts, hoppy ales etc. As things stand one ale isn't much of a choice. If you like true craft ales, then also try Marafada brewery (Algoz) their beers are all hand crafted & bottled conditioned.

This place is more than just a craft brewery, they are also a winery and a fine restaurant. We were greeted by one of the owners as soon as we got out of the car. We then proceeded to have a great tapas style lunch overlooking the vineyard. It's definitely worth a trip out here if you are fans of beer, wine or food.
