This is NOT a hotel, or motel. It is technically a bed and breakfast, although it is 5 or 6 small ensuite bedrooms and a shared kitchen on the 7th floor of a residential tower block.They charge an extra cash cleaning fee of 15 euros, plus 2 euros per person upon arrival.It gets very noisy.It is also only staffed ( a guy sitting in the hall on his laptop) between 4pm and midnight, so if you need assistence outside those hours, you are out of luck.

No one was avaulable til r, sk if you came in the morning, yoy had no contact, no where to go anx no okace for your luggage.

Was a bit confusing with no signage of where to enter but the host was so gracious and helpful and personable. He hAd telephoned me to prepare me for the entrance confusion but I did not look at phone messages . The suites are so clean and interior design is amazing . The kitchen and breakfast items were very fresh and aThe selection was great fresh fruit fresh yogurt ham cheese mystery rolls and cruesants.

The website was very misleading. The proprty is in a condominium and nothing to do with a Hotel. The rooms are actually much smaller than advertised.

Great spot to stay! About a 20 minute metro ride into the center of Lisbon, 5 minute taxi from the airport. This property is not a hotel, it’s more of a hostel. There’s about 8 rooms (all private) with a shared kitchen/living room. The breakfast was great and the place was exceptionally clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. Would definitely return!!

Bad neighborhood is an apartament building. No reception just a buzz that nobody answer until close to 4 pm.Street parking. The other neighbors said building and water in not good condition.Despite bad review it gets too many stars..please read.not that close to airport.I not even stay after i parked in the street and did my homework.

The way Lisbon Airport Suites is advertised may create a false impression that it is a regular hotel. It is not. It has no staff on duty (the young man who checked us in disappeared before we brought our luggage, and we did not see anybody when we were leaving), On the hotels.com page Lisbon Airport Suites provides its address but no information that it is an apartment building without any sign. The other information which were missing on the reservation confirmation page were as follows: - before arriving guests are required to electronically fill a form and send it back to Lisbon Airport Suites, - to provide arrival time, - to have cash to pay additional charges on arrival (we received no receipt). Altogether we found dealing with this establishment stressfull, and could not shake off the impression that we are partners in some kind of clandestine operation.So, however the room was clean and nice we would not recommend staying in this place to anybody.

Incredibly poor customer experience. On my confirmation they stated If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. 24-hour airport shuttle service is available on request. Fees may apply. Contact the property in advance to make arrangements. I contacted the hotel over a week before my stay and they would not allow me to check-in after 1am (never stated during booking or in the confirmation email). They now won't refund me so that I can book another hotel. Can't trust this establishment - best to book somewhere else.

Très bon accueil, les lieux sont d’une propreté irréprochable. L’hôte des lieux nous a conseillé sur quoi faire et aller voir et par quels moyen. Il a été très arrangeant Petit déjeuné bien complet, du salé du sucré, des confiture, du beurre salé, des fruits etc..La station de métro juste en bas de l’hôtel. Si c’était à refaire et je pense sue j’y retournerai je choisirai le même hôtel je pense

Molto carino questo atipico affittacamere vicino all'aeroporto di Lisbona. Situato al 7° piano di un grande edificio è un pratica un appartamento con 4 camere una cucina in comune. Camere a tema e arredato con cura. Molto pulito e titolari molto gentili. Prezzo un po' elevato.

Really nice, all the room is clean and well equipped, they give you breakfast in the morning and the team who manage this is really nice with us.

Es un 7 piso acondicionado como un hostal pocas habitaciones y muy moderno los servicios, no tienes intimidad si abres la puerta, y le falta un microondas en la cocina. Por lo demás colchón muy cómoda y wc moderno

Me sorprendió el lugar donde está ubicado un edificio de siete plantas,sin letrero, normal, de comunidad de vecinos, pero tbn me sorprendió cuando entre, está todo muy limpio,sencillo y nuevo. Si sí, lo recomiendo con precio razonable y desayuno incluido.

Péssima experiência. Cuidado com a validade dos produtos a consumir. Sumo de laranja dentro de uma garrafa onde não sabes a sua proveniência e estragado. Cuidado também com as letras pequeninas, a limpeza não está incluída no preço.

O local é pequeno, creio que sejam apenas 5 quartos e entendo que faltou uma identificação melhor no prédio em que fica situado (mas creio que possa haver alguma regra municipal que impeça tal identificação, pois, pelo que entendi, há pessoas morando no mesmo prédio). O elevador do prédio é bastante antigo e não causa uma boa primeira impressão, mas a suíte superou as expectativas: muito bem decorada (realmente muito bonita - ficamos na suíte "mármore"), limpa e aconchegante. O café, que estava incluso, também era muito saboroso e o proprietário (Rui) foi bastante gentil. Fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô e bastante próximo ao aeroporto (levamos uns 5 minutos de Uber). Enfim, para uma reserva em cima da hora, foi um grata surpresa!

WHAT A SCAM!!! They charged us and we didn’t even USE the room. The front desk person called us saying they couldn’t check us in past midnight (what??) and we would lose the reservation. Not our fault the flight was delayed, but they still kept our money and would not negotiate a refund. This is not even a hotel, it is just a room in a random building. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! Avoid at ANY price. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!!

Total Rip Off! In the first place this is a weird place, renting out rooms in an apartment in an apartment building in the middle of a living area, no sign on the door. We got totally ripped off, by accidently booking this place for one night in ordre to get an early flight. We didn´t see the notice that children are not allowed. So we informed them that our baby is traveling with us and that we share the same bed. They accepted the booking and charged the price. The next day they told us that we cannot stay there with a baby. But they refused to cancel our booking and forced us to do it ourselves. So when we asked to refund our money, they refused too. They charged us a price for a service we never got! Plus we had a lot of inconvenience finding a new place late at night with a tired baby. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE: We tried everything to ask friendly for our money back. They seem to be only interested in money and business, and have no common sense for people or service! TOTALLY BAD MANAGEMENT, ONLY INTERESTED IN WINNING, COULD NEVER IMAGINE TO EB CHEATED LIKE THAT!

These THIEVES stole our money After booking in error with this hotel, we got hold of them straight away and asked to change the reservation date as we had put the wrong month in the drop down box. They told us that due to the fact that our reservation was less than two weeks away they could not cancel or adjust the date. We asked for our $100 refunded or applied as a credit for another booking if we made one for the appropriate date. We were bluntly told we had until midnight to check in (seeing as we were not in Portugal for another month this was slightly difficult) and if we wanted a new reservation we would have to book and pay again. Effectively this company stole our money. Spineless management, can't imagine the hospitality would be any better

В номере не работал кондиционер на обогрев. Вместо него смогли организовать обогреватель. С утра, при попытке приготовить кофе и чай, выбило пробки. Т. к. обслуживающего персонала нет, пришлось самому с фонариком искать электрощит. Нашёл!!!! Вообщем цена и результат несоответствуют!

Ce n est pas un hôtel. C est un appartement dans un immeuble. Nous avons appelé plusieurs fois le propriétaire pour qu il nous remette les clés mais sans réponse. Nous avons dû chercher un hôtel dans Lisbonne à 21 h ce qui n est pas chose facile. En guise de suite nous avons trouvé un hôtel ou plutôt un bui bui. Propriétaire pas sérieux. S abstenir.

When you exit the metro, a very clear cut set of directions to the location should be provided. Its actually simple to get there - just cross the street - but without directions, we walked way out of the way. Secondly it should be clearly advertised as a bed and breakfast - and we were glad for the breakfast part. We actually thought we were staying at a hotel.

Ótima localização, literalmente a entrada da estação de metro facilitando a deslocação pela cidade, num bairro residencial bonito e com imensas áreas verdes. Ficamos no quarto "cortiça", 5 estrelas. Era tal e qual as fotos: espaçoso, cheio de luz, vista de rio, duas paredes forradas de cortiça verdadeira, lindo... sentimo-nos em casa. Conseguimos espreitar mais dois quartos e ficámos entusiasmados todos com um design cuidado e moderno, cheios de detalhes interessantes. O pequeno almoço delicioso em formato self-service. O atendimento foi fantástico, foram super atenciosos. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida.

Deludente la zona, non trovavamo l appartamento perché non c è nessuna indicazione e si trova all interno di un complesso di case dove non ti aspetti di trovare un hotel e pensi di essere stato truffato, all interno l appartamento è interamente ristrutturato, anche con buon gusto, ma è essenziale, è paragonabile ad un bed and breakfast e per questo il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccessivo

Place has thin walls, we could ear the shower Fromm the room next door. But the room design are beautiful.

Airport Suites is located in a residential building, by this there are no visible labels. But the address is enough to find it. It's on the top floor ... Rui's reception was flawless. The decor of the rooms and other areas is very beautiful, modern, unique and cozy ... the breakfast is simple, but exactly the same as what we take in our homes on a daily basis, for sure. I highly recommend and will certainly look for them when I return to Lisbon. It is not an hotel and so the value for money is excellent.

A few rooms are in a hallway inside an apartment building and you cannot check in until 4 p.m. as the person isn't there. Parking is hit or miss as it's an apartment building Elevator is old and creaky. Breakfast is just food left in the kitchen. But very clean, decent breakfast (continental), interesting decor. Unused rooms are left open so you can check out how every room is unique. just about 100 feet from a subway stop, five stops to the airport so super convenient.

직원 친절하고 상주하고 있진 않지만 가끔와서 할 건 하고 갑니다. 아침 조식은 알아서 챙겨먹는 스타일인데 가끔 먼저 일찍 일어나서 우리 몫까지 다 쳐먹고 도망가는 친구들이 있어서 주의를 요함. 방 자체는 깔끔하고 좋음. 근데 스위트룸이라고 하고 가격을 생각해 보면 많이 좁음. 부대시설 없음. 사실 상 방이 쉐어 하우스? 같은 느낌이라 보안성에서도 조금 문제가 있음. 위치는 지하철 역 근처고 쇼핑 센터 옆에 있어서 좋았음. 공항도 가까운 편. 하지만 역시나 문제는 가격임.. 이 가격이면 다른데서 flex한다... 진짜루... 다 좋지만 아쉽다.

A las 11:30 (hora local) llamé para confirmar que llegaría más tarde de las 12.00, antes de hacer la reserva. Me dicen que no hay problema y la hago (pagando). Cuando llegamos no había nadie, tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Lo peor no es que no devuelvan el dinero (que tampoco), sino que tengan la poca honestidad de dejarnos en la calle lloviendo a las 12:30 de la noche. Mala gente.

I booked and paid for a room months in advance. When I showed up at the property, it was closed down and under renovation. On a previous day, check-in instructions were sent; without specifically drawing attention to this, the address of the property was given, yet it was not indicated that the address was different, nor that this was an entirely different property-not the one at which I had booked a room. The property name (an ever-so-slight change of the original name) was almost identical. yet have no indication was given that, in fact, they were directing me to an entirely different property in a different location, of which I knew mother about. After calling the business number, I was blamed for not understanding what was transpiring. Total rudeness, utter lack of accountability, and the poorest interaction that I’ve ever encountered. Do not book with this company or any company with a name similar to this one’s.

This is NOT a hotel. It’s basically an upscale hostel. When you arrive, you find that you are at an apartment building. There is a sign at the (locked) entrance saying LA Suites, but nowhere in the Expedia listing, reservation emails, nor in the door are there instructions for how to enter. You have to wait for someone to exit the building to get in, but even then, nowhere do they tell you that you need to take the elevator to the 7th floor. Also, there is NO staff on site until 4pm (check-in time), and so no one will respond to your calls or texts until after 4pm. There is a shared kitchenette among 5 rooms, which (as mentioned before) terrible coffee and a few bananas and some cereal which is apparently meant to be “breakfast”. The showers have no overhead shower heads, just a hose and a sprayer. By Western standards, this place rates a solid 2 stars out of 5 for me. You’re better off spending the same price on a real hotel. I’m disappointed in Expedia for even listing such a place.

It’s a B and B not a hotel and it’s on the seventh floor of an apartment complex outside the airport and there’s no way of getting in before 4 or after midnight and the breakfast is terrible and there’s no one there to help in the morning.

The apt was beautiful, modern and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Common kitchen stocked with coffee, fruit, yogurt and croissants.

The place is really great, and close to the airport for sure. Is located in a local apartments neighborhood, so not really a tourist type location if that is what you are looking for, but if you need a place to stay for a night or so in close proximity to airport, this is a good choice.

The property was in a area that seemed to be in housing project. We didn’t feel safe at all. Hard to find. As well the room had an odour to it as well the toilet was leaking in the private bathroom, not only the toilet in my room it was also in another room as well they had plumbers come in at midnight to fix and it was loud ordeal. The staff wasn’t able to help, they only offered to cancel our reservation. At 8pm in the evening that would have been hard to find a new place. The bed was hard that noise was loud and probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all the travelling I have done in my life. That was no offer of compensation for the whole ordeal that we had to deal with. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s a not what the pictures look like and I feel I was cheated by the owners.

We liked the room and bathroom, plus the easy access to the kitchen facilities. 3 key access also provided good security. Close proximity to the airport was good. We did not read the website well enough and did not realize that the facility was not a hotel. A bit awkward and minor anxiety with initial access to the facility.

The room was a good size, with plenty of space for suitcases. It had a TV, which I did not use, and the bathroom was very clean and the shower very spacious. The check-in could be seen as a little off-putting, as its just a guy with a laptop, and you have to type in your CC number and you have to have the tax for your stay in cash, but other than that, everything else was fine. The area is residential and fairly quiet, and it is just minutes from the airport -- very handy. There is a shopping center nearby, which I did not get the opportunity to check out, but it was, overall, a clean, inexpensive room, close to the airport, great for an early morning flight.One other thing -- the IKEA style slat bed can be a little creaky if youre a larger person and you roll around a lot at night. Not a big deal for me.

No Sr. El error no es mío, en la publicaciones de United Vacations no especifica que no es Hotel, los paquetes en la página sale como hotel, ustedes mismos saben que ya a varias personas les ha pasado lo mismo por error de vender algo que no es. Por otro lado no saben que perdiendo también se gana, no quieren reembolsar las dos noches próximas al problema pues también sabrán que jamás los recomendaré.

Pesimo! Lugar solitario, No es el servicio ni las fotos son como se ven, Mis clientes tuvieron que irse aun hotel porque el sitio es terrible. expliquen bien lo que es esta propiedad. Y por ultimo para mantener clientes no quisieron hacer el reebolso. No siempre se gana.

Attention ceci n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement situé dans un quartier "zup". Notre avion à eu du retard. Nous avons appelé ce que nous pensions être une réception mais personne n'a répondu à 22h. Ensuite nous sommes allés à l'endroit après avoir récupéré une voiture. Nous sommes arrivés devant un grand immeuble sans lumière. Mon conjoint à vu un jeune qui n'a pas voulu le renseigner. Nous sommes retournés à l'aéroport pour trouver un hôtel où dormir car nous étions à la rue. Le propriétaire répond seulement à 1h du matin en nous disant que c'est trop tard l'heure est passé. NOUS ÉTIONS A LA RUE SANS ENDROIT OÙ DORMIR. Nous ne pouvons pas prévenir 24h à l'avance que notre avion aurait du retard... C'est honteux. Nous pensons même à porter plainte

This is a floor in a residential apartment building and difficult to find, if the cab driver was not helpful we could not find it. They leave all the guests on their own and leave for the night, no desk service. It felt weird.

Talvez o que poderia melhorar será colocar um piso ou tipo de “carpet” , para fazer menos barulho, já que os hóspedes saem em horários de descanso de outras

Es un bed and Breackfast, pero esta muy bien. Al pricincipo al llegar no lo entiendes, pues es un edificio, no hay ningún letrero con su nombre, por eso el encargado te espera abajo y te sube al piso, es como un apartamento con varias habitaciones y areas comunes como la cocina. La habitación es impecable, baño privado agua caliente, Shower gel y Shampoo grandes de marca como en casa. Wifi. Desayuno Selfservice. La nevera full, de jugo, leche jamón y queso. Habia cafe, frutas frescas, televisor etc..en fin es exelente, tomas el Metro allí mismo al aeropuerto 7 paradas.

A localização é optima, muito próximo de transportes públicos pelo que podemos deslocar-nos até ao centro da cidade rapidamente. Este Bed and Breakfast caracteriza-se por ser um espaço acolhedor, limpo e com um decor fiel ao que nos é apresentado nas fotos do Site. Ficamos num quarto com uma vista rio, que é um ponto a favor. O STAFF é muito disponivel e profissional.
