Dejamos nuestra maleta a las 10.30 sin problema, con un trámite de menos de 5 minutos. La guardan bajo llave y la fuimos a recoger sobre las 19.00, también sin problemas y con el resguardo que te dan la recoges inmediatamente. Reserva y pago (5€/día/bulto) hecho a través de la App BAGBNB, muy cómodo y efectivo.

People were polite and helpful, however when we got back to pickup luggage, door was closed. They went out to take a nap or something and didn't leave any written message or contact number on the door. We had to wait there for 20-25min. Didn't lose flight or anything, but with short time in Lisbon there are better things to do then stand up waiting the luggage storage guy.

It was easy to store our luggage here, the people were very helpful with our bags and gave some advise on where to go and what to do.
