Great place to stop with your motorhome. Free parking and overnight stay. Well lit at night and feels very safe. Place to fill up with fresh water and empty grey and lack waste. Previous review mentioned it was dirty but it was fine when we visited. If it's dirty, then it's the people who use it who make it that way, so please keep this lovely place clean. A visit to the castle is recommended. There is a good supermarket nearby and some nice restaurants.

Bonito lugar la gente amable muchos puestos con todas clases de artículos

Local bom para pernoitar, embora se note alguma falta de manutenção, pontos a favor, ser grátis, bons acessos, comércio local perto para fazer compras.

We stayed on the strip by the canal on the roadside, it is very bumpy great big pot holes can be very dusty if windy. Lovely little town with cafes bars etc. Supermarket adjacent to the big over spill park. A bit of road noise during the night but acceptable. Castle to visit.

Petit village charmant authentique tranquille arrêt centre du village où tout le monde est content .Commerce et restaurant ravis. Arrêt indispensable pour la belle église fort et moulin.

Bonne place pour faire vidange et plein. Visiter la forteresse.

Aire de camping car entierement gratuite ( vidange eaux usees et noire et remplissage en eau douce) Mais beaucoup de monde.

Kasteel bezocht oud maar interessant

Muy bien situada y con servicio de agua y vaciado, pero el firme de tierra con muchos baches que al haber llovido eran auténticos pozos llenos de agua. No me extraña que muchas autocaravanas se pasen al aparcamiento que hay al lado.

Der Entsorgungsschacht ist unzumutbar verdreckt und seit Jahren unbrauchbar. Wenn die dringend erforderlichen Reinigungs- und Baumassnahmen finanziell die Gemeinde ueberfordern, sollten die Wohnmobilfahrer um Hilfe gebeten werden.

This is a sandy/dirt/potholed carpark between a busy road and a water channel that has NO dedicated parking spaces. It not really suitable for motorhomes over 9 meters. There is parking in the main square for larger vehicles. Pros: Free parking. Free full services excluding electricity. Track directly behind for walking or jogging. Local supermarket, cafes and bars. Cons: Road noise. No shade. Mobile phone calls not working. There are full free services excluding electricity. There are actually 2 bays for grey waste. The service terminal has a chain around it and is not in good shape. The black WC drain and cassette tap are closed. The black WC drain is now in the bay furthest away with a string attached to lift the cover. Both bays grey waste are a grate drain with NO real direction so the water pools at the side of the drain unless your grey pipe is directly over the grate. The black WC drain has been moved from the service pillar and is under a heavy steel cover. The drain is shallow and has some splashback. The cassette tap is not working so you have to use the fresh water tap to clean out the cassette. The fresh water (now free) push button tap is a medium screw-on connection with good pressure. One press is about 2 liters. There are large bins outside the carpark. Restaurants and cafe bars are close-by. Corvo supermarket is 2 minutes across the town square. It also has a great cafe attached with good food at good prices. They have great takeaway soup. There is a rundown and disused sport stadium right behind surrounded by a wall. We used it to for our daily run. There is a dog there but just barks until he knows you mean no harm. The castle is €1.10 each to enter. It more like a wild west castle and there is not really much to see. Saying that the 360 degree views are stunning. The house of torture and the church were interesting. Most of the information boards have English as well as Portuguese. Both our phones could not make calls here for some reason, too close to the border maybe but our data still worked. We had 2 quiet nights with other motorhomes eventhough there was some road noise. Bugs/Mosquitoes. (They love us..) We did not encounter any mosquitoes here in the beginning of November eventhough there is plenty of stagnant water and the evenings were muggy but with a breeze.

Fica bem situado. Podemos visitar a cidade sem problemas de estacionamento.

Der Stellplatz ist auf einen Hauptstraße die Entsorgung Station ist Defekt und sehr dreckig.

Safe, basic parking with free facilities except electricity. Perfect view of the castle. Good shops & restaurant very near.

Obrigado pelo parque de autocaravanas ,pena que certas pessoas estrágam as ofertas,etc.

Local com muito potencial devido aos acessos e localização perto do Castelo. No entanto, a área de abastecimento de tratamento de águas carece de manutenção urgente.

Má ideia ir na altura da feira medieval. Os espanhóis pensam que mandam no parque. São porcos, têm falta de respeito e não sabem o que é um parque de autocaravanas

Pequeño pero coqueto ,no hay que perderse su castillo

Solo un grifo para llenar, debería de tener los 2 en funcionamiento.

Area con zona de vaciado de aguas y grifo. Para unas 10 o 12 autocaravanas. Al lado del pueblo, andando. Zona tranquila y parece segura, delante hay casas particulares. No tiene sombras y es polvorienta. Hemos ido con camper + potti A última hora de la tarde estaba llena, llegamos a las 18h y habia 5 o 6 sitios libres (20 agosto)

Servizi, area pulita ed efficiente.

Por ponerle algo no merece ni una estrella deja mucho q desear l

Sítio sossegado com muitos autocaravanistas , mas necessitando urgentemente da reposição dos serviços básicos como já teve noutros tempos.
