Mooi hotel van 2011. Heel lekker eten met toch wel wat variatie. Vooral verschillende vis in de aanbieding maar ook vlees, groenten wel en koud. Alles is eigenlijk goed. vriendelijk personeel. Hotel wordt heel goed onderhouden. Staan altijd overal te poetsen. ☺️ Het hotel is ideaal gelegen en te voet naar verschillende plekken bereikbaar.

L'ensemble est TOP sauf au niveau des 2 restaurants ou le bruit est infernal c'est vraiment dommage car la restauration est bonne.
Mais le bruit est gênant.
Il manque un espace repas à l'extérieur qui pourrait compenser.

Lovely hotel. Perfect for families. Would not recommend for young couples. Depending on room location it can take a long time to walk from reception to your room. Rooms are clean but are not refreshed in the same way. Dirty sheets are not replaced daily. Pillows are the worst I have ever had in a hotel, they are all lumpy. Wrist band policy is terrible. I can see the point for all inclusive but it’s ridiculous if you’re only getting bed and breakfast. You need to wear for the entire stay. They are horrible by the end! Plus everyone in the town knows where you are staying. Very off-putting.

Friendly, helpful staff. Entertainment OK, drinks plentiful, food OK given the numbers involved. Easy access to other areas by bus or taxi at low prices. Thoroughly enjoyed stay.

Les serveurs et les animateurs sont irrespectueux, méchant, agressifs et racistes, surtout envers les français. Ont se sent séquestrer. Je deconceille fortement cette hôtel.

Amazing hotel very polite customer service.
Food is really nice with a wide selection also have a kids section.
Pool is massive but can be bit cold but once in you are ok.
Rooms are big too with an added feature of a kitchen area.
Will definitely be going back.

Muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones muy amplias y con todo lo necesario para estancia de familias. Buffet correcto con alguna gran sorpresa de calidad como los pescados a la plancha de muy buena calidad, kebabs y noches con parrillada.

Lovely hotel and facilities but lacks in the entertainment for children from the age of 5 upwards.. All they have is a mini disco for 30 minutes and the rest of the evening is for adults which children are not allowed to participate. Very disappointing

Good hotel for a weeks break. The rooms are huge, decent bed and clean. If you've got kids it's all going on for them. The only thing that really let's it down is the food, you won't go hungry but there isn't much choice and it's a bit repetitive although the breakfast is half decent. All in all we would come back but for no longer than a week.

Das Hotel ist modern mit einer hervorragenden Küche. Sauber mit großzügigen Zimmern. Es spricht vom Personal niemand Deutsch. Sehr viele Gäste aus England. Ein Aufenthalt am großzügigen Pool ist fast unmöglich: überlaute Beschallung mit Musik, ständig Animation. Man geht zur Entspannung lieber an einen der umliegenden Strände, die vom Hotelbus angefahren werden.

Le gigantisme tue la convivialité. Restaurant très bruyant ainsi que tous les espaces publics. Animations quasi inexistantes. Par contre chambres très spacieuses propres et beaucoup de choix restaurant très bon.

Hotel imponente, bons quartos, muitos serviços, bom pequeno-almoço. Piscina a perder de vista, espaço exterior preparado para receber multidões.
Facilmente percebe-se que foi pensado nisso, para famílias passarem vários dias de férias, os quartos incluem sala separado e pequena cozinha, boa varanda.
Aviso à navegação, para qualquer coisa vai-se andar muito, e cálculo que em época alta... é muita gente.
Pontos fracos, a cama, a roupa da cama e a almofada, podiam ser melhores.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, comida muy variada y en abundancia, el personal de reserva, de recepción, de animación y del comedor encantadores. Lo recomiendo para unos días inolvidables. Enhorabuena a todos los componentes del hotel. Este año volveremos a ir.

Just returned from a 10 day family holiday at this hotel. Very clean and friendly place to stay. Rooms are a good size very modern and clean. Restaurants are good with a good selection of food. Bars are abit small and can fill very quickly. Staff are amazing and helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody

Bonne hôtel,avec des chambres très confortable et entretien journalier.Restaurant très bien avec beaucoup de choix.Par contre hôtel très bruyant dans les parties communes aucune isolation phonique.le soir a la salle de spectacle le bruit est insuportable.Les animateurs sont inexistants nous nous ne les avons pas vu de la semaine.Il manque d'animations.

Booked this hotel as TUI advertised as an all inclusive , family suites resort.
Firstly the positives... The room was spacious and offered a separate sleeping area for our nine year old. The hotel felt and looked clean.
Now onto the negatives... The food left little to be desired. If you are not a fish eater give it a miss. Most food was not labelled. You were provided with one 1.5 l bottle upon arrival and were expected to fill this at a water station. However there were none in hotel apart from restaurants which were only open at meal times. Amount of seating areas are wholly inadequate during our stay we were unfortunate to trace poor weather in the evening , which left inadequate amount of seating. People were sat in reception area and even outside on the balcony in the rain!
The hotel advertises itself as “all inclusive” however children’s entertainment is very poor. We took our children to the kids club in the first day, as we have done on previous TUI holidays, and left strict instruction that they weren’t to leave without an accompanying adult . We went to sit by the pool nearby , soon after our children arrived having left unaccompanied! The only kids club activity provided was a supervised play on the playground.
The pool was a fantastic size with ample sun beds, all be it due to poor weather. Our son, along with his friends suffered minor cuts and grazes to the soles of his feet and fingers due to loose masonary on pool floor.
Very little to no adult entertainment in the evening.
Despite the weather we base this review on previous TUI all inclusive holidays. This hotel is not up to standard for families as an all inclusive resort and this is evident in design of the hotel by the fact that there is a small kitchen as found in the room as in self Catherine apartments.

La comida no es digna de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Con las bebidas no te ponen ni unas míseras patatas. El lugar donde los animadores actúan de noche es muy pequeño y la acústica es muy mala, en resumen no repetiria

A very nice hotel. Clean, modern, huge pool, great food and drink. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Short walk to alvor and the beach! Our second time of staying here can't recommend it enough.

Es para repetir, el personal (todos) muy amables, la habitacio genial, variedad en las comidas. La animación muy bien tambien. Aunque el tiempo no acompañaba la zona de la piscina era expectacular. Muchas tumbonas y una piscina gigante. También tiene una zona para los mas peques con un parque infantil y mini club. El spa no lo visitamos pero nos hablaron muy bien otros huéspedes. En resumen para repetir ;)

El hotel muy nuevo y de diseño, solo pequeños detalles como el mando del tv estropeado y una cortina con unas manchitas negras, pero el resto fabuloso, muy limpio y el personal super educado y muy agradables, en general fabuloso. Gracias en especial al personal de recepción, los cuales entre otras, me dejaron realizar una llamada internacional sin cobro alguno, buen detalle.

Péssima experiência, más informações....as crianças só podem se usufruir da piscina interior no horário das refeições e ainda alegam que é ideal para familias.paga se para ir à piscina ao ginásio 5 euros à hora por pessoa.ridículo!!!viajo de 15 em 15 dias e nunca me deparei com um hotel como este! O Sr joaquim (gerente), ao ser contactado pois tinha acabado de pagar a estadia, e postas as condições referi que queria o valor reembolsado pois não iria pagar um valor elevado para dormir e tomar o pequeno almoço, com 2 crianças que se iriam ver com um horário muito reduzido para ir à piscina, que aliás no nosso quotidiano é a hora de almoçar e jantar, e mais encontrando me grávida não me estaria para enervar, solicitei então o valor devolvido ao fim de 5 minutos de ter sido pago, o qual me foi negado pois o sr. Joaquim alegou que este hotel não devolvia valores.
Muito bem posto isto, não aconselho a nenhuma familia a estadia num hotel que cobra o que lhes apetece sem aviso prévio antes da reserva.conhecendo o algarve como conheço garanto lhes que encontram hoteis muito melhores que o Alvor Baia a um preço muito mais acessível.
Nota: se apagarem esta mensagem voltarei a escreve la todos os dias pois hoje senti me ASSALTADA!!!

Las instalaciones son buenas, la comida muy bien, la bebida lamentable, en régimen de todo incluido no se ajusta a mí experiencia, no te incluye nada de calidad media en el todo incluido si querés un gintonic medio regular de Gordon tiene que pagar 11€, si quieres jugar al pádel 20€, si quieres una botella de agua, no la tienen, lamentable, de los peores hoteles de 4 estrellas en el que he estado.

el hotel es fantastico. las instalaciones son de lo mejor que he visto. todas las habitaciones disponen de cocina y la habitacion y baño totalmente nuevos. coginos media pension el bufet y la comida son muy buenos. todo el personal del hotel es 10 (sobresaliente) nos ha llamdo la atención lo pendientes q estan en todo momento de los huespedes ayudando en todo lo que pueden. sin duda cada vez q vengamos al algarve nos alojaremos en este hotel que recomiendo 100%

Hotel fantástico, funcionários prestáveis, simpáticos, atenciosos, os quartos são espaçosos, bem equipados e confortáveis, o regime tudo incluído é simplesmente soberbo, comida deliciosa e sempre fresca os peixes e carnes de grande qualidade os snacks são uma perdição, os espaços exteriores (bar e piscinas vigiados) muito bem equipados e com espaço para todos, a animação está a um bom nível......

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Ein schuttelbus fährt ca 7 mal am tag zum Strand. Der Strand ist atemberaubend schön.

Quite nice rooms, ones facing north (and not the pool) are better - less hot and much quieter (you do not hear the people from the pool). Not too far from the beach, which is nice. Alvor is a nice town.
On the other hand, "adult only" restaurant is a fiction. It is full of children of any age and staff doesn't really care about that. Food is so-so, often cold, got a poisoning once. Coffee is awful! There are ants in the restaurant area and in the rooms as well. Corridors are dirty, so are the elevators (which, by the way, are slow and located in one central place). On the pool, people take over all of the sunbeds in the morning, leave their stuff there and disappear. You want to have a sunbed, you have to be there early, as pool staff does nothing about this "sunbed booking", which is illegal according to hotel rules.
I would never come there again, I felt hostile, mainly because I wanted the hotel to respect their own rules. When I filed a complaint, one of the managers told me, that if I don't like the hotel, I am free to go somewhere else. That's how you treat a customer, right?

Boas instalações, restauração aceitável contudo na minha 2a passagem o hotel de férias de famílias que me convenceu a repetir o destino, tinha-se transformado numa colônia de octogenários Franceses. Nao tenho nada contra os octogenários nem contra os Franceses, mas a mudança repentina gorou as expectativas criadas ba 1a passagem.

Not enough to do nightime. Having a bar where all inclusive guests are excluded unless you pay is totally wrong, especially when it's the best one. The last point is the swimming is absolutely freezing maybe a bit of solar heating could be possible.

Funcionários prestáveis, profissionais, disponíveis e bastante simpáticos, instalações modernas, bem equipadas e de boa qualidade, limpeza de excelente nível, apesar de só haver 1 restaurante a comida é de boa qualidade e variedade qb, esta é a segunda visita a este hotel e talvez por nos encontrarmos no mês de Novembro e haver menos hóspedes a variedade da comida não seja a mesma do mês de Junho....

We stayed for a week in October had a fantastic week staff are more than happy to help with your needs.... food was good an so much on offer kids meals pretty much basic ... pool absolutely freezing but once your in you will soon warm up...... rooms are spotless cleaned daily kids entertainment was again repetitive but kids seemed to enjoy it an had fun.... we would be going back again

The staff were helpful. Restaurants were good. There was a lot of food choices. Bars were always well stocked. The room was basic but clean, beds were hard. Shower was really good. The only thing this hotel lacked was adult entertainment. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday this is the place. Pool and grounds are fantastic. It’s about 15/20 minute walk into the village which was really nice.

Arrived 9 45 am on Oct 7 our accommodation not ready until 2 30 we were informed by a member of staff .... this was the sign of things to come reception staff didn't seem to care no communication although myself and my wife enquired on three occasions at different times regarding this.
Food awful same offerings every day both of us suffered stomach upsets during our stay. Seemed like staff not trained very well or at all in some cases !!!! unprofessional attitude from most apart from cleaning staff who were excellent.On the plus side our room very good although looking at the design of the hotel not many facing towards the hospital would have had much of an outlook, we had a third floor room with car park below and view of montains and nearby flats and the room was very comfortable.Free bus to beach was used and nice touch .Overall very disappointed after researching previous reviews and experiences won't be returning to this hotel which is only a few years old and in our opinion has much to improve upon to justify it's four stars which is obviously not based on cutomer service and a professional approach .

La animación mala, comida del montón y engaño en el todo incluido. No nos informaron en la reserva que no podíamos canjear el almuerzo por un picnic, lo cual no entiendo en el Algarve donde el turismo es de sol y playa. Hemos pagado por este servicio sin haber recibido prestación por ello y hemos duplicado el gasto de nuestro viaje. No nos han dado solución y nos han prohibido sacar comida del restaurante

We stay there whenever we want a long weekend getaway or a summer week with no worries. We drive there, park our car and only get back to it when we check out. This summer was the first with our baby and we recommend this hotel to families with small children.

Hotel magnífico. Las habitaciones son grandes, modernas y con una cama enorme y cómoda. Tiene autobús con diferentes horarios que te llevan a la playa. Cerca de Portimao. El bufet es muy bueno. Con carnes y pescados a la plancha bien hechos. Si tienes la suerte que te toque en tu estancia noche de barbacoa triunfarás. Aquí el prelado lo bordan. Por poner un pero, las bebidas son marcas blancas y la Coca-Cola la echan con botellas de dos litros. Pero por lo demás es fenomenal

Piscina enorme (100 metros de comprimento)existindo sempre lugar nas espreguicadeiras. Boa insonorização nos quartos buffet standard tanto em pequeno almoço como nas restantes refeições. O staff necessita de ter mais atenção aos clientes e aos comentários particulares entre Si.

Hemos ido a varios hoteles y sin duda este es el mejor. La habitación es increíble, tiene una muy buena terraza, un salón/cocina y luego la habitación con una cama enorme. TV en ambos lados y aire centralizado.
Nosotros hemos pedido que no limpiaran pero por lo que hemos podido ver la limpieza es muy buena, no solo te hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas como en otros hoteles. Te pasan la aspiradora, limpian, perfuman y te ponen una botella de agua nueva.
La piscina es enorme, impresionante. No cubre por ningún lado pero no es algo que reste punto.
Las bebidas como en el resto de hoteles que hemos ido, nada del otro mundo pero aceptables (como era de esperar por el precio). Las comidas (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) exquisitas. El mejor buffet al que hemos ido. Hay prácticamente de todo, sopas, todo tipo de ensaladas, con muchísimos ingredientes para añadirles, varios tipos de guisos (arroces con carne, pescado), pescado a la plancha, carne a la plancha, verduras a la plancha, pasta, de todo. Los postes increíbles también.
La animación también es muy buena y Alvor es increíble, fuimos a la Playa de los Tres Hermanos (5min en coche) y es una pasada. Tiene muchas calas por las que perderte y unas vistas impresionantes. Mencionar que el hotel tiene un autobús que te deja allí y en el que puedes volver también.
En definitiva, una experiencia muy buena, en un entorno inmejorable y con un servicio exquisito. Repetiremos.

We had a good week there. The hotel is really nice. We went there on the second week of September, the weather was still warm but the pool temperature was a little cold (22-23c). The food was good, we had so many choices of food. The activities were not really attractive. The beach is a little far from the hotel, you need to take the shuttle bus to go there.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this beautiful hotel. Firstly the negative points:

Now the positives: the hotel was spotlessly clean as was the surrounding areas in all the hotel, the pool was lovely, nice being able to just walk in although maybe a hand rail in the middle of the walk in part might be useful to some of the elderly guests. Alvor and it's surrounding places are all accessible by foot and bus. The food in both restaurants had a lot of variety including breakfast, dinner and tea also bbq and themed nights found most of the staff quite friendly and helpful also some seemed quite miserable but can understand why with the rudeness of some of the other guests, the animation team were on the go all day and kept us entertained at night with some good shows all in all a really lovely holiday, ignore the negative reviews it didn't spoil our holiday, it's been lovely and we hope to return at some point

Stayed here for 7 days and really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious/modern. For an all inclusive hotel the food was okay, not top notch but definitely not bad. Breakfast and lunch are fixed, dinner buffet varies. Furthermore, big swmmingpool with bar, indoor spa and a basic gym (this could be improved).
Alot of families stay here, so there are quite a few children running around. There is a however separate restaurant for families and there are entertainment crews for the kids.
The location of the hotel is really good, just 20 min walk to the scenic village of Alvor which has a really nice vibe and many restaurants. Also there is a shuttle bus which drives to the beach multiple times a day, which is great! Overall very satisfied with our stay here.

This is a wonderful hotel. Wonderful clean, tidy spacious rooms. Food is great with loads of choice and puddings and cakes to die for. Lovely, friendly staff. Always helpful. Entertainment staff absolutely amazing people and kept us busy and laughing for the last 2 weeks. My daughter wanted to take Sophia home with us! Would highly recommend you stay here for a holiday you will remember for a long time.

Money was stolen from our room and the only people who had been in it other than us were the cleaners. Management blamed us for leaving money in the room as they do not guarantee a secure room. Police won't come out to hotel and there are no police in Alvor. Beware of this hotel.

Hotel all inclusive, mais plus proche du camping que du 4 etoiles ! Draps aussi durs que du carton, pas de dessous de lit, petit dej buffer mais avec des produits cheap de tres mauvaise qualité. Personnel pas a lecoute, aucun charme dans les chambres, aucun petits accessoires (comme chaussons). En etant tres objectif, je suis un peu tatillon, mais ai payé 220 euros la nuit pour ce 4 etoiles, et ca ne les vaut pas du toit

Napoje podawane w plastikowych kubkach są normą przy basenach, ale tutaj też tak podają w pubie, co nieco dziwi. Warto spróbować lokalnych win oraz sangrii. Our only minor complaint was that the mini disco (which was the highlight of the evening for our kids) was poorly organised and seemed like a Chor to some of the animation team, they could at least smile! Minor complaint about an otherwise fantastic hotel.

Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse. La mienne était bien située, loin de la piscine ! Le prix du Spa est très intéressant avec piscine chauffée. Pas très bien situé. 15 mn à pied proche des commerces. Ne vous attendez pas à une grande ville. 20 mn à pied de la plage. L'hôtel propose des navettes pour vous y rendre. Personnel pas très souriant mais serviable. Un petit effort en portugais redonne le sourire. Seul bémol, le matin du départ à 6h donc levée à 5h,aucun petit déjeuner proposé. Ni même une tasse de café. Juste un sac avec un jus d'ananas insipide, un sandwich au jambon et une pomme. C'est juste limite pour un 4 étoiles. J'ai connu des 3 étoiles qui proposaient des petits déjeuners très matinaux !

The rooms are quite basic for a modern hotel with a pull out sofa bed which is rock hard to sleep on and very uncomfortable to sit on . The twin beds are also quite hard .There are two flat screen Tv’s in each room but the reception on them are awful and fuzzy. There is a microwave in the room which looks like it’s about 30 years old and it wouldn’t entice you to use it.The bathroom was the best part of the room and had a fantastic shower.The poolis huge and very family friendly but trying to get a sunbed is like a lottery unless you are up at the dawn. On the plus side of things this hotel has fantastic entertainment for both adults and kids with the animation team excellent . The food is also very good and the all inclusive drinks are served at the pool bar only which can have long queues but move quickly.We found the staff to be very friendly and on check out as we had a late flight we could use the all inclusive for the remainder of the day which was a nice touch . We found all the common areas spotless and well looked after ... Would we stay here again probably but if the hotel made a few changes with the rooms and the pool area a lot more people would recommend this hotel to there friends .

Disadvantage are: crowded, it is impossible to find sun bed free after 8.00 am, restaurants large area noisy with echoes like cantina place. Animation very poor, all inclusive drinks are water diluted and one needs to wait in a queue in a pool bar

1st impression was very good. Nice big hotel, clean and sterile. The rooms are bit bigger than the rooms in other hotels.
Our room should have been divided from the bedroom. This was not the case, there was only a wall which was 3/4 of the height of the room. Very disappointing when you want a separate room for your baby.
Than, when you want to have diner in 1 of the restaurants, you're abandoned from he other restaurants because these are only for 12 y and older.
The food is average. I've had much better.
Breakfast is a continental breakfast, not spectaculair.
Lunch looks like it's made from the leftovers from breakfast and the diner last night.
Diner is also pretty average. What bothers most, is the face thats it's incredibly noisy. You can't hear your table partners, even when you are talking pretty loud.
Most of the food is dry (overcooked) and cold. The choice (for a hotel like this) is very disapointting.
When you're used to average food, then this is your hotel. When you want real Portugese food, I would choose another hotel. Or you go to Ferragudo or Alvor, to one of the fine restaurants which are located overthere.
The state however is very helpfull and friendly.
The suite we booked was for 4 persons. But there we're only two wineglasses, two waterglasses and 3 towels.
We had to ask at the reception for more glasses and towels. This was not a problem.
Only the extra glasses were plastic, also very disappointing.
There's also a little kitchenette. But no pots, knives, forks and so on. So bring it yourself when you want to make something for yourself.

le seul inconvénient que nous avons eu ,c'est que la piscine était très froide (c'était fin septembre) ,personne ne se baignait et nous avons essayé de nager mais nous étions tétanisés au bout de quelques mètres
nous aimerions beaucoup y retourner , toujours vers fin septembre ,mais ou il ferait bon nager dans la piscine

Hotel ideal para famílias, não aconselho a quem queira sossego. A comida não é má, no entanto, no buffet do PA não têm iogurtes/leite magros, a água engarrafada é paga. Fazem limpeza diária. Na piscina a meio da manhã já não há espreguiçadeiras, apesar dos avisos para não reservarem não há ninguém a controlar.

Piscina enorme, pouco pensada para as crianças, podia ter uma ponte a meio para facilitar acessos ás cadeira.
Ás 18:30 já ninguém pode estar dentro de água!!! Não percebi também. Aa crianças não querem sair tão cedo da água, principalmente os portugueses e espanhois

trop de gamins bruyants qui courent dans les couloirs jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, le personnel à l'acceuil est très froid et ne parle pas le français, ils favorisent les espagnols tout proche, les compatriotes portugais, et la palme d'or aux britanniques qui ne viennent uniquement que pour être alcoolisés dès l'ouverture des bars à leurs fermeture et je ne vous parle pas de leurs enfants très mal élevés .ne surtout pas prendre de location de voiture via l'hôtel ,ils font le contraire de se que vous avez demandé, ex:vous vouliez un diesel ,vous aurez une essence, vous vouliez une polo ou une corsa désignées sur le catalogue et bien non c'était une punto. avertissement avant de partir prenez des cadenas pour valises certaines femmes de ménage fouillent dans vos affaires. sortez le plus souvent possible de l'hôtel et visitez les sites historiques et la nature. La vie reste relativement chère pour un smic portugais aux environs de 680 euros. BONNES VACANCES ! !!!!!

Hotel moderno, quartos com boa limpeza diária, com 2 TVs ecrã plano, camas grandes e boas varandas. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos. O regime tudo incluído, tem muito que se lhe diga, não fornecem agua engarrafada, só 2 bares é que estão abrangidos e são os que tem bebidas na maioria de fraca qualidade, o bar com melhores bebidas não esta abrangido no regime TI. A piscina é bastante grande e o espaço em redor também, com um parque infantil bastante bom para quem, como eu, tem crianças, o problema é que não tem espaços arborizados para fazer sombras para quem quiser estar com um bebé à sombra apesar de terem bastante espaço disponível para isso. As espreguiçadeiras e chapéus de sol da piscina são insuficientes, a meio da manha já não há lugares disponíveis. Há dias que a comida é bastante boa, com grelhados e comida boa, mas na maior parte das vezes as entradas não valem nada são feitas com restos dos dias anteriores, sobremesas não valem nada,

Friendly staff and recent design but they're selling their rooms as "suites or twin rooms with a separation"... by the time you walk in and realize there's no way to have any intimacy for the coming vacation it's too late. Oh and the only 4 real suites with a proper wall separating the parents room are ONLY to be used by the G.M, who can't make himself available at anytime to justify the scam upon booking.

Hotel moderno con grandes y nuevas instalaciones. Por encima del nivel medio de este tipo de resorts portugueses en cuanto a cuidado de las instalaciones y variedad en las comidas.
Animación un poco justa, sobre todo a nivel infantil, dedicándose a ello chic@s sin experiencia, ni muchas ganas.
La animación nocturna es variada, aunque no logra implicar a los huéspedes.
La piscina es impresionante, en cuanto a tamaño, pero tiene el hándicap de que no está resguardada del viento, pasando un poquito de frío en periodos de temperatura intermedia, como la semana santa.

Let me start with the pool ; wow ; it's so big. Plenty of sunbeds and plenty of room around the pool and because it's so big you're never crowded in the pool.
The food is excellent ; always plenty of choice and even my fussy 7 year old found stuff he liked.
The staff were always friendly, attentive and generally happy which always bodes well for a hotel imo.
By far and away the cleanest hotel I've ever visited.
Excellent location in a lovely village and bus to beach is a nice extra.
Evening entertainment was okay.
1 suggestion maybe would be more ice creams for the kids on the all inclusive snack menu but that's it !
Enjoyed it so much that we booked for july 2020 this week

I have not stayed at the hotel but have visited from time to time. Very bland and sterile looking place. Full of kids in high season and loads of people swigging pints of lager as its all included in the price of their stay. I gave no idea about the rooms. Very large pool that is very unsheltered if a strong wind blows.
I have witnessed some very poor entertainment at times. OK if you have a family but not for couples IMO.

Went there for a drink with my wife. Foul-mouthed British woman with her equally foul-mouthed son using the F word every other word sat near bar area. Disgusting low life that should have stayed back where they belong.
So-called entertainment was so childish it was embarrassing. Alvor is great - I live there but give this hotel a miss. Until international hotel brands come here you will find many Portuguese hotels very average. They have no idea of how to create a good atmosphere or how to provide quality professional entertainment. It all feels so naieve to me. Portuguese are not a fun or happy race of people and that clearly shows. The hotel looks fabulous in photos but its a cold, sterile place with a poor atmosphere. There are much better, but probably not in this part of Portugal. If you just want to lie around a pool all day, drink endless pints of lager and then have some pretty naff entertainment in a noisy environment then I guess this place is for you. Sorry Alvor Baia but you just don't cut it for me.

We had a brilliant two weeks here in summer 2018. The exterior and interior of the hotel was spotless and certainly met our expectations. The food was better than I have had at other European all inclusive resorts - yes it was a tad repetitive but to be honest that's to be expected when they are attempting to cater for an audience who want chips with most meals. My only negative of the dining rooms was the lack of self service with drinks.
Poolside was also very clean however the pool was a bit too cold for my liking - you had to take a deep breathe before jumping in.
All round a great family hotel in a quiet destination - close enough to the harbour for a nice walk in the evening. (30 mins max)

This was advertised as having two restaurants but was told when I checked in that they both had basically the same menu.
All the staff did not speak English and when my wife had to contact me, they couldn't understand the simplest directions.
Nothing was allowed to be taken to your room, so when my wife was sick, it was like stealing food from the restaurant to take to your room.

Comfortable hotel that’s actually an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for one night during a short trip to Faro from Lisbon to Seville, but found the hotel to have everything we needed. The room was clean, although the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Wifi worked well and room was equipped with a small stove and microwave. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming with a lack of fresh fruit, mostly canned fruit.

Nice place. But it's huge. Had a very relaxing week here. If you go out of school holidays, the bear in mind that the kid friendly restaurant may well be MUCH quicker to get in than the adult only one.

Very nice modern hotel with the biggest pool I have ever seen with great rooms. Each room is like an apartment with dining and kitchenette area. This hotel has a good selection of quality food and a free shuttle bus to the beach.

My only grumble is that the over 12yr restaurant isn't exclusive, under 12s are allowed in at certain times despite there being a bigger family restaurant.
Wouldn't want to be here in high season as the queues were big enough and hotel was far from fully booked.
That saying the food is really good, staff friendly and the pool is huge, but naturally heated.
Watching the sun set from the far left of the beach is magical or go to the harbour at the far right for a wide choice of bars and restaurant.
Alvor retains its fishing village charm whilst still catering for us tourists

Only downside was the entertainment, was very limited during my stay in mid October but apparently it's much better during peak season (only reason why I've given 4 stars, otherwise I would have given 5)

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, unfern vom Strand und von Alvor. Man kann sich einen Mietwagen mieten und auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz abstellen, um schnellstmöglich in den nächsten größeren Städten (Portimão, Lagos, ...) zu sein.
Das Hotel bietet bei einigen Zimmern einen schönen Meerblick, es gibt mehrere Restaurants für groß und klein, einige Bars und mehrere Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung.
Es gibt einen sehr großen Außenpool, man kann Tischtennis, Billiard oder Airhockey spielen, es gibt einen eigenen Spa-Bereich und vieles mehr.
Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Brot, Brötchen und Toast aller Art mit Aufstrich, Käse, Wurst, etc. Auch für Salate ist gesorgt, so wie für Müsli/Cornflakes, mehrere Arten von Eiern und eine große Getränkeauswahl.
Auch beim Mittag- und Abendessen sieht es ähnlich aus, mit vielen abwechslungsreichen Gerichten.
Das Personal ist immer sehr nett, die Zimmer werden täglich sauber gemacht und die Rezeption ist immer besetzt.
Einzig wenn man ein wenig Pech hat und ein Zimmer im hinteren Bereich erwischt (am besten noch im 4. Stock) kann es bei entspanntem Gehen auch mal 3 Minuten Fußmarsch bis zur Lobby dauern.
Ansonsten ein sehr empfehlsenswertes Hotel an der Algarve.

Tras pasar el fin de semana en el hotel, la verdad que todo fue muy bien, el servicio de habitacion magnifica, la atecion en recepción fue muy agradable, todo para repetir pero la única cosa que fallaba era la escasa variedad de postres, no había yogures(solo en el desayuno), los pasteles que había sabían en todos iguales, lo unico que variaba era el colorante de cada pastel pero sabian igual. Aun así, es un pedazo de hotel por las buenas instalaciones de las que dispone, el buen trato del personal de restaurante, de las camareras de piso y sobre todo la amabilidad con la que te tratan nada más entrar por las puertas del hotel. ¡OBRIGADO!

Probably the best place to stay in Alvor. Food is good although the dining rooms can be very hectic and noisy and some may find it a little stressful . Plenty of sun loungers around the very large pool. Pool bar and cafes staffed well and they are freindly and helpful. plenty of Day activities for adults and kids. I would defo come again

Very untrained staff. Manager of restaraunt very rude to staff in front of everyone. Regardless of who was around. People sweeping floor with pans and brushes while people were eating. Plates taking from under your nose. Peoper free for all restaraunt never seen anything like it. No little bathroom goodies. No kettle in room. Wouldnt go again.

Great family friendly hotel. Couldn't fault the food and entertainment provided for children and the pool was perfect for the kids. Lacks the personal touch of smaller hotels and can feek hectic so I'd advise on renting a car and seeing the surrounding towns as well.

Estive uma semana em julho/agosto no hotel com os meus filhos.
Pontos positivos: limpeza dos quartos; simpatia das senhoras da limpeza; decoração do hotel; espaços e restaurantes muito agradáveis, tornando o hotel moderno e acolhedor; comida boa e variada e também muita variedade de fruta, piscina espaçosa, lugar de garagem sempre disponível e autocarro para a praia, se bem que o último horário de regresso era muito cedo para quem gosta de estar até mais tarde.
Pontos negativos: a piscina fecha cedo às 19h e os funcionários começam a arrumar as espreguiçadeiras muito tempo antes; custo elevado da caução das toalhas, 20€ por pessoa, a receção informou que era para evitar a situação de colocarem as toalhas a reservar as espreguiçadeiras, no entanto todos os dias às 8h da manhã, todas as espreguiçadeiras na piscina encontravam-se ocupadas com toalhas e sem ninguém, sendo que à hora de almoço continuava a mesma situação, as pessoas iam almoçar e deixavam as toalhas a ocupar as mesmas; de uma maneira geral os funcionários da receção são pouco simpáticos; outra situação, a água devia ser grátis nos quartos, por causa das crianças, pois só oferecem uma garrafa no dia da entrada, já que as outras bebidas são grátis e consumidas em grandes quantidades nos sítios próprios; a animação noturna achei muito fraquinha; por último, nas refeições, o serviço era tão eficiente, que aconteceu levantar-me várias vezes para ir buscar mais qualquer coisa e quando voltava já a mesa estava limpa, ou seja, nem me davam tempo para acabar a refeição, um desperdício sem necessidade nenhuma...

Room lovely. Food great to begin with but became a bit boring but we were there for a couple of weeks. Location in a nice quiet spot and approx a half hour walk to the harbour. Great going as downhill but uphill (obviously) on the way back which could cause s problem for some but there is a taxi rank ( taxi approx 4 €). My main complaint lies with the pool which, on the face of it, looks splendid. However, there were numerous broken tiles on the floor of the pool and my son kept cutting his feet (if you are going take some ‘swim socks’ for protection). The amount of children I saw running to their parents with cut feet was ridiculous. I did mention it to the reps and the hotel but nothing was done ( I realise that this would mean closing the pool down which obviously the hotel didn’t want to do as this is a main feature for holiday makers but they should be providing a form of protection for people’s feet). Animation team were great.

Hotel met een aantal pluspunten, maar zeker een aantal minpunten helaas. Hotelkamers zijn erg goed, zeer ruim en zien er verzorgd uit. Schoonmaak is ook top daar. Helaas moet je bijbetalen voor een kluisje wat ook nog eens los bleek te zitten. Hotel ziet er verder zeer goed uit, modern vormgegeven en ruim opgezet. Kidsclub is erg leuk, onze dochter heeft zich daar een aantal keren goed vermaakt. Helaas zijn er een aantal minpunten die niet horen bij een hotel in deze 'klasse'; ten eerste was het verboden om met een kind jonger dan 12 gebruik te maken van restaurant 'blue'. Alleen bij aankomst hebben we daar wel gezeten (was te laat voor het andere restaurant). Restaurant 'green' was duidelijk anders opgezet; het was voor ons totaal onmogelijk om elkaar te verstaan tijdens het eten, zo druk en chaotisch was het. Daarnaast is de variatie voor een week verblijf wellicht net voldoende, maar voor twee weken mag er wel wat meer afwisseling zijn. Eten is verder goed, maar zeker niet bovengemiddeld. Het zwembad is mooi en groot, maar ondanks de mededeling dat het niet toegestaan was om plaatsten te 'reserveren' en dat handdoeken zouden worden weggehaald, waren om 8 uur in de ochtend de meeste plekken al 'bezet'. De mensen zelf kwamen dan meestal pas een paar uur later. Rond half zes in de avond kwamen de eerste plekken dan pas weer vrij. Animatie was leuk, maar na een week kwamen wederom dezelfde programma's weer terug.

Hotel óptimo! Desde a marcação até ao momento de vir embora! Staff fantástico! Bom TI, com menu infantil e bastante variedade e reposição constante. Kids club maravilhoso, com várias actividades ao longo do dia! Piscina exterior óptima, enorme e com área infantil. Tem também um parque infantil que os miúdos adoraram! Fiquei com vontade de voltar!

Porquê? Vou explicar.
Imaginem-se no vosso quarto a meio da noite de descanso (4h da manhã) e entrar alguém pelo quarto dentro. Pois, é verdade. Falha inadmissível para um hotel desta categoria. E depois de expor a situação junto da recepção, limitaram-se a pedir desculpa. Como se de um erro simples se tratasse. Imaginem as coisas que poderiam acontecer depois deste erro. Enfim...
Quanto ao hotel em si, posso destacar algumas características positivas: espaços generosos, piscina enorme, restaurante espaçoso com comida saborosa e variada. Atividades constantes, tanto no interior como no exterior.
Espero sinceramente que este erro sirva de exemplo para quem está atrás de um balcão da recepção de um hotel e que sinta a responsabilidade de não trocar as chaves dos quartos. Têm obrigação de confirmar 2 vezes antes de entregar seja o que for. Ninguém tem de passar por isto!

Wat een fantastische vakantie hebben we gehad.
Kamers netjes , over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, eten was over het algemeen goed. In ieder geval genoeg keuze.
Zwembad en animatie niets op aan te merken.
Waarom dan geen 5 sterren?
Er waren toch een paar dingen die mij persoonlijk opvielen.
Zou ik nog een meer terug gaan?
Zeker weten.

I should caveat this review by saying that the school holidays are in full swing and I believe the hotel is just about full.
Things that have been important to us.
The longest it took to find sun loungers was 2 mins 40 secs when coming down at 09:15. (Yes I was sad enough to time it) It takes longer than than that to walk around the massive pool.
The food is wonderful, try the chicken kebabs at lunchtime wow. I'm living on fish and salad but if you want English food, chips, nuggets, pasta and all that stuff then there is loads of it. Pleasantly there is also a large variety of all kinds of foods. Plus there are not many queues. If you use the blue restaurant (over 12s) it is a much quieter experience. So much food and a huge variety to meet everyone's taste.
All the rooms have a separate sleeping area for the children. There is an opening at the top of the dividing wall so you can hear each other perfectly.
Where are all the flies? There aren't any because this resort is exceptionally clean. Both indoors and outdoors it so clean. Everywhere is spotless.
The pool is huge, massive so even if it's busy there is more than enough space for you and you're family have a great time without getting in the way of all the other families having a great time. Plus there are lifeguards.
There's no "we're on the larger culture." It's all inclusive so the alcohol is there for you to enjoy but I haven't seen one drunk person. The hotel has a family and friendly feel.
TUI staff, they couldn't be more helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you to them for arranging the incredible Dolphins and sea cave speedboat excursion. We made memories in the Atlantic to last a lifetime.
What would I improve, not much. The children said they'd like a couple of bridges over the pool as it's a long way round it would make the pool more interesting. The beds in the room are a little hard but you're so tired by the end of the day this doesn't matter. £20 for children to play tennis for an hour is more than a little silly. Finally a teenage friendly area would be a welcome benefit. It's not always easy motivating children of that age to join in a activity with other children they don't know. But if there was somewhere they could go and hangout that was aimed at say 12 and over that would be helpful.
Back to the positives, although the evening entertainment is the usual state of affairs the team themselves are fantastic. They give their all, they are approachable, professional and helpful.
A pleasant touch is that the hotel lay on a free shuttle bus to the beech and back. It seems to run on the hour, there are times up at reception but its all a little when it happens. Which is perfect as we are on holiday and in no rush. The picturesque fishing town of Alvor is €4 taxi trip or 10 min walk. My wife and I are far from fit but we've enjoyed a slow walk down to the town of an evening. It's lovely down there with either sports pubs, upmarket wine bars and the full range of restaurants (no fast food nonsense) there are plenty of ice cream parlours. You can have a family friendly evening or find a beautiful restaurant and have a romantic meal and then wander down to the boardwalk and watch the sunset.
Not sure where to bring your family on holiday. Come here.

Bardzo duży i ładny hotel. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Dobrze wyposażone. Codziennie sprzątane włącznie z wymianą pościeli. Mankamentem - a mojże zaletą jest brak kanału polskojęzycznego . Piękny i bardzo duży basen, a przy nim animacje i bar dobrze zaopatrzony. Posiłki są bardzo urozmaicone włącznie z owocami morza. Bardzo dobra obsługa na posiłkach włącznie z kontrolą. Oczywiście wszystkie " napoje" do posiłków. Do oceanu jest ok. 25 minut spaceru. Jest także zorganowany transport autobusem, co ok 1 godz w obie strony.
Plaże wspaniałe piaszczyste, nie przepełnione, wspaniałe do spacerów - coś na wzór Fuerta venture.
Miejsce godne polecenia, serdecznie polecam.

Pontos fracos - Alguns funcionários não têm perfil para trabalhar num bar ou restaurante. O espectáculo à noite muito mas muito fraco. Os Funcionários começam arrumar e a limpar antes de fechar a piscina e acabam por incomodar quem está a descansar e pagou para isso! As espreguiçadeiras por vezes estão lotadas e não fazem controlo de quem reserva colocando as toalhas e só usam passado horas. O fecho da piscina muito cedo 19:00, os meus filhos costumam estar até as 20:00. No geral é bom a contribuir para isso a variedade do buffet.

The pool is great however there is only one. Extremely boring for teens, the entertainment is average at best and there isn’t anything else to do a night. The activity team doesn’t really have too much personality and i was fairly disappointed that they didn’t do water polo as the ‘water wasn’t deep enough’ wouldn’t recommend for anyone between 14-22 small children activities do look ok though. You also have to que at one single bar for drinks, takes between 10-15 mins each time you want a drink.

5 estrelas em tudo, instalações espetaculares, comida muito boa, quartos sempre limpos e arrumados. Piscina magnífica bem como o espaço envolvente. Indicado para todo tipo de família com ou sem filhos... animação permanente junto à piscina... para voltar...

Noisy, not for adult couples without kids, average food.
There are many positives to this place. It's smart, it's spotlessly clean, the staff are A1. The rooms are cleaned daily and cleaned well, not just a flick of a mop and duster like many places. They're OK, not huge, alright for 2 but no way could 4 share these on the sofa bed. Not a lot in them really, bed, TV, fridge and a cooker which I'm led to believe you're not supposed to use. Bathrooms are good, decent shower but needs a bigger screen to stop the floor getting drowned. Balcony is a reasonable size, a table and 4 chairs, basic plastic stuff.
There's a small shop on site offering basics and essentials, such as a few toiletries, books and magazines, cigarettes, but no drinks, not even bottles of water.
There are 3 bars. The poolside bar is open 9am or 10am to midnight, offering branded beer, soft drinks, plus a range of "local" (ie cheap copy) spirits. There's a bar downstairs between the 2 restaurants open 10am to midnight offering the same. The bar on reception level is not included in your so called all inclusive, and this is where they have branded spirits at premium prices. Bit of a scam really.
The reality though is that unless you have kids, don't bother. There is "entertainment" all day, every day, by the pool and in the pool. If you fancy a quiet dip, no chance. You'll have an "entertainer" bellowing into a mic to come and join in the football / darts / aqua dance / quiz, etc. It never stops. From around 10am to 11pm and sometimes later, there's a row, a racket, a hullabaloo, and it's not good. The "entertainment" stage is bang centre of the pool, opposite the bar, next to the seating area, so forget a quiet sit in the shade. Next to the premium bar there's a shielded area but it's not quiet, there's also a couple of outdoor areas off the downstairs bar but again you can hear the row from the pool.
The food is reasonable but repetitive. All buffet, no option to order anything different. Breakfast yes, same thing daily, I accept that. Cold cuts, fruit, breads, hot food if you want it. 7am (really? I'm on holiday!) to 10am. The "snacks" from 1030am are just bits of breakfast wheeled to another room. Lunch is mostly the same, pasta salads, salads, breads, plus a few hot options on a cycle of a few days such as spaghetti, chips, fish, occasional pork or beef hot plate stuff. Afternoon snacks are the lunch platters, wheeled into the next room again. Evening meals, guess what? Pastas, salads, fish. In 10 days, they had 3 BBQ nights and at least 1 Portuguese night. Little variety.
There's a daily shuttle bus to and from the beach, seems reliable and on time.
Tip: reception will call you a taxi, it's between €4 and €6 to the harbour. Go out and explore the town, get a decent meal. See my other posts for info about places to eat and drink.
In summary, it's a tidy place, suitable for families but not adult couples, offering average at best food in a relentlessly noisy environment. It's three times the cost of Alvorferias just down the road, and you'll wonder if you can justify it....

Modern hotel with good sized pool.
Hotel has a free shuttle bus to the local beach, running a good time table. Always in reach of a all inclusive bar.
However -
Food is very much repeated in this hotel every day, nearly every dish contains fish. Isnt too good for people that do not like fish. Towards the end of the week we ended going into Alvor for dinner. We stayed for 7 nights in total and our hotel room was only cleaned 2 times during our stay - towards the end our room was getting dirty.
The hotel has children's entertainment but I did not see any adult entertainment.

This place is advertised for adults and families, it really is only a place for families if I'm honest. Noise from dawn til dusk, I've found I've had to go out of the complex more than I'm in it.

Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a repetir!! Hemos pasado unos días de relax total!! Hemos estado del 6 al 9 de julio!! Es un hotel bastante orientado a las familias con niños, que de hecho era lo que estábamos buscando. Tiene una piscina infantil, con tobogán, para los más pequeñines y la piscina grande (enorme) que en ambas entradas va de menos a más y es perfecta para niños y adultos, mi hijo disfrutó muchísimo porque no necesitaba usar los manguitos!! Tiene parque infantil, y un mini club donde pasó algunos ratos jugando al fútbol (que disfrutó mucho)!! Las instalaciones están bastante bien, habitaciones amplias con pequeña cocina y amplios balcones, la cama amplia también, y no se duerme mal. En la zona que nos tocó yo no percibí apenas ruidos así que pudimos dormir bastante bien. El baño tenía lo suficiente, toallas de sobra para todos, y un secador de pelo con bastante potencia!! Autobuses gratuitos a la playa con amplio horario!! El punto flaco del hotel diría que son las comidas, gracias a la hora de diferencia con España más o menos nos pudimos adaptar, pero lo cierto es que empiezan y terminan demasiado temprano para los españoles, además es verdad que las comidas son un poco repetitivas, pero considero que no están mal, ya que de sabor estaban buenas y había un poco de todo, carne, pescado, verduras a la plancha, ensaladas, arroz, pasta...y siempre algo orientado a los niños como pizza o nuggets. También tienen cada noche una temática, para mí la mejor fue el sábado que había carnes a la parrilla y sardinas, y estaban buenísimas!! En cuanto a la bebida tampoco está mal, los refrescos eran de grifo, pero de la marca Coca-Cola, había máquinas de agua por todo el hotel para todos los huéspedes (eso me encantó). Los desayunos bastante flojitos, para ponerle al pan sólo había mantequilla, mermeladas y embutidos, nada de aceite, tomate, patés...(eso lo echamos en falta), y bollería lo justo, aunque los croasants estaban buenos. Lo peor de las comidas los snacks, sólo había galletas tipo barquillos, salchichas, hamburguesas y poco más...no era muy apetecible a menos que tuvieses bastante hambre!! Pero en líneas generales genial!! El personal amable y te entendía, las instalaciones amplias, limpias y agradables. El bar de la piscina sensacional, no había colas en ningún sitio, hamacas suficientes en la piscina, siempre conseguías encontrar alguna fuese la hora que fuese, y lo mejor de lo mejor la piscina!! Me súper encantó!! Sin duda un sitio para repetir!!

We were here last September for a week and loved it so we came back in June for our wedding anniversary ....... what a mistake. To start with upon our arrival we were told our room was ready .... great we thought but not so great I had to clean dried on faceas off the bathroom floor apart from that the room was average clean the food was good the queing up for the pool bar was rediculous and there were far too many kids for our liking that should not of even been there schools don't break up until July. We will certainly not be going back .

Pasamos un fin de semana de junio con los niños en este hotel que impresiona por las fotografías y al llegar por su arquitectura pero luego nos decepcionó bastante.
La habitación (apartamento con cocina) aunque muy espaciosa, era poco acogedora con muebles muy "currados" y paredes sucias. La decoración era demasiado simple y para nada con encanto.
Teníamos todo incluido y, durante los dos días, el marisco que te muestran en fotografías en la web, brilló por su ausencia. Aunque lo que comimos, en general estaba bueno, sobre todo el pescado.
Por ser un resort tan grande, nos esperábamos buenas actuaciones por las noches pero el primer día hubo un baile para los niños en un sitio apartado del bar en el que era incómodo poder ver a la gente bailar. La noche siguiente hubo una representación de Grease en el exterior por parte del equipo de animación. Dio la sensación de que no estaba muy ensayada y no se sabían los diálogos del playback. Aun así, fue graciosa por momentos.
En definitiva, un sitio donde los niños se lo pueden pasar mejor que los adultos porque sus expectativas son siempre más bajas.

Buen hotel, las opciones de alojamiento suelen ser todo incluido( todos llevabamos las pulseritas) por lo que comida y bebida no faltan. Las bebidas aqui es igual que en todos los hoteles de todo incluido osea marcas baratas. La comida es abundante(reponen muy rapido) y de buena calidad.No hay muchisima variedad eso si, se nota bastante en los desayunos que lo enfocan mas al estilo ingles con mucha fritanga pero ponen croasans y poco mas de bolleria. Las habitaciones son grandes y modernas con gran terraza. La piscina es muy larga y ancha, con tumbonas bastantes para todos. Ademas y tambien importante el parking es gratuito incluso el cubierto, Yo aparque en una plaza justo al lado del ascensor que me llevaba a 30 metros de la habitacion. Hotel muy recomendado con niños ya que el kids club esta genial. Y tienen una piscina infantil con tobogan y parque infantil al lado.Repetiria sin duda

Qualité de l hôtel et du restaurant... C'est peut-être la clientèle qui n est pas au niveau...
Animations nulles et bruyantes... Mais certains aiment ça !
