We arrived at the location 1 hour after opening, but it was temporarily closed as staff was on break. At time of arrival there was a queue of people waiting to get in. Staff did not answer the phone or messages despite stating that they would respond to messages and calls. After 10 minutes of waiting we left for another storage.
I still have no response to my messages after several days.

I checked in at 10:00 at Free Yourself and i was very well attended by a young and friendly staff.
Fair prices and there is still the option to request an airport transfer for a price that i also found fair.
Good service, would recommend to more people.

My briefcases and luggage stayed in this luggage storage shop while I was touring lisbon for 6 hours and they are completely reliable and have excellent service with a young, friendly and willing to help customers and are reliable, I recommend.

Mes objets de valeur et mes bagages proviennent du stock de bagages qui va à Lisbonne pendant 6 heures. Ils sont totalement fiables, offrent un excellent service et sont fiables, mais l’établissement est difficile à trouver mais je le recommande vivement.

Nice place and safe with a good customer service, I went to Lisbon for a day and left my luggage and my bags there for a 7h and they gave my things without any issue for a good price. I recommend 5 stars ⭐️

Shady overpriced business: payments only in cash, no receipts, no promices. They forgot to book my airport transfer, waited for another 30 minutes - dont use this option, as it's much easier to book Uber. At check out they gave me someone else bag in addition to mine. Please be aware that there will be no insurance as well as no responsibilities!

Great service. After checking out at the hotel I found this house on the internet and seeing reviews so good I decided to try it out. Everything went well. 5 stars to the service and the friendliness of the employee who besides the normal service gave us tips to take advantage of those last hours in Lisbon. thanks!
