The staff where so helpful to me as I was disabled and used crutches have stayed 2018 and 2019 both times in June and I miss it..

These apartments are brilliant, the photos dont do them justice. The pool is huge and the staff are so good. Id highly recommend these apartments.

Been several times now and never dissapointed, very clean and tidy rooms , staff from reception to maids are fantastic and so friendly, they can't do enough for you , we will be coming back again thats for sure , thanks to everyone especialy Elsa on reception + the manager , see you all very soon

Yet another fantastic stay here,rooms spotless,friendly staff,pool area clean with plenty sunbeds.Its a 20 minute walk into the marina but the hotel.put on a courtesy bus 3 times a day.Buffet breakfast has something for everyone at €7.Will be back again in September

Good room for self-catering clean but bed a bit uncomfortable. Ideal for golfers, need hire car to get around, however shuttle bus is available to vilamoura marina, plus good bus service. Not really suitable for kids, pool ok but no kids club that we noticed, in fact no children here, you can buy a breakfast for 7 euros as you want, but only basic. Staff very friendly and reception open 24 hrs.

This is a great place for a short break or a longer holiday. The staff are helpful, the setting is good for access to harbor and beaches whiles venture further toward the mountains or Spain

It's fantastic. We visited out of season so it was quiet, but that's what we wanted.
Short drive from airport. Facilities are terrific, staff are SO helpful, it's beautifully clean. Apartments are spacious and beds comfortable.
Can't recommend it highly enough if you want a quiet break and some winter sun.

All the staff were very nice and welcoming. We were 3 guests and had a studio like room, with fridge and a small kitchen. Perfect for people wishing to cater for themselves. Id definitely return.

Quiet, secluded and a very good place to stay for s relaxing break. Facilitates are excellent and is very clean, only downside it is a long way from any entertainment or shops.

Low budget but has it all. Great and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great place to while the day away at the bar or in the pool. Nice food. Very close to Dom Pedros golf courses.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff they will help you with any query, apartments cleaned on a daily basis which is fantastic would recommend staying here, alot of families stay here but the only thing was their is only music on a tuesday/thursday which isnt great, need better entertainment like parrot show, magician show, that is the only thing i found that needs to improve

Foi muito boa, sossegada, descontraída, agradável, tem bom menú, muito limpo, organizado, gostámos muito, estava precisamente a tentar marcar apartamento de 1 a 5/9, nossa unica data pissível, em apartamento para 4 adultos e um menino, ou 2 aparatamentos, caso tivesse sido possível e o preço convidativo.

Gostei bastante de aqui estar, ambiente calmo e descontraído, pena a quantidade de formigas que apanhei no meu quarto e mesmo depois de ter informado a recepção e terem feito a limpeza o problema manteve-se, no entanto todos os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

Very quite and staff amazing but the beginning of July you will get hit with the same 3 families from Ireland who take over the complex and the mother of one will encourage all her brood to do whatever they like. Staff and manager gave up. Avoid 2 week in July if you want a quiet life . 11 year occupation.

Loved this place. It was so quiet and relaxing. Apartment was clean and had what you need for a break/holiday. Staff approachable and friendly. Would have given 5 stars if not for the ants in the apartment, they became tiresome after a few days. Would definitely stay again ( and bring ant killer)! Big thumbs up

Nice enough room, very very clean a d lovely grounds. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I didnt stay and checked into the Hilton nearby preferred facilities but cant fault these apartments it just wasnt my preference I prefer more luxury

Lovely helpful staff and nice clean rooms. They do food which we did try but we preferred to eat at the marina or there was a really nice Indian restaurant just behind the spar down the road

Staff are great, location perfect, accommodation really good if a little cool at night but just needs to manage heating. Breakfast great, still to try evening meal but guests seem to have enjoyed big time. Would recommend.

Be careful! This hotel has rooms in a sort of dungeon... level -3 below the ground! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures, there is a lot of misleading information! if you are put in one of these rooms that are unhealthy and inhabitable you’ll never feel on holidays...

Great stay here. Would definately recommend it. Although a fair distance from the Marina, don't let this put you off...they offer a shuttle bus 4 times a day to the Marina and Falasia beach, or hire a car! The local Spa is a 5 minute walk away.
The hotel staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful, they can't do enough for you. We only ever ate at the snack bar during the day, it's reasonably priced and decent food.
The main swimming pool is huge, with a smaller pool for younger children. Loads of sun lounges available. Set amongst a large grassed area, so there is plenty of room around the pool.
The apartment we had was over three floors, we had two balconies. The room was cleaned every day, couldn't fault the cleaners at all. Very attentive and friendly. The only downside to the apartment, the Kitchen is tiny and it didnt have a cooker and we were self catering? For some reason, you'll have the company of Ants. We read about this issue, could of done without it, but didn't really spoil our time in the apartment.
Apart from the oven, they were well equipped with 2 flat screen TV's, 2 air con units and a large bathroom.
We've stayed in a few places in Vilamoura now, this is definately one of the better ones to stay at.

Gostei da limpeza, do atendimento no acolhimento.
Gostei da piscina. Não faz muito sentido a regra de não se poder mergulhar... Se calhar é por isso que os clientes a ignoram e ainda bem !
A arquitetura dos alojamentos é muito interessante... É engraçado 3 pisos em cotas diferentes que se ligam por 3/4 escadas.
O estacionamento dia inteiro à sombra é uma mais valia a ter em conta.

Lugar tranquilo, sobre todo limpio y no tienes esa sensación de escrúpulo. Desayuno completo y cena sencilla pero genial por lo bueno que está todo. Un acierto.

March 2018. First time to vilamoura and not disappointed but not overwhelmed. The hotel is a 15 min courtesy bus ride away. (10.30 1.30 4.30) which are nice times. Nothing really happens before 10.30 except a few places for breakfast. If we didn't use the bus to come back it costs €8. Prices vary for drinks hugely. €7-15 for 2 rums and coke. Hotel apartments are big and fully stocked for self catering . Breakfast for €6.50 is not worth it. Go to the marina. Staff at vilamoura da golf give 100%. Can't fault them.

Very clean but slightly dated. Great value for the money and friendly, helpful staff. Not much in the way of entertainment on site but they run a free shuttle bus to the marina 3 times a day. All in all a great base for Vilamoura and the surrounding area.

Third time at this hotel excellent accommodation always clean. Breakfast not very good would be better is proper sausages and bacon was on menu and charged a little extra.

Lovely quiet resort free bus service from hotel reception to beach or marina where is full of pubs and shops. Food is nice and the local supermarket is 5 minutes walk couldn't ask for a better place than this always clean staff are helpful and prices are reasonable. Lovely sunny weather even in November which I was very surprised about

Lovely clean hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is nothing to do in the immediate area around the hotel, you have to travel to the marina for any bars or restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle bus 4 times each day to and from the marina/beach and a taxi is €5/6. My son loved the pools and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. The food is basic, I wouldnt eat here every night but it is available if you dont fancy going into the marina which is quite pricey. If you want a quiet break, this is a good place.

Swimming pool área green, large and nice
Staff very professional and friendly (reception, restaurante, room service).
The quality of the restaurant food was pretty good and with nice price.
For sure next year I will be back

We were visiting friends who were in Portugal. This Hotel was a bolt hole for us to stay near Vilamoura. The staff at this hotel were all friendly to us, it had everything we needed as was also self catering. We paid £5.50 each for breakfast every morning and were happy with the breakfast selection, it would cost you more than that for a coffee and cake in Costa! The only thing is that you do need a car as it is a good ten minute drive in the town. We thought it was excellent value for money Thanks

I stayed at these apartments knowing nothing about them.we chose them from the internet.We arrived in the evening,we were given our keys from the reception. On entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. My partner was delighted at the cleanliness. We were pleased that we had a lovely balcony which overlooked the swimming pool and sunbathing area , although not all of the apartments have this. There were plenty of sunloungers,which were washed every night for the following day. We ate in the restaurant one evening, I enjoyed my steak, although my partner thought there was not enough choice. The Hotel bus which takes you down to the Marina and the Beach is a great service although the last service is 5pm. The staff were always approachable and helpful. I certainly would return and recccomend this Hotel.

I booked the apartment last minute to go and play some golf so wasnt sure exactly what to expect. My overall impressions were1. The staff were all great, the girls behind the reception desk could not be more helpful 5/52. The rooms are basic, but spotless and cleaned every day 4/5 3. The shuttle bus to the courses spot on 5/54. The Bar and Pool area were great , no need for a fancy room when you will probably be spending your time here 4.5/55. Breakfast whilst not the fanciest ive ever had is well worth the 6 euros (the coffee is great)

Really suprised at how good this place was, and how inexpensive it was to book to stay!Was part of a small golfing party and were really pleased and would book again, close to courses with free transfers for the local courses. Just a 5euro taxi ride into the marina in the evening if you fancy or you can eat & dringk at the on-site bar/restaurant.

O hotel é muito calmo...acordamos com o barulho dos passarinhos.
Fiquei num apartamento para 4 pessoas, era asseado e espaçoso. Como tenho uma menina pequena a Dª Elsa (da receção) teve o cuidado de o T1 não ter escadas.
O acesso à piscina, era só sair do apartamento e subir meia dúzia de escadas.Tem uma piscina para adultos e outra para crianças.
O carro fica num estacionamento por baixo do apartamento, o que é ótimo pois este não ficou ao sol.
O serviço de restaurante tem muito boa qualidade.
Relativamente aos empregados do hotel, são todos muito simpáticos, mas destaco a Dª Elsa que é uma simpatia de pessoa e muito prestável.
Gostamos imenso da nossa estadia e com toda a certeza iremos voltar...

This hotel provides excellent value for money. It is a 5 minute drive from Vilamoura Marina therefore a car is a must. Wifi only works in reception area.

die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Das Hotel liegt außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum.Das Hotel kann man absolut empfehlen.Der Ort bietet für Sportler einiges. Golf, Trimm-Dich-Pfand, Radwege

I was in a group of 16 on a golfing stag weekend.The rooms at the hotel were very clean and quite spacious. The bathrooms were of a decent size and showers were very good.The hotel ran a shuttle bus service to/from the golf clubs which was extremely useful and in addition a shuttle service to/from the harbour a couple of times a day although this didnt run too late so we used cabs which were very cheap at less than 10 Euros.All in all a very convenient location for golf and evening entertainment!!
