Great hotel, good location, immaculately cleaned daily. Shame about the pool in the shade so early, no real atmosphere at the pool and often difficult to get served at the bar and on one day we were told it was closed at 3:30pm

Didnt stay here, family did though. I only left a review to warn about the inhospitable human being the counter (gentleman with glasses). Hes a real piece of work, just to be warned...

Lovely hotel, we paid for a standard room. It was ground floor facing the road & no terrace. The natural lighting was poor & I found difficulty applying my makeup. I would next time choose a room with a sea view & terrace. The walk in shower was large & modern & water piping hot. The room was cosy with a contemporary feel. The breakfast , pool & bar area was lovely & the food was very nice fresh fruit warm breads cooked meats lots of choices. The sun beds were always free & very comfortable. There was a drinks menu offering cocktails, however the lady told us she couldn’t make them that was disappointing. We arrived after 10pm & so had to pay a 30 euro late check in fee which was frustrating. The marina is a lovely 30 minute walk away & the old town square just 5 minutes away. So the location was perfect for us. Lots to do. We will definitely return to this hotel, the staff work very hard & it really is in a lovely spot.

Lovely hotel, nice and friendly staff and all amenities, bars and shops are a short walk. The beach is also a short walk at the back of the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed.

We had a lovely holiday. The room was kept spotless by the domestic staff. The only issue we had to complain about was the mess dropping from the roof from the birds and dirt when it rained onto our balcony. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, great team looking after it. Good continental breakfast. We paid extra for a balcony and glad we did. You can also pay more for a seaview. Roadworks at front of hotel at the moment which are outside of hotels control - it didnt spoil our stay. Great location close to beach and old town.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mit toller Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer mit Strand. Die Zimmer waren modern und weitgehend sauber. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind super. Das Frühstück war leider sehr klein und mit sehr kleiner Auswahl. Hat uns enttäuscht!

A fabelous hotel. It a real get away, for relaxation. Very central to the old town. Staff so friendly and place immaculately clean. If you want to relax during the day, and go out at night, you won't find better.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel, only very minor criticism , was our shower was certainly the smallest I have ever encountered in my life , we were in the loft room with magnificent views , however the low roof line meant you couldn’t stand up in the shower and had to stoop over the whole time , other than that an exceptional experience !

Lovely hotel. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast offers a great, fresh buffet and you can eat inside or poolside. Staff are polite and friendly. Our room is spacious, has a balcony and a view of the sea. The bathroom is great. Shower is very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to old town and the beach. It’s a cute boutique hotel with good amenities. Our room was on the small size but it had everything including a cute balcony. If you are renting a car get a small one. It’s hard to find parking for midsize cars.

Me ha parecido decepcionante el comportamiento de los empleados. Concretamente Domingo no me ha atendido en el bar y me ha indicado que tenia mucho trabajo administativo como para servirme una cerveza. Me ha lanzado su chapa para que apuntase su nombre en la reclamacion y no quiso especificar cuando estaria disponible el bar de la piscina. Segun el, su encargado esta de vacaciones por lo que es indignante la atencion a los clientes con este tipo de trabajadores ante la ausencia de un superior.

Gostei bastante! Quartos limpos, ambiente tranquilo, o funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Tem um bom custo benefício! A localização é excelente e o visual da piscina muito bonito. Recomendo!!!

Perfect location in Albufeira, very closed to the downtown but far from the mess of algarve nightlife. Rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing (not too big but ok). Breakfast, bar and swimming pool are on nice terrace with amazing view. People are nice and gentle

Very comfortable bed. Room had a smell of drains. Nice hotel but a cold welcome, miserable and uninviting with luke warm customer relations. Nobody said good morning over breakfast, you just hear the staff accusing people of stealing bread or not doing something properly - if it didn't sound ridiculous you'd think it was hostile or bad manners. There were no flights at all to Portugal from Cornwall until late evening. Meaning we checked in late. We were fined 40€ for inconveniencing the hotel. That with a horrible sign in the bathroom saying take care with the towels or else made us feel that someone would jump at us with a card machine if you make a wrong move. Reasonable hotel, but if you looking for an experience as part of a big holiday away, this probably isn't anywhere to get excited about. Put it this way, nobody even said thank you when we left.

Lovely hotel, immaculate and very comfortable.Small pool area but it was never busy when we decided to stay by the pool.Great location, just a 5 min walk into the old town centre, an incline on the way back up.Breakfast was more than adequate.Only slight negative was that our room was in the roof void and the lift only went to the floor below. The room was nicely decorated and the hotel has a lovely view. However, beware there is a €40 fee for late arrival. The room smelt a bit of drains which wasn’t pleasant.Staff were, however, cold and unfriendly. No one said hello in the mornings or when we arrived. No one smiled at breakfast, and no one said thank you once, either when we paid or when we checked out.

The view from the pool deck and the breakfast room is stunningly beautiful. Very convenient location, 200 m walk to the beach and 100 m and turn the corner to the centre area of the town, yet located on a very quiet street. We spent one day on the beach in town and the second day at Marinha Beach, about 30 min. drive east. Beautiful views, clean sand. Water rather cold but bearable to swim., about 18 deg.

The location is in the old town walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room had a big private balcony facing the ocean. Good breakfast and private parking is available. The only complaint was the air conditioner did not work. Even though they thought all it needed was a reset, we inform them that the outside motor was not working and only warm air came out of the unit.

Pequeño hotel muy agradable y excelentemente situado, muy cerca del centro pero a la vez sin ruidos y frente al mar. Buenas habitaciones, muy limpias. Ambiente relajado y adulto sin ruidos y con un clima de educaciómn y respeto por los demás. Pasamos unos días excelentes y si volvemos al Algarve este será nuestro hotel.

Das Hotel hält was die Bilder im Internet versprechen. Der Ausblick vom Pool aus ist super. Diesen kann man auch beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit einer tollen Dusche. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Piccolo hotel boutique, si trova in ottima posizione a due passi dal caos del centro città e comodo per chi si vuole spostare in auto, è facile posteggiare nei dintorni, e la sera a piedi potete uscire per il centro e la mattina volendo restare in città a 2 minuti c’è la spiaggia raggiungibile sia scendendo una lunga scalinata oppure con un ascensore gratuito che vi porta direttamente in spiaggia. Le camere sono tutte con il balcone, solo che alcune hanno la vista interna della strada, mentre vi consiglio di chiedere al momento della prenotazione le camere con vista mare (non c’è differenze di prezzo, ma forse sono un po’ piccole), la vista che offrono è meravigliosa.... Abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza al nostro arrivo alla reception, solo che poi ti accorgi che tutto lo Staff è falsissimo e ti controllano che fai e come ti muovi dentro l’hotel... avevi sempre i loro occhi addosso soprattutto a colazione guardavano cosa consumavi e QUANTO consumavi, ci hanno pure rimproverati perché mi stavo imbottendo un panino per portarlo al mare, dicendo che la colazione era fatta per consumarla li in hotel. Ok puoi avere pure ragione ma 1 panino che mi portavo via non ti avrebbe fatto diventare povera e per me avrebbe fatto comodo... ma poi il modo con cui ci ha rimproverato... una cosa assurda!!! Su richiesta alla reception ti danno i teli per il mare, sono teli vecchi di vari colori alcuni pure scuciti... La terrazza con la piscina veramente molto bella... con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia della città. Wi-Fi gratuito, cassaforte a pagamento 1.50 € al giorno, assurdo...

Wir hatten eines der Zimmer mit Terasse und Meerblick gebucht, von denen man aus durch die Terassentür auf die gemeinsame Sonnenterasse mit Swimmingpool gelangt.Wenn man früh genug war konnte man morgens auf dieser Terasse dann auch das sehr gute Frühstück genießen und dabei den Blick über den Atlantik schweifen lassen.Das Zimmer war eher klein aber sehr sauber und mit einem wunderbaren Bett ausgestattet.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht mit Meerblick (unbedingt zu empfehlen) und hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufendhalt. Das Personal ist echt super nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Zimmer mit Blick aufs mehr echt super. Die Altsadt ist wunderschön und gleich um die Ecke aber trotzdem kein Lärm zuhören. Würde ich jederzeit wiederbuchen und weiterempfehlen. Schade das wir unseren kleinen nicht mitnehmen können da das Hotel Kinderfreie Zone ist trotzdem 5 Sterne von uns.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse frühstücken, von der aus man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Strand von Albufeira hat. Sehr nettes Personal, guter Service, kommen gerne wieder.LG Felix & Ulli

Albuferia ist definitiv keinen Aufenthalt wert! Man fühlt sich in dieser Stadt wie auch im Hotel völlig eingeengt.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Schön eingerichtet, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Aussicht von der Hotelterrasse aufs Meer und auch noch zentral und ruhig gelegen mit kurzem Weg zum Strand.

Nous avons dû payer 66 euros à notre arrivée, même si javais dejà payé la chambre. La chambre est minuscule et il y avait beaucoup de moisissure près du grillage de ventilation. La moyenne dâge de la clientèle doit être de 60 ans. Belle piscine à lextérieur avec superbe vue.

Splendido albergo, possibilità di avere stanza vista mare con balconcino, arredamento moderno, atmosfera di classe e personale molto gentile hanno reso il pernottamento molto piacevole. Ottima la possibilità di fare colazione in piscina, in cui siamo stati tutto il giorno godendoci la vista di Albufeira e della costa!

Sehr schön gelegenes kleines, ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Aussicht über den Strand und die Stadtdächer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgesprochen netter Keller , der uns noch abends am Pool einen Modrenho servierte und auch erklärte woraus dieser besteht (portugiesischer Schnaps vom Erdbeerbaum). Probleme eigentlich nur mit dem Parken, aber schräg ggenüber ist ein Grundstück mit teils verfallenem Gebäude, wo man mit etwas Glück noch einen Platz finden kann.

Der Ausblick über den ganzen Sandstrand vor Albufeira war einmalig und das durchgehende Wellenrauschen des Atlantik hatte eine beruhigende Wirkung. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und dazu ruhig. Zum Strand braucht man weniger als 5 Minuten und man kann ihn mit einem Fahrstuhl oder über Treppen erreichen. Der Pool ist nicht zum Schwimmen (zu klein), aber zum Abkühlen und auch von hier aus kann man den wunderschönen Blick genießen. Liegen am Pool sind sehr begehrt und früh belegt, da es leider nur wenige sind. Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk war geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Die Betten waren allerdings sehr hart. Man konnte zwischen Einzelbetten, oder Doppelbett wählen. Die belegschaft war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und mit reichlich Auswahl u. a. auch auf der Terasse zu genießen.

Sehr schönes gut gelegenes Hotel. Nur Erwachsene.Mein Freund und ich hatten sehr schöne erholsame Tage. Einziger negativer Punkt, die Aircondition funktionerte leider nicht und es konnte trotz drei Tage Techniker im Haus nicht repariert werden.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et il nous a plu pour sa proximité avec la mer et la vue que nous avions de notre balcon. Nous avons dormi avec le bruit des vagues, cétait très agréable. Ce nest pas un édifice exceptionnel de lextérieur, je dirais même quil est ordinaire. Mais lintérieur est propre et bien décoré. La salle à manger donne sur la piscine et le côté océan. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel poli et accueillant. Nous avons pu garer la voiture juste en face sans frais additionnels. Lemplacement est idéal pour les personnes qui désirent se rendre à la plage à pieds et il y a beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques à proximité. De plus, il y a le WIFI gratuitement dans les chambres. Je suggère fortement les chambres avec vue sur mer. Les autres qui donnent sur la rue ont une vue pitoyable sur lédifice abandonné en face.

Great stay, found an open car spot directly in front. If you do not I am not real sure where you would park. Clean room, nice flat screen and bathroom. Nice views from over the beach from the dining room and pool area. Restaurants just around the corner...great spot if visiting old town.
