Decent lounge for Priority Pass, but disappointing if you're traveling Star Alliance business. There are other lounges for that but often too far away, due to the spread out nature of the terminals.
Cold food options, soft drinks, some liquors and mixers, standard affair. Quite a bit of different seating arrangements, but it can still get seriously crowded, especially when delays mount (as is typical with TAP).

Looks really sorry for itself. Old lounge, not enough seating, long overdue a refurb. Not one to write home about. Shame as it's their main lounge in home airport.

J'ai JAMAIS vu un lounge aussi bruyant. Même avec mes écouteurs je n'arrivais pas à regarder mon film sur mon ordi. Très peu de place assise pour manger donc j'ai du manger sur mes genoux. Les enfants pleuraient et criaient et croyez le, même un chien aboyait. Et je vous décris pas l'état des toilettes...passons. Donc à fuir.

Me ha sorprendido lo pequeña que es para tratarse de la "flagship" de TAP, en el aeropuerto de LIS el espacio no sobra, aún así la sala dispone de espacios cómodos para sentarse, cómida típica, mayormente ligera, pero muy variada y conseguida (empanadas portuguesas, dulces típicos), y lo mejor y cada vez menos frecuente en salas europeas business , bar atendido por camarareos,
No le pongo un 5 porque debido a su reducido tamaño no es de las que te deja con la boca abierta, por lo demás , muy bien!

It can quickely be overcrowded and becoming like hell... and the food is highly industrial... I have the feeling this lounge can be worse than other places of the airport... My advice is to stay away from that "exclusive like" place. And buy better food somewhere else for cheaper. And the bathrooms are a mess with wet papers allover the place... After a rush hour i managed to get a mojito that make that place to deserve an extra star. (Although the mint and lime were not crushed)

Great food and free magazines! Love the option to laundry our clothes, never seen that before in any other lounge! The food has tons of variety and even baby food. You can take a shower or print stuff. It's a nice place to wait for your flight relaxed and unbothered! Definitely recommend purchasing access to the lounge, especially if you're on a layover!

Teuer, aber sein Geld wert. Wer nicht Business fliegt, muss 40 Euro bezahlen. Der Service ist allerdings sehr gut. Getränke und Speisen sind immer frisch und ausreichend vorhanden. Auch einen ruhigeren Bereich zum Schlafen ist vorhanden. Duschen muss nicht extra bezahlt werden. Auch ein Zeitlimit für den Aufenthalt ist nicht vorgegeben.

It's relatively a new lounge, but it's extremely dirty. The toilets were not useable, as they were so dirty. There was no clean table to sit down and have a bite. The staff had no interest to do their job.

Couple of great amenities, some less great, good seats, great wifi, and some cubicals with somewhere to lie down. Down sides is the okay food and drink (Compared to other star alliance lounges) and it can be crowded but it's very specious. Was there January of 2019 on a seven hours layover. Very easy to find as it's in the middle of the shopping area.

LOUNGE若是星空聯盟的卡友會員也可使用。在登機區域二樓地方，裡面空間算是蠻寬敞的，座位數夠多，不過沙發座位有些布料有許多污漬，因為擺放餐盤及食物的空間較小的原因。餐飲多為面包冷盤為主，當然也有葡萄牙最有名的現烤蛋塔，飲料部份有汽水、啤酒、紅酒，也有些水果可供使用。休息室內還有盥洗空間(約四間)，提供盥洗用品，洗髮精和沐浴乳是葡萄牙國內有名的CASTELBEL品牌。貴賓室內有免費網路，沙發座位部份有充電插頭。

I had a 10 hour layover, this was a relief to be able to wind down relax and eat and taste the many assortment of Portugese culinary delights. I was able to also refresh and take a shower before getting on the flight to Helsinki. This is one of my best experiences of lounges ive been in..Only down side was arrived at 6am and tried to go to lounge (as you must go out of passport control) then renter into security . As I was told incorrectly by security I cant go to lounge until 6pm(which was completely wrong) TAP representative told me that person giving incorrect information. Other than that it was enjoyable and relaxing.

E uma pena que o lounge da TAP se apresente num estado deplorável.
As múltiplas nódoas nos sofás dao um aspecto desleixado. o tecido e péssimo e nao deve ser possível limpar. Ainda bem que substituíram o chao dado que o anterior ao fim de uma semana estava inenarrável.
Toda a concepção do espaço e os materiais escolhidos não tiveram em consideração a utilização do mesmo.Lamentável cartão de visita

The bartenders are true artists with their cocktails and the selection is strong. The gin and tonics with Snow Dog or Sharish Portuguese gin with juniper berries and a cinnamon stick are top notch. The food is also great with a nice selection of Portuguese pastries along with pasta and a meat dish like shepherd's pie or duck rice.

A basic lounge! When we went it was very busy. You could hardlybfind room to sit or rest. It is the only lounge in Portugal airport that has resting area. But there is no blankets and it was very cold. Basically what many airports offer to all passengers (such as good wifi, clean washrooms, comfortable seats) Portugal airport offers in it's lounges.

Área reduzida para a procura. Normal 20 ou 30 passageiros de pé sem lugar para sentar. Algumas cadeiras está o tão sujas que as pessoas se recusam a sentar em cima das nódoas. Comida Boa. Bebidas de qualidade. Os ovos mexidos deviam ser um pouco menos passado. Muito secos. Pessoal de limpeza das mesas, comprovadamente insuficiente.

So I don’t have a lot of lounge experience, but I wasn’t impressed in the least - the couches are shockingly dirty, but I put this to travelers who eat like they’ve never had to clean up after themselves, gross. The Maple Leaf lounge in Toronto is way nicer, quieter and a lot more cleaner.

Good food selection - multiple salads and hot dishes, beer, wine and coffee. The lounge itself was crowded and absolutely filthy - plates, cups on tables all over the place, spilled food and drink at the tables and at the food serving areas. The bathrooms were also filthy. I’ve used lounges all over the world and this one wins the “filthiest ever” award - we’ll done TAP Lounge!

Wir waren gestern da und vom Loungegefühl keine Spur... leider alles ziemlich dreckig, Tische nicht abgewischt, das „Essen“ nur okay.
Toilette/Dusche auch nur bedingt sauber.
Zum Glück war es Dienstreise, denn dafür selbst zu zahlen ist es wirklich nicht wert.

Wir waren vor 4 Jahren kurz in der Lounge von StarAlliance und sind rückwärts wieder raus. Bei unserer diesjährigen Reise haben wir uns schon auf die Lounge gefreut da komplett neu und renoviert. Was uns aber erwartet hatte war zwar um Welten besser als die alte Lounge. Das war aber auch wirklich nicht schwer. Aber Ausstattung, Qualität der Speisen und am schlimmsten die Hygiene waren unterirdisch. Mein Fazit: Evtl. Doch wieder mehr mit dem Auto verreisen und Businessclass hat bei Lufthansa sehr wenig mit Premium zu tun.
Die vielen positiven Rezensionen sind mir ein Rätsel, da muss der Anspruch echt niedrig sein?

Also sauber ist anders. Die Tische kleben, die teils recht übermodernen und damit nicht unbedingt bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten sind größtenteils schmutzig. Die Speisen sind nicht sehr schmackhaft. Die Toiletten sind einigermaßen sauber.

This lounge was a lifesaver during my 7-hour layover in LIS. It was easy to find once I got off my plane and the staff were very helpful and kind. The selection of food was larger than I anticipated, including meats and cheeses, fruit, breads, pastries, soups, and more. The pastel de nata were everything I'd been hoping for and (fortunately) were replenished often. The seating was varied and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern. As the day went on, the lounge got a bit busy, but it was still worth every penny I spent on access through TAP.

The lounge is great but overcrowded and you would have to go in Portugal passport control even if you're traveling in a connection not in Europe. Also it is lacking some features that you can find in lufthansa's senator lounge or United Polaris lounge such as showers, sleeping rooms.

Incredibly small lounge given that this is TAP's home base. Food and drink selection were woeful, bathrooms small, showers grubby. Also incredibly inconvenient that is in the Schengen area if you're traveling on an international flight. It was enough to put me off every wanting to fly with TAP and transit in Lisbon again.

O Lounge da TAP está uma área muito agradável, tanto em termos de conforto como em oferta de alguma comida, especialmente importante em ligações, atrasos ou em voos tardios, como os que usualmente utiliso. O bar está muito bem montado, com uma oferta adequada à este tipo de espaço. Nos dias e horas de ponta o espaço tende a ficar um pouco cheio, dentro das limitações de espaço deste nosso aeroporto; talvez as obras venham a permitir melhor comodidade.

Estive no lounge vindo de São Paulo com destino à Düsseldorf. Demorei um pouco para encontrar. Fica no mezanino do saguão principal da área de embarque.
Não é muito grande. Estava lotado. Havia fila para o café da manhã e não tinha mesas disponíveis. No entanto havia lugares no bar. O jeito foi esperar e, apesar de ser de manhã, tomar um bom vinho.
Tem Wifi e os banheiros são limpos.
Porém na volta a coisa complica. O lounge fica antes da imigração que tem filas enormes. Só da para ir se dispor de muito tempo. Não foi o meu caso. Se tiver menos de 2 horas desista e vá para o portão de embarque.

Große Auswahl an essen. Zwischen 6-8 war am meisten los, danach ging es eigentlich.
Im Internet stand es gäbe einen Raucherbereich, der ist aber nicht vorhanden.
Es werden Cocktails angeboten die frisch gemixt werden.
Der Zugang kostet bei einem normalen Flug mit Tap 40-50€, wenn man den ganzen Tag dort verbringt ist das mehr als in Ordnung.
Die Toiletten sind leider nicht so schön, zumal die Zugänge etwas Tricky zu finden sind :P.
Das essen ist gut und wird immer wieder nachgelegt.

Overall impression is quite decent. There are more than enough food choices, including salads, good offers of cold cuts, several kinds of cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, a fully stocked bar, and, of course, the famous Portuguese pastries, including the Pasteis de Nata (sweet custard pies). All the food items are clearly marked in both Portuguese and English.
The problem is that TAP being the national airline and Lisbon Portela Airport being the main air transportation hub in the city, and largely serving the entire country, it gets very crowded. We could barely find seats, and we failed to notice that the problem was associated with specific times and flights, for Portela airport is a busy place 24 hours a day. The sitting area is divided into the more comfortable armchairs and couches on one side and the tables with not quite comfortable chairs next to the food counters. Good luck finding the couch/armchair seats but those next to the food counters are more readily available.
Also, to get to the lounge is quite challenging. After passing security, you are supposed to find the Starbucks (the one after the security, on the upper level) and take the escalator. At the top of the escalator you are going to face the lounge entry, however, this is not the TAP Premium Lounge, but the ANA Lounge (Priority Pass holders are welcome). Turn left and keep walking until you arrive to the TAP Premium Lounge.

Piccolissima e assolutamente inadeguata. Alle ore 13 era talmente piena che non c'era sufficente posto neanche per sedersi. I buffet sono ai lati opposti della sala che va attraversata completamente ogni volta che si vuole prendere anche solo un bicchiere d'acqua. C'è un buffet salato, un angolo per bibite e alcolici, macchine del caffè di grandi dimensioni - e quindi non è possibile farsi anche un semplice espresso - e un altro buffet riservato ai dolci. Dalla parte opposta l'angolo bar - chicca della struttura - che prepara cocktail e serve bibite e alcolici. Spazi molto piccoli, bagni ancora più piccoli, defilati e stretti (solo tre gabinetti per le donne all'interno di uno spazio inadeguato). Quotidiani e magazine unicamente in portoghese. Consigliata una ristrutturazione e un allargamento al più presto. L'assurdo è che per arrivare alla Lounge c'è un corridoio enorme, largo e lungo che non serve a nulla se non a far sedere per terra (!) chi non trova spazio all'interno e vuole starsene fuori dalla bolgia dell'area shopping e attesa.

Ich bin auf meiner Reise nach Funchal.
Leider hat TAP mich umgebucht und ich bin bereits um 6 Uhr geflogen statt wie geplant um 11.
Ich habe nun extra ein business Tarif genommen um in Frankfurt in die lounge zu gehen.
Leider hat die aber erst ab 6 auf.
So könnte ich nicht in Frankfurt in die lounge.
In dieser lounge verlangte man nun das ich zahle.
Ich bin nun extrem verärgert.
Ich reise viel und kenne es von Lufthansa so, daß man mit Business Tickets in die lounge kann.
Völlig unverständlich....
Viel zu hoher Preis für eine völlig überfüllte lounge wo man weder im ruhe Bereich noch zum essen Platz findet...
Ausserdem sehr unfreundliche Ansprache an der Empfang Theke und kein Bemühen meine Problematik nachzuvollziehen.
Daher schlecht, schlecht am schlechtesten...

Muito acolhedor, grande variedade de itens para degustar, secção de bebidas alcoólicas separado. É muito cheio durante a semana. Funcionários da TAP muito gentios e simpáticos. Possui cadeirinhas para bebés.
Algumas poltronas possuem local para carregar o telemóvel.
Área para ler e descansar.
Além de casa de banho com opção de duche, que, provavelmente deve ser agendada com antecedência.

All thumbs down. This lounge is being used way over capacity, and makes traveling unnecessarily stressful - impossible to find a place to sit. A true cow experience which makes one wonder about paying for inter-European business class travel on TAP in the future. There are literally no open seats in the entire TAP lounge. I guess TAP’s high quality liquor selection and attentive bartenders are supposed to get everyone drunk so people can deal with the suboptimal situation.
TAP, please expand your lounge, or stop charging premium prices for your fake business class tickets!

How is this a “lounge?” It’s a glorified boarding gate... without the glorified-part. It’s crowded, loud and frankly quite dirty.

Not such a nice lounge. It is very full and you will struggle to find seating. With the amount of people comes noise. Not a place to relax, maybe just to have a quick coffee between flights. If you have Priority Pass, go to lounge next door...

First impression: when you walk in you will notice how tiny this lounge is. More than likely it is crowded and you can barely find a spot to sit. I ended up sitting at the bar which I didn't complain. The selection of food was minimal when I arrived around 1 pm on a Saturday. Some cured meats cheese veggies and bites. Nothing quite substantial for the amount you pay for the lounge.
Most positive thing about this lounge is its bar. The bartenders are attentive and will refill your drinks if you want and they also make great drinks as well.
Overall, it's too crowded. Maybe save your money if you don't have a long layover.

This is a rather small and warm airport lounge that's far from most gates in an overcrowded terminal. Seats are insanely limited, as are power outlets and the staff lets people take over multiple seats without sharing the space that's much-needed by others.

Average longue with basic hot and cold snacks and some dessert and fruit choices. There is also a decent bar option, newspapers, sitting areas. It can get very crowded, I have been a few good times and the number of toilet available for women, only three, are definitely not enough.
The lounge is clean and the floor staff is always running around making sure that everything is in order. The staff at the reception area is very helpful, polite and friendly.

Ich bin öfters in dieser Lounge, da ich praktisch immer Business fliege.
Leider hat diese Lounge trotz Renovierung vor paar Jahren immer noch kein richtiges Premium Lounge Gefühl. Wie kann man in der heutigen Zeit noch Hocker aus Stoff anwenden? Die sehen schrecklich aus mit Flecken die man leider nie mehr richtig sauber kriegt. Das essen ist immer unterschiedlich von der Qualität, wenn man Glück hat kann es durchaus gut sein. Aber es gibt Tage da sollte man eher im Food Corner essen gehen. Luft nach Oben ist sicherlich da.

I think giving it for 30 Euros on the airport may be a mistake because its very hard to find a seat, people and luggage everywhere, food is nothing special. We were travelling premium and on that basis it was a waste of money in some respects. Its air conditioned so thats something.

Friendly personell, food and beverages are okay but not excellent, shower rooms unfortunately not very clean, mens rest rooms are sub-sub standard, not clean, untidy and to WC´s for the whole lounge is unacceptable. Chairs and sofas need a general cleaning.

I stayed in the lounge for about two hours (my flight was delayed) and had a nice time there. Nice amenities and good food. Although I did not use it I noticed there was also a more secluded area for people who want to take a nap. When I arrived, at 6AM, the whole lounge was quite empty but it tends to fill up quite quickly which can be annoying.

TAP new premium lounge. Nice and modern design, very spacious and cosy. Fair amount of seats and lazy chairs. Good selection of food and drinks mainly from the Portuguese cuisine. The service is not that great. It is located one floor up from the duty free shop.
