Edit and message to David: Dude our locker has not been rlly locked, when alarm does go off don't override it instantly and check locker first. When we come back my gf just opened the locker without me even have to put in money or code. I keep my review at 5 stars cuz you been lovely and I could clearly see you take your work seriously and you love it, but we potentially could have lost our passports, 1k€ in cash and 3k in clothes and items.

Minha experiência foi boa devido a presteza do funcionário David (nota 10, com louvor), pois o pagamento só pôde ser feito em moedas, não aceitam cédulas, tampouco cartão de crédito!!! O valor, alto, para guardar 4 malas por três horas chegou a €25. É imprescindível que se amplie a forma de pagamento, ou seja informado no site.

This storage facility felt very safe and in a great location. The luggage service technician David provided great customer service. He helped me use the system easily and such a friendly person. I would recommend using this storage location and definitely say hi to David. I lost my wallet and he even offered to pay for my train ticket to the airport. Such a great guy.

It’s a really great service since it’s quite tricky to find the free lockers or a safe place to leave the luggage on your own. We were guided to the nearest souvenir shop where we were charged one euro per hour to safely store our suitcase.

I received a great service and help from David. He picked me from the train station and showed me all the way to the parking and explained me how it works. Very nice experience !

We wanted to leave our bags but unfortunately at the first site there were no lockers available. Thankfully, David personally walked us to the next location (and gave us a free history lesson on the way) and made sure we were able to successfully store our bags. He was a great help!!

Ottimo servizio: pratico, affidabile ed economico. La posizione del deposito è comodissima per spostarsi a piedi o con i mezzi. Gli armadietti sono in ordine perfetto. La ragazza che ci lavora parla varie lingue, e ci ha spiegato il funzionamento degli armadietti con precisione e simpatia. Grazie!

Great service. The luggage system workshop great and David was very friendly and provided us with all the informations needed. We strongly recomend this system for everyone needs a quick and cheap service to store their luggages.

This was so convenient as I arrived in Lisbon at 5AM and was not allowed to check into my hotel until 3PM. This service was affordable and allowed me to explore the city without having the hassle of tugging luggage around. The employees are kind as well. Highly recommend!

Lockers in underground parking beneath the square. As nearest lockers at entry to Rossio metro station are usually full, it good alternative and is very close.

What a wonderful experience! I was happy to find available lockers, if which there were none inside the metro station Rossio. When I arrived, I met the most helpful and kind attendant, who helped every customer equally, not just me. He then helped give me suggestions about places to eat and helped me find my way. It’s these sort of experiences that can really leave their mark on your day and he absolutely made my day easier and more pleasant. I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name, but thank you for such lovely customer service- you know who you are!

Great service! Edgar was the one who helped me and brought me to a different place because there were no medium lockers in the metro station - only small and large. So I didn’t have to overpay with a large locker. He was friendly and super helpfull.

He ido a Lisboa y necesitaba un locker, he encontrado este por internet y esta muy bien! Esta dentro de un parking, hay 2 tamaños, te caben maletas grandes, para cerrarlos pagas la primera hora, y cuando vienes a recoger tu equipaje pagas la diferencia según el tiempo que hayas estado.

My wife and I are traveling and needed a place to store our medium sized suitcase and we found the right place. The prices are affordable also when we arrived at the lockers in the station we were warmly welcomed by David he helped us find another larger locker in the parking garage and helped us all the way through the process.

Odlicno mesto da se ostavi prtljag ukoliko ste se odjavili iz hotela a jos uvek imate vremena dok ne krenete na aerodrom. Dejvid je uvek tu da vam pomogne oko prtljaga. Nalazi se na stanici Rossio tako da se posle vrlo lako dolazi do aerodroma metroom. Ovo je drugi put da koristim njihove usluge. Hvala na svemu.

My sister and I are leaving Portugal today, but our flight isn’t until later in the day. We decided to come to Left City Lockers to store both our luggages. There, we met a worker named David, who was beyond helpful! He helped us navigate the locker screen, and he even had euro coins on hand for change. Thank you so much David for making our time there so simple and straightforward!! You’re the best!

리스본에서 코인락커 찾아서 처음엔 Risso 지하철역으로 갔는데 꽉 차서 어떻게 하지 고민하고 있었는데 거기 직원분인 David가 엄청 친절하게 다른 코인락커로 안내해줬어요! 짐도 들어주고 두번째로 간 곳이 높은 곳에만 칸이 남아 있어서 세번째 코인락커까지 가서 낮은 곳에 칸이 남아있는지 확인해보고 다시 돌아와서 세번째 코인락커함으로 안내해줬어요! David 직원분 완전 친절하십니당!ㅎㅎ

Rossiy역에서 짐 보관 자리 없어서 다른 짐 보관소 캐리어 끌고 데려가주시고 거기서 맨 밑 자리 없다고 다른 2분거리 짐 보관소까지 손수 캐리어 끌고 넣어주시고 다 도와주셨어요ㅠㅠ

마지막 날에 짐맡기고 돌아다녀야 되는데 짐맡길 곳 없을때 여기 이용하면 편해요 짐칸에 자리가 없어서 해맸는데 david라는 city locker 아저씨가 도와주셔서 빈자리에 쉽게 넣었어요

Las taquillas están en un parking. Cuesta más de 35€ al día dejar el coche, se supone que aceptan pago con Vía T pero no funciona, y no aceptan tarjetas. Las plazas no son amplias. Salvo porque es céntrico, no es una buena alternativa. Solo tienes una bajada con ascensor, en el resto, si tienes equipaje o carrito de bebé lo bajas a pulso por las escaleras. Si puedes, te recomiendo que busques alternativas más baratas y convenientes

A bit hard to find from Google Maps so I photographed the entrance and the way to the storage cause there is no sign outside. Some lady form the staff, I think Lucy, but I really don't know, was kind enough to show us the other storage location cause we had 2 luggages.

I went to this place actually a day before i wanted to do the actual storage, just to see how things would work.
David was there and he was so nice to show me things around, from the storage wall at the station itself, to the one in the parking garage.
This is such a helpful service! i never used it before, because i did not need it, but i knew about it and this time around it really was a need for me.
Thanks so much to David for all his huge help and please keep this service running, it is of so much help!

Great service! We found out about the lockers online and came to one of the spots, however there was no free lockers at that place but lovely man David who works for the lockers company took his time and walked with us to the place few minutes away where there were available lockers. He was very friendly and explained the system in fluent English. Very happy with the service in general.

DO. NOT. USE. Stored our luggage, took our money. When it came time to get luggage out, ate all our money with no effect. Tried using call button on machine, didn't work. Had to repeatedly call help line until someone finally came to help almost half an hour later, no English. Another half hour later he finally opened our locker and let us have our luggage. 3 other people were stuck with us too.
You're better off leaving your luggage in the street.

Took a while for me to figure where it was located. Kept on looking for a brick and mortar store, only to realize it was located underground...the photos on Google maps, in relation to the property, isn't really accurate, has nothing to do with the lockers. It just assumes you know which level it's at.

Super easy and quick. I literally dropped my luggage and left.
It would be nice if they had earlier opening hours. 6h30am is a bit late for some flights or trains to drop your luggage. Otherwise, it was a good experience! Would definitely use again.
