David was great really good customer service. This service is perfect, we are flying in the evening so this is a great option for leaving luggage safe without having to drag it around. Cheap too! €6.50 for 14 hours, really worth it.

Edgar me ayudo con la recogida de mi equipaje. Por confusión he perdido mis tickets para retirar mis maletas del locker, y estuvo presente en el momento que necesite ayuda. Excelente trabajo!!

On last day in Lisbon we needed a place to leave our luggage during the day. We when to the one on Rossio metro stop, no places were available but the staff Filipe went with us to another place from the same company (1’ from the Rossio stop) and explained the process. He is very kind and professional. Price: from 11 to 17 -> 6,5€

É um sistema para as pessoas guardarem provisória e momentaneamente a sua bagagem. Há cacifos para vários tamanhos. Quando as pessoas deixam a bagagem o sistema dá um número de código. Quando querem levantar a bagagem usam esse código, pagam as moedas que a máquina indica e retiram a bagagem.

Оставил багаж. За полдня это 5 евро. Очень милый парень Дэвид, работник, помог со всем разобраться, поменял деньги. Не думал, что напишу это, но оставляйте багаж тут :)

Great place to leave your luggage while you wander around!! Used their services and was impressed by the help given by the Brazilian female staff member. She was super helpful and friendly. Cost is cheap and in a great location.

광장 안에보면 밑으로 내려가는 조그마한 계단있습니다.
그밑으로내려가시면 이정표있는데 주차장 도착해서 왼편 차들어오는쪽으로가시면 있습니다 안내원분도 굉장히 친절하시구요!!

Not hard to find, inside the metro station and near the train station. Nora was very helpful explaining how the locker works. The only problem is that it only accepts coins.

Safe, fast and cheap! A great option if you wanna visit Lisbon without carrying your luggage with you.
David helped us to find the lockers, he was super nice and he also provided us some great recommendations for food!

Un excelente servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje, muy seguro y la chica que estaba Railene nos ayudó muchísimo con el funcionamiento de la máquina. Está ubicado dentro de la estación de metro. Muy recomendado

Lugar céntrico dónde dejar las maletas. Además bajo vigilancia y con alarma, una chica muy amable se encarga de resolver dudas que puedas tener. Muy recomendable y asequible!

I went there a day before i wanted to actually use the service and David was so nice to walk me through both the facility at Rossio and at the parking garage itself.
Then when i actually had to do it, it was all so smooth.
He really gave me the confidence that it will be so!
I am glad i finally used this service, as i knew about it for many years, but i just didn't need it.
But this time, i really needed it, and i am so glad it all went so smoothly.
Highly recommended, many thanks to David for all the help.

駅のロッカールームは既にいっぱいで荷物を置くところがありませんでした。しかしスタッフのDavidは私達を別のロッカールームまで連れて行ってくれました。
荷物を置いてゆっくり観光が出来てとても助かりました！

I had almost 12 hours at Lisbon till my flight and I needed a place to leave my baggage. The lockers at Rossio Metro station were a really good decision! The service was perfect. David who worked there helped me a lot. He put my suitcase and explained how to use a locker. He was very friendly and respectful and his instructions were clear.
The lockers are not expensive and easy to find so I reccomend this place!

Diogo Figueiredo nos ayudó muchísimo. Fue un chico majísimo que nos ayudó a cargar las maletas, y a encontrar un locker libre. Con gente como él este tipo de servicios merecen la pena y parecen más humanos. Gracias!

A personal experience, very very helpful, all in English for the linguistically challenged tourists ;-) Would highly recommend. Leave your baggage here and walk free in Lisbon, don't go anywhere else !!!

We left our luggage here for the day and all of the people working were so nice! It was the cheapest place by far and it is located in the central part of Lisbon.

On our first day, we wanted to store a lot of luggage since we planned a long day of sightseeing.
David from Illinois was more than helpful and friendly and made all the effort to find us a locker.

We arrived in Lisbon at 8am and couldn't check in to our accommodations until 3pm, so we stored our bags for the day. The lockers in the metro station only take cash, but the attendant said the ones in the garage take credit. We used the ones in the metro. Pricing was a little confusing and it cost a little more than I thought (12€, vs 9€when I read the chart), but the convenience was great. Our land lady said we were lucky to get lockers because they fill up, but they were half empty when we arrived. Also, Google maps show this location on the corner, but it is actually below ground in the metro station.
