Marvin Brucker: I think the best way to explain how good as a surf instructor Rico is, is to tell the story of my friend who came to Portugal with me and initially said that, in contrast to me, he is not interested at all in making this a full-week surf trip and that he´ll just give it a one-day shot. Within our small group of surf beginners and intermediates it quickly became a running gag that he would ask Rico, the surf instructor, whether he can join one last time on the next day. Long story short, due to the great surf spot guidance, the amazing coaching itself and a great overall introduction to the surfing sport (including visiting a board manufacturer, video analysis etc.), my friend had no no other choice than make it a full week surf trip (with amazing progress btw) ;-) Cheers to Rico and his team for the experience, keep up the good work and the enthusiasm! Pessoal mal-educado. Mal nos cumprimentaram quando entrámos pela porta. Fizemos um grande negócio por haver apenas "uma fila", bem desculpe senhora caixa rude, tivemos um retorno e não percebemos que havia uma fila para ambos os registros (ficamos na fila que diz "retorno". Como nos atrevemos!). Podia ter-nos avisado com jeitinho. A loja em Flint está a descer há algum tempo, acho que não me importo de voltar a visitar este local depois de ter de lidar com aquela mulher astuta.

Tiraram-lhes uma mola da caixa rainha que se partiu ao meio no espaço de 5 meses. Tive uma mola de caixa que me durou 6 anos que recebi de outro lugar... tive que voltar e editar a minha crítica. Porque eles fizeram tudo bem comigo... eles substituem a minha box spring gratuitamente e eu aprecio empresas que estão dispostas a fazer as coisas bem. Empresa honesta...

Por que você oferece calçada, mas não quer fazer isso nem ligar se houver um atraso? Desde a hora de chegada até à recepção do meu pedido foi de 40 minutos. Esta é a segunda vez que isto acontece com a calçada, por isso não voltará a usar a pickup com a sua loja. E isto depois de ser colocado em espera ao telefone durante 13 minutos. Depois o comentário rude do empregado que fez a encomenda que dizia que devíamos ter vindo para receber a nossa encomenda. Se fosse possível dar uma nota negativa de estrelas, eu daria.
