Will definitely be staying here again beautiful complex an everything is spotlessly clean the apartment was massive an so clean u could eat ur dinner of the floor u r 100 yards from the beach an 500 yards from the strip although I will say if ur not the fittest b prepared for heart attack Hill hahaha also it was my birthday while staying an we came back to a bottle of champagne in the apartment with a wee note wishing me a happy birthday

Had a fabulous holiday with extended family. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the apartments were great. The pool was super clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available everyday. Situated within a 2 minute walk of the beautiful beach with its excellent restaurants and bars. Was our second visit and we will definitely be returning later in the year.

An amazing Hotel, couldn’t fault it at all.The cleanliness is unbelievable.. Housekeepers do a fantastic job in keeping it spotless. All staff are so very friendly and helpful. The poolside bar service is very very good, the barman works tirelessly in providing a great service. 2 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Apartment are lovely and surrounding it’s perfect, min walk from beach and shops! Even small bakery is beside! Bar pool it’s pretty and over is gentlemen! Very friendly and so nice! I stayed there 5 years in a row and going back soon

Beautiful affordable hotel right on the beach. Just a short walk from the pristine beaches and just a short walk from the night life you want. An awesome location and awesome room for a reasonable price. The wifi is okay, not amazinf but it does the job and the views are incredible. The parking lot is easy but small so im not sure how great it would be in peak season. But right in the middle of town so you do not need a car!!

Die Lage ist super und das Hotel an sich einfach super schön, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Es gibt einen Babypool und auf unsere Nachfrage auch ein Babybett und Hochstuhl für das Zimmer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Good location , very spacious apartments, clean, friendly and helpful especially Ricardo on reception, celebrated a birthday when there and came back from a walk along the beach to a bottle of procecco , he had the broken light in the bedroom repaired immediately, I would highly recommended these apartments and Albuferia If you have never visited Portugal. The sea views are stunning from the balcony.

Such a lovely place. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat. Had a lovely meal at The Kitchen restaurant one evening, not the cheapest but still nice. B and J's on the front is lovely. The couple who own it are friendly and helpful. Quite an hilly place and need walking shoes. The only negative is the pavements, they are shiny cobbles and when wet can be extremely slippy.

Like so many Holiday destinations you never really know quite what to expect until you get there. I read reviews like most people do these days and there are always some that make you doubt. Our experience of Golden Beach by 3HB has surpassed our expectation. We spent a brilliant week here off season so obviously quieter than it would be in the peak of Summer. Not that we tend to spend too much time in our room whilst on holiday but they are superb! Roomy, really clean and tidy ( cleaner came everyday ) well equipped and we had a great view of the sea from ours. The management and staff are extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. The pool is clean with plenty of sunbeds and a bar. The beach is a 2 minute walk and there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and of course The Strip all within walking distance. This hotel may not suit anyone with walking or certain mobility difficulties as it is set on the side of a fairly steep hill, but the same is to be said of a vast majority of the hotels and resorts around this area as it is pretty hilly. We as a family would have no qualms about coming here again as we could not fault it.

Great value for location and space. We had a huge room with great view. Staff is friendly and you can quickly walk to beach and grocery store. We didn’t hang out at the beach or pool because we explored other beaches. Minor things like needing more cooking utensils and could have used a foot wash outside to get the sand off before coming back into the room.

We had a great stay at Golden Beach, in our apartment with a fantastic sea view. Very clean and thoroughly cleaned daily. Perfect location for both the beach and the strip, but note that there is an initially steep hill to climb before you reach the strip! Overall would absolutely recommend for a family or a couple looking for a sunny getaway.

Comfortable stay and very very helpful person at the reception. He explained everything so well when we checked in and was also helpful with all the questions we had.

Hotel super bien placé près de la mer des bars commerces...a 2mn du centre ville et de la rue du strip (quartier pour la fête) l appart est très fonctionnel tres joli calme propre le personnel a votre écoute donc 2 hommes a l accueil qui en plus parlent un peu français sont super je recommande vivement cet hotel tout est parfait !!

Located in Oura Beach on the sea line, it is a very nice place to spend your holidays with your family and spend a quality family time. The hotel is located in the most animated area of Albufeira for those who want to have some fun during the night. If you want to mix your holidays with beach and fun it is the best combination you can have.

This was a nice place to stay if you like a quiet hotel which we do. They do not allow groups in this hotel so it is ideal for families. However, it is very near the Strip which is very loud and has many gangs of daft young boys shouting into the early hours and beyond. You can also hear the dance music from the clubs. If you have children I would avoid the strip at all costs, which it is possible to do and have a nice time. The hotel is well placed so it is easy to get to lots of the attractions nearby. There are some nice relaxed restaurants 5 minutes away along the beach. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was kept very clean.

Appartement très joli la vue sur la terrasse est magnifique. Très bien situé au bord de plage et à côté de la strip mais attention la strip est une rue où il n y a que des anglais ou la moyenne d âge a moins de 20 ans ....Nous n y retournerons pas pour la ville mais rien à dire pour l appartement.

Die Apartments sind versetzt angeordnet und somit hat man am Balkon keine direkten Nachbarn. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und man ist in ca. 3 Minuten am Strand.

My Hotel.com reservation was made in December 2019. President Trump canceled our PORTUGAL trip in mid-March 2020....but too late for my cancelation deadline!!! Too bad that we are ALL suffering from a world wide CORONA crisis!!!!
I lost $250 for my room at 3HB- GOLDEN BEACH HOTEL , Portugal. 3HB GOLDEN BEACH, by this action, show that they could care less about travelers suffering by this world wide concern. We are all sacrificing and contributing to containment. DONT USE HOTEL.COM — DON’T use 3HB GOLDEN BEACH.

Great location away from the busy night time bars. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette which was very spacious. The sea view were beautiful from our room. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel in an excellent location, close to the beach and away from the noisy Strip, so quiet at night. Maid service is very good. Staff are polite and helpful. An upgrade of the kitchen facilities would be beneficial, as the hot plate provided did not work well. A minor point, but this would have made the couple of meals I tried to prepare much quicker and easier!

The views are amazing. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base to explore the entire coast from Salema to Tavira. Lots of space in the unit and the front desk staff were so helpful.

Ottima struttura, appartamento T1 deluxe vista oceano n.19 veramente eccezionale, dotato di ogni comfort, abbastanza lontano dalla piscina e dalla strada, per cui tranquillo. Pulizia impeccabile. Consigliabile anche per la posizione, poco distante dal centro di Albufeira e da Praia da Falesia. Uniche pecche: parcheggio molto limitato, anche se nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento, e piscina piuttosto piccola, quindi sovraffollata da turisti spesso irrispettosi.

Beautiful hotel 2 mins walk from the beach. If you do come to Albufeira make sure you stay here.... and get a sea view! One bedroom apartments are a good size with two sofa beds in the living room and a well equipped kitchen.
The pool is a good size for the number of guests (54 apartments) with a well stocked and fairly cheap pool bar which also does basic snacks.
The local area:
A few beach places on Priaia De Oura - Vivaldos and Cuica Praia pretty reliable but avoid Borda ‘Agua...
Depending on your sensibilities the Strip is to be embraced or avoided! We walked down it one just to check if it was as awful as we suspected. One great shellfish restaurant nearby (Cais Ao Mar - fantastic but expensive) but generally the old town is a better bet for food - although still some pretty dodgy places there... recommend the Bistro and O Catraio) About €4-5 in an Uber.

The apartment was perfect, but horrendously expensive for just an overnight stay. Parking was terrible (only 8 spaces for the entire hotel) and the pool was very small and closed at 7pm. The area is also extremely popular, i.e. many tattooed, sunburned British tourists swilling cheap beer on the beach.

A generally nice stay at this hotel. Location is good and rooms are excellent and value for money ... just a couple of minor grumbles:1) Limited car parking - we were unable to park at the hotel for the first night as it was all reserved and had to battle to find a space on a road nearby ... not so easy in the summer!2) A small pool for the number of guests and a lot of reserving of sunbeds from 0800 with no one using them before 1100.3) Maybe we were just a little unlucky but there was quite a bit of noise around 2330 - midnight with guests coming backs from The Strip.

Le personnel est au petit soins les chambres sont propres le ménage est fait tout les jours les draps sont propres et la literie est top...L accueil de l hôtel est super merci à Carla pour son bon français et ses conseils un hôtel proche de tout à faire on a même pas besoin de la voiture pour aller à la plage ou dans les pubs. La piscine n est pas très grande mais on peut nager quand même . Si possible faite vos courses dans une autre ville car là bas les prix ne sont pas les mêmes que dans les autres supermarchés

Beautiful property so close to the beach and a lovely pool area the kids really enjoyed (including a children’s pool for our little one). Love these units with access from the outside all within a gated community. Only the parking is limited and you should check in as early as you can to get a spot for the duration of your stay, otherwise parking can be busy on the main road. Very clean and well appointed rooms, great kitchen and balcony. Love the poolside bar, feels like a little resort but you can just walk out on the Main Street for lots of restaurants and little shops. Oura beach is just a few steps away so location is fantastic. Highly recommend it and one place I would like to return to one day.

Really fab place to stay. Our first night in room 52 was rather noisy as it was very near the roadside. After enquiring if we could change rooms they responded really well and offered us a direct move to room 22 which was much better. They were really accommodating. First-class customer service cannot fault them. Thank you so much.

We were amazed by 3HB Golden Beach. From walking around, we were so happy we chose that place. It is perfectly located, clean, amazing view, good service and safe. We did not realize Albufeira was a party place for young adults before getting there, but we also enjoyed it as a family. It feels very safe and even if it gets noisy at night, once the windows are closed, we did not hear it and with the AC, we had no problem sleeping with the windows closed.

Lo único que me llamó un poco la atención es que el horario de la piscina comienza a las 10 y termina a las 19, lo que me parece muy poco.

Enjoyable stay helpful reception staff. Bit too close to the rowdy Strip in Albufeira, even in late April and May strip buzzing. Apartments were quiet at night time. However towards end of stay family with children in apartment above made so much noise, no noise insultation at all between apartments. Not sure I would want to be here in peak season! Housekeeping often came very late in day but did a good job - just dont expect any soap shampoo or shower gel to be given rather miserable of hotel. Expected better sea view as obstructed by buildings in front, but was a pleasant enough view. Overall clean comfortable apartments.

Amazing apartments with plenty of space and beautiful views of the ocean. The pool and grounds are all well looked after and the pool side bar does a great array of drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices. The rooms are cleaned daily with a linen and towel change in the week. We stayed at the top of the complex which could be tricky for those with mobility issues but there are a good number of apartments with wheelchair access if required. The people that run reception are always incredibly helpful.
Three minutes walk from the beach and nearby restaurants and the strip is five minutes up the hill (although you wouldn't tell from how quiet it can be). Taxis and buses are close by for a short drive into Old Town, or a 15-20 walk will also get you there.
All in all, great location and great apartments.

We had a fantastic week here. The apartments were clean and well equipped. The staff were fantastic cleaners, bar man maintance man and reception staff were all friendly and helpful and very hard working. The pool area was on the small side but suited my young family perfectly and the location was excellent. We are looking forward to returning again next year

Empfang und Anreise:Angefangen hat unser Besuch nach abendlicher Anreise von Flughafen mit dem Empfang in der hell und freundlich gestalteten Lobby durch den sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Wegen eines leicht verpäteten Fluges hatte ich schon Bedenken, dass der Empfang nicht mehr besetzt sein könnte, aber bis 24Uhr ist ein Check-In direkt und danach beim Wachdienst möglich.Parken:Für Mietwagen steht ein eigener Parkplatz auf dem Gelände zur Vefügung, was beim begrenzten Parkplatzangebot in der Umgebung des Golden Beach sehr nützlich ist.Anlage:Die gesamte Anlage, Empfangsbereich, Wege, die Pflanzen links und rechts der Wege, der Poolbereich mit Bar und den Liegebereichen inklusive einer Terasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik sind in einem top Zustand.Zimmer:Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die nach Aussage des Mitarbeiters vor zwei Jahren in 2015 durchgeführte Renovierung sieht quasi noch aus wie neu. Der Wohnbereich, die Küchenzeile, das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind auf einem sehr guten Ausstattungslevel und schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und wie zu Hause. :-)Ausblick:Durch die terassenartige Anordnung bot sich von unserem Appartment aus ein freier Blick auf das Meer und die davor liegenden Restaurants/Snack-Bars.Umgebung:Strand eine Minute entfernt, dazwischen Restaurants, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und Snack-Bars, die Strasse liegt die Partymeile Av. Sá Carneiro.

I have stayed here as part of a group of 4 in an apartment. The apartment is very roomy with plenty of facilities like a microwave. What's made it even better is we are immediately next to the outdoor pool which is really clean and pleasant to swim in. There's a bar there as well that serves hot food so very convenient. All in all, a good stay and a good price.

Excellent...Golden Beach apts are extremely well kept and in a great location for the beach as shown. Staff very helpful and our requests on booking were taken into consideration. Pool area quiet with additional raised area giving sea views. Happy hour 4-6pm at bar very good. No complaints whatsoever.

Holidayed here from the 1st -8th of May this year . Stayed in a deluxe apartment with sea view and was really impressed with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and really modern as was the hotel reception . The staff on reception were absolutely brilliant and so helpful , we had an elderly disabled relative with us who required a mobility scooter which Hugo on reception helped us to organise .
A massive thank you to all the staff and a special mention to Hugo, Bruno and to Manny the maintenance guy for all their kindness and help .Keep up the great work guys

We stayed here for a few days and had a great time. We arrived quite early (11.45am) and were expecting to have to wait for a room but were warmly greeted and given the key to our sea view apartment immediately (great start). Couldnt fault the apartment, it was overlooking the pool and was very large and very clean. This place has clearly undergone some significant renovations recently as everything looked so new. The pool was sparkling, clear and clean. Pool bar was great and prices not bad at all, with daily happy hours. Little supermarket just outside complex and several snack bar/eateries. With the beach on your door step, it was a great little spot. Hotel manager is very nice and makes a point of speaking with guests and making sure everything is ok, which is not something you often see. Very well run place, by thoughtful, diligent staff.

Appartements assez grand mais de décoration très années 80 et assez vieillot. Pas de connexion Wifi (2013). Piscine petite pour l'ensemble de la résidence. Le calme revient seulement le matin car c'est un endroit de fête pour jeunes. Pour garer la voiture c'est un vrai calvaire.

We zijn van 2 t/m 9 augustus 2013 er geweest, uitstekende ligging de appartementen zijn vorig jaar gerenoveerd zien er keurig en schoon uit, vriendelijke personeel bij de cafetaria bij het zwembad en receptie wordt zes dagen per week schoongemaakt wij kregen drie keer schone handdoeken, enige min punt in het hoog seizoen is het erg lawaaierig met stappende jeugd maar dat neem ik voor lief,
