This is a terrific spot, close enough for an inexpensive Uber or quick bike ride into town if Cascais and the sights are your goal. The owner is terrific and ensures that everything is as you need it, and will go above and beyond to help out. The setting is calm, the backyard and pool are awesome. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Muito desagradável a experiência, tinha uma reserva para 3 dias, e fiquei somente um, o quarto não tinha privacidade nenhuma, a nossa casa de banho ficava no exterior do quarto, próximo a recepção da casa, não tínhamos água quente para o banho, tivemos que deixar o carro no exterior da casa da senhora, que deve ser a proprietária da casa. Deixo aqui minha total desilusão, com a hospedagem.

Incalificable. Pésima atención por parte de la dueña que parece un sargento que te da órdenes y te vigila todo el tiempo.

A casa é acolhedora e limpa. No entanto, a senhora é super desagradável! Com atitudes muito estranhas, que nos deixam muito pouco à vontade. O quarto fica na casa pessoal da senhora.

Trabalho perto. E vejo ótimas condições a nível geral.

Totally missold. A "con"? Worse experience of my life in a hotel/ house rental scenario . STAY AWAY. Anything that looks too good to be true... I have reviewed the other reviews and what we experienced was the same. No privacy. No hot water. Had to be back home at 22:00 or else.. Straw that broke the camel's back was when the lady (who is of unstable mind) insulted the personal guests I had invited. Don-t just believe me. Read the real reviews below with the same awful themes below. (there is a mix up with a real hotel in the area so the good reviews are sometimes for the wrong place).. Definitely and with hindsight of a few months, the worse accommodation I have had in my life - AND my guests were insulted. I forgive the lady who obviously has need for control and I am not doing this for revenge but to stop other people being embarrassed as I was at the way we were treated. KEEP AWAY.

It was terrible, there was only one wc for 5 people. BTW we were 3 people in one room, and there was 2 people in another room, and shared the toilet. And I have been there so don’t try to lie.

OPGELICHT!! VRESELIJK, NIET VERBLIJVEN!! Bij het boeken is het niet duidelijk dat dit een verblijf is bij iemand thuis met kleine kamers, waar je met meerdere gezinnen verblijft. In werkelijkheid huurt u een kamer in een privéwoning. De eigenaar is meestal in het huis en je moet bellen en wachten tot ze de deur opent, de bel werkt niet! Bij de boeking die wij gemaakt hebben, hebben wij een huis met een kamer met een tweepersoons Kingsize bed en een kamer met drie losse eenpersoonsbedden geboekt. Ons zogenaamde tweepersoonsbed was een eenpersoons uitschuif bed met hoge bedwanden, waar je als lang persoon 1,85 met hoofd en voeten tegen aan lag, ook was het matras hard/dun je voelde de lattenbodem. De kleine toilet en badkamer deelt u gezamenlijk, ook dit is niet duidelijk bij het boeken. Wij waren met vijf personen maar als twee personen gedoucht hadden was het warme water op en stond je onder een koude douche. Je moet de auto buiten langs de weg parkeren, maar er zou een privé parkeerplaats zijn! Zwembad is vies en heel klein. Tevens is het ook heel slecht aan te rijden! Na alles overdreven enthousiast verteld te hebben vroeg ze ineens een borg voor de twee kamer sleutels, maar liefst €300,-. Na dit allemaal voelde wij ons enorm opgelicht! Omdat wij bij de boeking te enthousiast waren hadden wij ook gelijk ontbijt geboekt voor elke dag. Je betaald €10,- euro extra per persoon en krijgt alleen een klein croissantje, een mini broodje met jam of kaas en een glas melk... Wij zouden meerdere dagen blijven, maar dit was de kers op de taart en na het ontbijt zijn wij direct vertrokken. Maar we moesten de borg nog terug krijgen, meerdere malen gebeld maar ze nam niet op.Toen ze eindelijk kwam, controleerde ze alles, nam 20 minuten de tijd voor alleen de twee kleine slaapkamers, terwijl we stonden te wachtten. Ze deed en zocht alles op alles om de borg niet terug te geven. VRESELIJK!!! Ik raad deze plek niet aan. Zoals ik nu andere revieuws lees, precies het zelfde verhaal!! Een ding kan ze wel, lucht verkopen als goud. Op de foto’s ziet alles er anders uit dan in werkelijkheid.

Tremenda experiencia no apta para cardiacos, abstenerse curiosos, la dueña es como la fusión de una una lapa y un sargento, vive en la misma casa y te va siguiendo en todo momento por donde vas, no te deja entrar hasta las 6 de la tarde, el agua de la piscina por la hora como es normal ya esta fria, con lo cual fue imposible valorarla, el cesped esta habitado por miles de hormigas, incluso he llegado a pensar que ella misma las cultiva para evitar asi que nadie se acerque a el, la casa tiene camaras interiores y exteriores para monitorizarte y controlar en todo momento lo que haces, y como la haces, las puertas tienen detectores para ella saber cuando entras y sales, poder interceptarte y asi dicierte lo que puedes y no puedes hacer, las camas son individuales y no tolera que sean ocupadas por 2 personas, ni que se junten, intentamos hacerlo y nos lo prohibio, pedimos la salida y tardo media hora en revisar con lupa si habia algo mal, intento no devolvernos la fianza que te pide por adelantado al mover de enchufe una extension que tenia la habitacion. corred, huid y no mireis atras...

TERRIBLE! When booking it is not clear that this is a private house because it has a similar name to the hotel that is near. In reality you rent a room in a private house. The owner is usually in the house and you have to ring and wait till she opens the door. You can’t come in until 6pm. Toilet is in common with other guests, also this is not clear when booking. You have to park the car outside, and its far from everything. The owner is on top of you and everything you do, the pool is cold water. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We left a deposite which she didn’t want to return. we told her that we had to leave at 9am and i called her 3 times and she didn’t answer her phone, knowing we had to go. when she finally came, she checked everything, even the bathrooms to see if they flushed properly, took her 20 minutes, while we waited and even then she wouldn’t return our money until i told her i would call the cops. TERRIBLE!!! I don’t not recommend this place at all.

Gosto muito lugar calmo tranquilo agradável seguro a 8 anos trabalho e gosto muito

An absolutely gorgeous guesthouse. The bedrooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming. The backyard and pool are perfect for sunbathing or playing a small game of football. The bathrooms are spotless and always well stocked. The hostess is polite and accommodating and the property is only a few kilometers away from the nearby beach. It's in a beautiful residential area away from the main road so although it may be difficult to find, it's safe and quiet. The area offers a variety of activities as well and the price is the best in the area. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in this area!

It's amazing the house and the people!! Host muito simpática, o sitio muito bonito e relaxing, optimo pra actividades desportivas, ar puro. Mesmo ao pe da praia do guincho com vista fantástica.
