Lovely restaurant with charming attentive service. Had onion soup, smoked ham/melon and chicken livers to start - all excellent. Next up was sea bass with vegetables and black linguine & prawns - fabulous. Squeezed in a chocolate mouse with coffees (good choice). Plus wine and a beer, with bread (served with a tuna accompaniment) and olives, was a lovely evening. €100 for the three of us was very acceptable! A little windy to take advantage if outside seating, and good parking (although we walked !)

The food is very good, but I had the impression that it was a bit overpriced for the quality. The service was goos as well, that's why I am giving it 4 stars, not less.

We went twice in our week long holiday and on both occasions the service and food were fantastic. The pizzas were authentic and very tasty.

We were greeted by a lovely man originally from South Africa he was professional attentive friendly and informative ,our meal was beautifully cooked ,our daughter who Is a vegetarian found good choices and the wine recommended by our waiter was the icing on the cake .

Très bon dîner - accueil et service sympathique - déco simple mais agréable - belles assiettes : du bon et du beau, de l'entrée (champignons à l'ail que nous avons partagé) au plat (lotte) et dessert (meringue au citron)

Dit restaurant heeft de beste prijs kwaliteits verhouding in de buurt heerlijk eten wat direct vers wordt klaar gemaakt een kleine wijnkaart met heerlijke wijnen uit de Douro streek met Rainha en O' Molho de beste restaurants in een straal van 25km

Sehr leckeres Essen! Freundliche und nette Atmosphäre.
Edit: aufgrund der sehr guten Erfahrung beim ersten Besuch, waren wir noch einmal im Oregano. Die Freundlichkeit hielt sich dieses Mal arg in Grenzen. Wir waren zu dem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste und fühlten uns als würden wir die Kellner in ihrer Pause stören. Das Essen war aber wieder top!

Perfect food, especially for our children. Wine and their knowledge of the food and wine was fabulous. Our only issue was waiting a little too long at points and a wasp problem in the garden which I guess can't be helped. Staff were all friendly and have great service.

Excelente restaurante para refeições em família. Comida muito bem confeccionada com um estilo clássico mas moderno, já próximo da alta cozinha. Atendimento perfeito e muito simpático. Local sossegado e agradável.
Preço um pouco acima da média, mas dada a qualidade recomendo muito uma visita para quem esteja na zona do Carvoeiro, Portimão, Lagoa.

It was good, the lunches were unusual and I was suprised that it was good. The only problems were that I don't think this will appeal to everyone and some foods were a little undercooked. Otherwise was the dining experience good and the ingrediens felt good and fresh.

Das Restaurant wurde uns von Bekannten empfohlen. Tisch bestellt, weil es auf einer "Frequentierungsskala" Sonntagabend frequentiert wäre. Gähnende Leere, zwei andere Tische waren nur besetzt. Das Ambiente ist schlicht und angenehm. Musik könnte etwas leiser sein. Der Kellner sprach gutes Englisch und hat uns alles mögliche empfohlen. Gegessen haben wir à la carte und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küchenchefin haben wir auch noch kennen gelernt. Im Sommer kann man schön draußen sitzen. wir kommen im Herbst bestimmt wieder.

Hier erhält man einen sehr guten und jeden Tag abwechselnden Mittagstisch zu annehmbaren Preisen. Allerdings sollte man beim Wein, wenn man nur ein oder zwei Gläser trinken möchte, darauf achten, dass man diese einzeln bestellt. Sonst zahlt man die ganze Flasche. Die Köchin ist sehr gut und die Bedienung geht ebenfalls auf alle Wünsche ein. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Der direkt neben dem Restaurant gelegene Parkplatz bittet immer genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Im Sommer ist wohl eine Reservierung angebracht.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Eines der besten Essen in Carvoeiro. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre mit Kamin . Wir sind mega zufrieden und sitzen noch jetzt dort.

We had a group of 6 on a very busy night and felt like we still received excellent service. Everyone liked their meals and felt we would come back. The lunch menu was very reasonable for everything we got

Well been coming to this restaurant for 5 years but will not come again very disappointed with the food and the prices plus was charged €23 for a glass and half of house red.. REALLY!! Jolly waiter as usual but there has to be more the food was a complete vlet down and drinks well overpriced..

Had fixed price €13 two course lunch including couvert and coffee. It was excellent so decided to pay extra for dessert too. Service was extremely friendly too.

Ein tolles Restaurant. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Getränke wurden, sehr zuvorkommend, immer wieder nachgeschenkt.
Wir hatten uns zunächst einen Tisch im Aussenbereich ausgesucht; der Wechsel in den Innenbereich war völlig problemlos.
Auch die Empfehlungen zur portugiesischern Küche waren hilfreich.
Direkt vor dem Restaurant stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Es ist eine tolle Umgebung und ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt, es ist etwas teuerer als die normalen Restaurants.
