Servers very stressed, quite expensive. Don't give bags when requested, only if you buy. Had to tell them 3 times that was a takeaway order. Too expensive.

Plat de saumon excellent et prix très honnête pour dire que c’est à l’aéroport . J’y retourne à chaque fois que je rentre du Portugal . Le poulet grillé et le bœuf sont très très bons aussi . Je le conseille fortement

Just had a roasted chicken with grilled vegetables. Really very good. Chicken beautifully seasoned and very tender. One of the best chicken I ever had - and definitely never ever at an airport. Staff is fast, efficient and very friendly. Even on a crowded evening like this. Definitely recommend it.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I found the customer service and employees quite nice. The food my partner and I ordered was extremely salty, barely warm, and overall unacceptable. We ordered half chickens, basmati rice, beans, and a chocolate fudge dessert. On a scale of 1 to 10, the rotisserie chicken had about an 8 in terms of the amount of salt used. It was unbearable; I couldn’t imagine eating more than the bites I managed to eat. The rice had about a 6, which is still quite a lot considering it is meant to accompany a dish that’s already over salted. The dessert, I was also shocked by, was stale. The ‘fudge’ in the center was chalky and the bread dry. Maybe we ordered at the wrong time, but I wouldn’t advise eating here at all.

Me cobraron 3€ por un latte pequeño. El camarero me intentó cobrar el grande por el mismo precio y cuando le dije que lo quería pequeño, estuvo bastante tiempo borrando y apuntando el café en la caja. Finalmente me dijo que eran 3€ y cuando le dije que como podía ser el mismo precio para el grande y el pequeño no supo darme una respuesta. Una vergüenza

Our favorite spot at the Lisbon airport!!! Here we had coffee, bread with butter, and Portugal’s famous nata... this was to die for. Definitely a must. Service was great and efficient. Prices were wonderful. Vibe and interior design were so elegant and comfortable. Thank you and see you soon!!

He intentado pedir un brioix, un zumo y un cafe. Ya de entarda, el chico que está en la cola como “atendido” y apuntado en el ipad las comandas, te habla como si fueras ganado. Ni un hola, ni nada de nada. Pago etc, todo ok. Me siento en la mesa y veo que se han equivocado, no me han traído un brioix sino un croissant. Me acerco a una de las chicas y le explico que se han equivocado. Me mira con cara de asco absoluto y me habla en portugués cuando le estoy diciendo que no la entiendo. Ni inglés, no español, ni francés, etc sólo portugués. Ok. Le digo que solo quiero que me lo cambien. Continuan hablandome en portugués cuando ya les dije que no les entendia; y como que hablaban sobre el tema entre ellas haciendo chistes y se podia ver claramente que era sobre mi. Bastante confundida con la escena, amablemente les pido la hoja de reclamaciones y estos se niegan a dármela; aprovechándose de que mi vuelo sale en breve y tengo que dirigirme a la puerta de embarque En los aeropuertos, las personas llevamos varios dias de viaje, sufrimos cancelaciones, etc. Creo que seria mas optimo para todos una mejor gestión de el trabajo de cara al público, un poco de amabilidad no esta de más. No somos robots, somos personas que estamos consumiendo un servicio (bastante caro normalmente) y nos merecemos que nos traten con una pizca de respeto y no con cara de asco constante y pocas ganas. Sobre lo de negarse a entregarme la hoja de reclamaciones, me parece una falta grave a nivel restauranción, ya que es ilegal ante el consumidor. Creo que también es grave aprovecharse de la situación de el cliente/viajero tiene prisa y no va a perder su vuelo exclusivamente para esperar el libro de reclamaciones, que según yo, debería entregarse de manera rápida y estar en un lugar a mano.

Vegan option available. I got a vegan sandwich. Although I'm happy that there is a vegan option, I must say that the taste is very blend, unfortunately. The high price (which is expected from an airport shop) also doesn't help. The good thing was the staff who was very nice!

Expensive and the quality could be way better for the price charged. 10.50eur for a parma and cheese sandwich. Bread and cheese were old.

Compré un bocata y un café con leche para llevar. Me costó 10.8€ y la verdad que no quedé satisfecho. Pan duro y bocata frío cuando era de servir caliente. Atención al servicio correcta aunque van con prisa para despachar a los clientes. No se puede pedir mucho más.

badest service ever i ordered the menu rib eye steak and i've got exactly that, meat without anything else. then i ordered frensh fries and got rice. i complained and got ... you guess it: nothing.

Pessimo atendimento. Fiquei 15.Min. sentada e ninguem veio me atender. Me senti muito mal. Os Negro que trabalham no local sao muito racistas. Sou negra e senti isso comp um ultrage. Pessimo local se vc é Negro sera muito mal atendido.

It’s Nespresso coffee, but it’s good. The seating is in my view the most comfortable and relaxing in the whole food court. Big selection of sandwiches, hot and cold food. The beer was served in chilled glasses. Reasonably priced (for airports).

Una comida y un café delicioso, pena que la atención de las camareras es decepcionante dado que pedí un café y me pusieran uno que ya llevaba allí un rato y estaba frío, les pedí amablemente que me lo cambiasen y me han tratado muy mal y lo mismo después cuando volví a pedir otro café.
