Hanna Shaps: With little time in Sintra, we chose Wonder Vans to visit the area with a local guide. We had Alex as our guide. His pride and knowledge of the area made our tour most enjoyable. We visited Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. He quickly secured tickets and shared with us the history of these two palaces. Alex then drew on the maps personalized itineraries based on the time and energy we had to visit the extensive gardens. The drive back to Sintra was filled with more stories and the wine tasting was delightful. Alex’s enthusiasm to share the soul of this region will be most memorable. Highly recommend Wonder Van tours as a way to experience the beauty of Sintra!

Hal Mooney: We booked a 2 hour tour of Sintra with Amazing Day 4U. Absolutely professional from the moment we walked in the door until the tour ended and worth every Euro. Just 2 of us, 40 € each. Great service that lets you design your tour to meet your interests. We planned seven stops, ending at the site we mst wanted to spend time at. The guide would bring you to each site, then leave you at the last site with arrangements to pick you up at an agreed upon time. Our guide, Vincente, was extraordinary. He was very friendly and his English was excellent. His passion for the history of Sintra, and Portugal in general, was evident. When he picked up on our interest in the tour he truly appreciated our questions and interaction. That's when the storyteller in him came alive. For the next two hours, Vincente shared the history of the area and told stories of Sintra's romantic past...tragic love stories, quirky, comic stories, fascinating tales of the Knights Templar and their place in the history of Portugal. Vincente shared his passion for Portugal's history and her romantic past. Our two hour tour (which was actually closer to three hours) was truly a highlight of our week exploring this area of Portugal. We highly recommend Amazing Day 4U. Just book it, and ask for Vincente. Worth every Euro.

Tenho notado um lento declínio na qualidade do serviço ao cliente nesta Best Buy. Faço compras aqui desde que a minha filha de 40 anos era apenas uma criança a tentar ganhar a Zelda. A mercadoria disponível tornou realmente mais fácil fazer compras online em vez de visitar a loja. Hoje estive em espera 30 minutos apenas à espera que um humano respondesse - culpar a COVID? Nem por isso - eu tinha acabado de lá estar e havia mais do dobro de empregados do que clientes na loja - é tão triste - nós adorámos esta loja.

Um péssimo atendimento ao cliente. As vendas on-line não devem ser impactadas pelo vírus. Não há contato com ninguém. Você não pode sequer enviar um e-mail a ninguém, exceto para cancelar um pedido. Serviço horrível. Tem havido muito tempo para reforçar o serviço de atendimento ao cliente de vendas on-line. As vendas serão prejudicadas muito tempo após o fim da pandemia. Compre em outro lugar se você puder.
