Excellent hotel. Spotless. Staff nice. Great amenities. Good pools. Onsite spa. We had a one bed apartment which was very spacious. Only drawback was location. Onto a main road and our room faced onto it so was noisy. Close to a supermarket, shops and restaurants. 10 mins to newtown. 5 euro taxi to old town.

Been here one day nice pool gym didn't like the 38 euros for use of safe though now a week later must say decent place. No noise in hotel late at night. Near strip army march to old town though

Once again we stayed in your Hotel. We had a fantastic week. It has everything u need. Apartments are lovely really spacious. It has indoor pool with Jacuzzi. Entertainment twice while we were there. It's near the strip and the old town. We asked for a apartment facing the pool which we got. Overall a fab place to stay

Had a fabulous 5 day break here and could not fault this hotel in any way. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and have very good English A perfect location if you want to be equidistant to sea, shops, old town and beach. Approx, 15 min walk to all.Would recommend to any of my friends.

Très bien placé demanderait un peu de rénovation en premier lieu la porte fenêtre en double vitrage ce qui améliorerait les bruits extérieurs revoir le coin cuisine avec un micro onde presque au sol la salle de bain avec une glace anti projection eau qui ne s'ouvre pas difficulté d'aller dans la baignoire malgré cela à conseiller personnel agréable nous y retournerons

Un bel établissement proche des restaurants snack supermarché.proche de laccès route pour se déplacer en voiture. Parking devant lhotel très pratique.Appartement grand et équipements cuisine suffisant mais pas de four. Un balcon a chaque chambre.Mais ménage fait approximativement : dommage.Serviettes changées tous les jours .

Simpático, acolhedor, óptimo para relaxar Acesso à sauna, banhos turcos, jacuzzi e piscina interior e exterior. Descanso garantido sem sequer ser preciso sair do hotel. Apartamentos bem equipados! Sair da rotina e não ter horários é compatível com a estadia neste empreendimento

Nice friendly and helpful staff lovely pool area, and very central, and a few nice restaurants very nearby. Pay a visit to the bakery just down the road, fresh sandwiches and have a cake.

Staff lovely. Room cleaned every day. 20 mins walk to lovely beach. There is a curtesy bus. 5mins walk to the strip. Large supermarket over the road if you are self catering. Everything you need for self catering in studio including dishwasher.

Ficamos hospedados num estúdio, com cozinha, sala, quarto na mesma divisão. O quarto tinha uma parede de madeira a dividir da restante área. Espaço romântico e acolhedor. Dispõe de uma casa de banho com banheira. Tem ainda uma varanda agradável com mesa e cadeiras de exterior e ainda um estendal, muito prático. Tem piscina de exterior, interior, jacuzzi, banho turco e sauna.

Staying here at the moment in a self catering apartment .if you have trouble walking then book a disability apartment as most of the apartments are split level with steep stairs .
The views not good from our apartment all we can see is a building site and a road . we haven't eaten here so can't comment on the food .
There's a bar with live entertainment some nights. Free WiFi .
The pool is very good with a snack bar .toilets & showers
We will be back next year

Apartamento grande, limpio, tranquilo, variedad en el buffet, buenas instalaciones, lo único que he visto que no me ha gustado ha sido que la terraza de nuestro apartamento daba a un jardín, que estaba sucio y mal cuidado, nada que ver con los jardines que daba las terrazas s la calle

Gostei da simpatia dos funcionários, e tbm da refeição, só achei k deviam ter mais limpeza à volta da piscina, nos quartos, e até mesmo no bar do exterior, pk reutilização os copos plásticos por vários clientes. É axei k sendo um hotel de 4✴deveria ser mais comodo a nível de quartos

Fraco serviço de limpeza e muito mal localizado para quem quer aproveitar a praia, porque tem sempre de se deslocar através de transporte, mas o hotel também disponibiliza transporte do hotel para a praia e da praia para o hotel em dois horários possíveis...bem localizado para quem quer aproveitar o diversão nocturna da Oura . Tem o supermercado pingo doce a 20 metros, o que é uma mais valia.

Ótimo local para se passar umas férias. Fica perto de tudo. Supermercados, restaurantes, praia, e da tão movimentada Rua da Oura. A parte negativa é o estacionamento pois muitas vezes o parque não chega para todos os carros. Os lugares destinados aos deficientes a maior parte das vezes não são respeitados e nem sequer uma chamada de alerta é feita aos transgressores. Por uma questão de civismo e de respeito pelos clientes deficientes deviam estar mais atentos a este pormenor e tentar arranjar uma solução.

We are staying here at the moment just can't fault the place. Beautiful hotel the apartment is gorgeous and cleaned everyday. The staff are just lovely. Top notch location for everything. Big supermarket across the road at the roundabout as you come out if the hotel and as you exit the hotel to the left there is a fantastic little bakery two minute walk away. Sunbeds are plenty we where always able to get one. Its our first time here but we will definitely be back. Michelle and Stephen Dalton.

si te gusta descansar por las noches, busca otro sitio, aqui es complicado, tengo que decir que no es mi tipo de hotel, ya que depende quién te toque de vecinos, es un poco loteria
Personalmente creo que no es un hotel para ir con niños menores de 5 años, aunque tienen una piscina para peques y una sala de juegos bastante sosa, las zonas que rodean el hotel tienen mucho tráfico de coches y las aceras son muy pequeñas, además, en toda Albufeira SOLO hay un pequeño parque con columpios....
Las habitaciones son, suficientes?...necesitan actualizarse pero no por eso me han parecido mal, las camas son muy cómodas y todo estaba limpio
el personal es MUY amable eso si
el hotel tiene un hall muy bonito, un pàrquing pequeño, una piscina chula llena de ingleses y portugueses....también un jacuzzi y una piscina cubierta, gimnasio, peluqueria etc..el parquing es testimonial y por muchas veces que intenté aparcar, siempre estaba lleno, se puede aparcar bien por los alrededores...
Hay una playa muy bonita a unos 20' a pie, una pateada vamos, a las otras playas recomendables hay que ir en coche

Bom hotel para se estar em família. Foi assim que nasceu a Ourahotel que agora passou a Luna Hotéis.
Recurepraram a sauna e banho turco e colocaram internet em todos os quartos. É só necessário ter um pouco de atenção ao ambiente na piscina que por vezes descontrola um pouco. Daí apenas as 4 estrelas do comemtario

Nous avions loué un studio, très propre, ménage fait tous les jours et bien équipé. L’hotel Est spacieux et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très aimable. La piscine est agréable. Nous regrettons cependant la présence d’anglais très et trop bruyants autour de la piscine ! Nous n’y reviendrons pas aussi à cause de la proximité de la rue.Nous y avons néanmoins passé une agréable semaine.

Booked to come here as our original holiday plans to visit Italy were scuppered when Rome went into shutdown. The FCO said Portugal was fine to visit so we opted to come here.
Unfortunately we also had our holiday here massively cut short by our travel provider.
The hotel itself is great and usually has most of the amenities you want from a self catering accommodation.
But on arrival we were told that overnight various restrictions had been put into place.
We could no longer access the pools, sauna, gym and even the bar was closing early.
Our room though was great with much more cooking equipment than we expected.
So we went out to see our local area and buy some groceries as there are so many supermarkets close by, including one just over the roundabout from the hotel.
Plus various others within a short walk. Also there are loads of restaurants nearby as well.
We unfortunately only got to eat at two as on the evening of our first full day we had a call from our travel provider basically telling us we had to get out early the next morning and fly home as they suddenly couldn't guarantee our pre-booked flight at the end of the week. Or else possibly get dumped the other end of the country in a day or so.
Absolutely gutted and disgusted as it looks like our original flight will be coming home just fine. So there was no need to do this.
I have docked a star only because communication from the hotel could of been better. As the holiday company is mostly at fault for our lost holiday.

El hotel en sí está bien, tiene de todo.. peluquería, gimnasio, spa, guardería y hasta un pub tipo inglés dentro pero las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas con poca insonorización y poca luz. La zona está bien pq puedes salir a pie y hay supermercados y bares y el centro está a 10 minutos.

Estou hospedada, no hotel só posso dizer que é maravilhoso, tivemos que trocar de apartamento pois o que nos foi atribuído cheirava muito a tabaco, não por falta de limpeza mas sim porque alguém fumou lá.
Foram impecáveis mudamos logo para outro apartamento, as senhoras da limpeza muito simpáticas pois tiveram que vir trocar a cama para fazer de casal, uma simpatia.
Aliás todo o staff.

Just got back from this hotel and I have to say it was very good for the price, rooms were spacious and well equipped, hotel staff very welcoming, facilities were good but no sauna as was described online but that was the only downside other than freezing outdoor pool but what do you expect in February.

Bom atendimento porém demorado, com ginásio, piscinas, jacuzzi embora os quartos sejam bastante desatualizados para não dizer antigos, os ar condicionados não funcionam nem maior parte das tomadas sem televisão no quarto, muito a melhorar em relação a este aspecto... De resto está adequado.

Mezz'ora per fare il check-in, finalmente ci consegnano un monolocale del medioevo, con un frigo vecchio e rumoroso che non ci fa dormire, bagno senza aspirazione forzata, arredamento vecchio e moquette terribile lungo i corridoi. Nel tardo pomeriggio tentiamo di andare in spa.... Praticamente non siamo neppure entrati da quanta gente c'era. Alla faccia del relax, sembrava un mercato. Se potete evitare!!!!

Disfruté de unas magníficas vacaciones de invierno en este hotel con mi madre y con mi abuela. Los empleados del hotel son todos maravillosos, desde la recepción hasta las chicas Andrea y Joana del bar, pasando por el maître y el personal de limpieza. Todos muy profesionales, dispuestos a ayudar y rápidos en todo. La cena del buffet del 31 de diciembre estaba deliciosa.
En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buenas condiciones, en el gimnasio hay un montón de máquinas, pesas, cintas para correr... Tiene de todo. La sauna y la piscina interior son perfectas para relajarse. Y respecto a la ubicación: está a 5 minutos andando de la zona de fiesta y a 15 minutos de la playa y del casco antiguo de la ciudad.
Desde luego, somos tres generaciones diferentes y nos encantó a las 3, que ya tiene mérito.

Just returned from a 4 day break here over Christmas. The hotel was really nice. Great size room with kitchen area, living room, bedroom area and a bathroom with a bath . It was in great walking distance to the strip with a large supermarket just across the road. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was good, everything you needed. Very nice bar (Bakus Bar) within the hotel. Cleaner came in our room everyday. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Pool area looked lovely but didn’t dare attempt a dip or sunbathing in December! Overall, great hotel & location.

Hallenbad super, Fitnesscenter ok, Zimmer gut und sauber. Rezeption freundlich aber unfähig. Ich habe mehrfach gebeten um die Installation deutscher Kanäle im Fernseher es wurde immer zugesagt aber nie durch geführt. Auch wurde ich nicht geweckt am letzten Tag.

É lamentável um hotel destes não ter um café as 22h. Ou talvez fosse a barmaid que não tivesse vontade de o servir.
Não sei o nome da funcionária, mas tem uma falta de profissionalismo tremenda, pois a abordagem dela foi "o que é que queres?", como se de amigas de infância nos tratassemos... É bom terem mais atenção a este tipo de situações.

El desayuno no es bufet pero están muy bien. La habitación familiar viaja y el sofá cama incómodo. Ubicación bien.. No céntrica pero no lejos del centro. Si vuelvo cogería solo alojamiento q salía a 50€ 3 adultos y 2 niños la noche

Old and tired was our impression, staff helpful but would not go back as it is in a hectic part of Portugal and not what we consider a place to relax. The pool is shared with another hotel and you lay in rows like sardines. If the hotel has a face lift it may help. Our tip is avoid this part of the country if you are over 40 and have a brain.

Zeer grote kamers. Vriendelijke receptionisten en schoonmakers. 2 zwembaden, prachtige entree en voldoende parkeer mogelijkheden. Helaas 1 vieze handdoek bij de schone handdoeken en 1 keer is de schoonmaakster binnen gekomen terwijl er op de deur "niet storen" stond. Prima locatie. 20 minuten lopen tot het oude centrum, 10 minuten tot de clubs & cafe's

Great Location, very close to the new strip and only a 10 minute walk to Praia Azur. Pleasant staff and most importantly for me personally, excellent cleaning services. The rooms were spotless, towels changed everyday along with toiletries such as shampoo, lotion etc. Generally good facilities available in the hotel with a reasonably ok gym for a hotel. Spacious apartment, in a surprisingly quite area even though the strip was only a few minutes away. Few nice restaurants in the area also. Interestingly, we were also not asked for a deposit, which came as somewhat of a surprise as every hotel I've ever stayed in required a safery deposit and credit card details. Perhaps the best part of this hotel was the value for money aspect, we got the room for an absolute bargain and honestly i was not expecting much from the hotel but i was pleasantly surprised with it. There's also a car rental place and a few shops just outside of the hotel.
Now for the not so good parts. The hotel is ancient, furniture is very old and outdated. There is a bath instead of a walk in shower, i really don't know who still uses baths they're just annoying and wasteful. Also getting in and out of the shower is just that much more annoying as it's slippery in the bathtub, there was also no handrails to hold onto. The entrance to the hotel goes through this akward tunnel and up a very steep but short incline. Our studio was strangely laid out. The TV was quite small and channels in English weren't the best, could really do with a Netflix subscription instead of whatever they have there now. TV was also kinda hard to see from one of the beds as there is a strange partition in the room blocking the view. A safe was also a separate service that had to be purchased separately unfortunately. The air conditioning unit in the balcony was very annoying. If you want to keep your room cool and sit in the balcony at the same time, you'll have this big air con unit humming and spewing warm air at you and if you have any clothes left drying on the clothes rack in the balcony you won't really be able to move the table anywhere as there isn't sufficient space. The carpets along the hallways and corridors in the hotel look absolutely nasty and are so worn out. They look like they have been there since the 80s and just make the hallways look and feel horendous.
Overall its excellent value for money, id recommend this to anyone with a tighter budget you won't be disappointed. But, if you're after a luxurious hotel look elsewhere. This is classified as a 4 star hotel but in reality its more like a 3 star.
A general tip for anyone who is going to the Algarve just to get a tan and relax, don't bother going to Albufeira, I've been to a few seperate locations along the Algarve and its gorgeous and littered with beautiful beches, no matter where you are you'll find a beach. If you're looking for night life go to Albufeira, if not then may aswell book a hotel in a smaller town for alot cheaper. This way you will also get away from the annoying stags and hen parties.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - SECURITY RISK!!!!!!!!!!!
We were in the first floor of this hotel and left to the city center for dinner.
When we arrived, our room was completely messed, all bags open and all money gone!!! (aprox 2.000 EUROS)
After that, the hotel was totally negligent, questioning our veracity, and not helping at all!!! there were security cameras but they did not allow us to see the images, saying it was not part of the hotel’s policy.
Please look at these pictures and take your conclusions!!!!

Fui roubado nesse hotel! Entraram no meu quarto que estava TRANCADO! Roubaram todos meus euros! Hotel não ajudou em nada, não queriam nos mudar de quarto! Se recusaram a mostrar qualquer imagem da câmera de segurança para mim! Prestei queixa na polícia, mas nada adiantou! Descaso total com o cliente! Não demonstram interesse nenhum em investigar ou entender o que aconteceu! Não recomendo!

This is our second stay. Sitting by the new pool now on this our last day everything about this hotel is outstanding. From the reception staff, the cleaners, bar staff and not
forgetting the pool attendant's who work so hard and late keeping the pool area clean. The rooms are lovely,cleaned every day. Location is fantastic. Will be back

Limpo e organizado. Boa variedade no buffet. MP não inclui bebidas, que têm um preço bastante elevado. Zona de refeições é deprimente, sem luz exterior, embora elegante e cuidada. Piscina sempre à sombra à tarde, sem bar de apoio. Todos frequentam por isso a piscina do alohamento em frente.

Had a wonderful stay here location was perfect. Right beside the strip and not a long walk from from old town. Maybe about 4.50euros in a taxi if you dont feel like the walk. Rooms are nice with microwave and fridge and pots and pans provided if you want to cook your own meals. Rooms are regularly cleaned and the gym and leisure facillities are good despite the equipment being very old. Only downfall was beds were not as comfortable and they didnt have an iron in the room despite having an ironing board

Hotel, situato a circa 1,5 km dalla spiaggia, le camere sono mini appartamenti composti da bagno con bidet, doccia, cucina a induzione, camera, soggiorno e un bel terrazzino per cenare fuori, l'albergo inoltre offre acceso a piscina,palestra e parcheggio. Personale simpatico.Albergo grande ma pulito, a pochi metri ci sono tantissimi locali e ristoranti.

Tot nu toe nog geen gezeik gehad. Het appartement ziet er prima uit. Niet al te modern maar kan er prima mee door. De lobby is heel mooi. Je hebt er 3 zwembaden, waarvan 1 binnenzwembad. Ook heb je een spa en een sportschool.

Well located property to a selection of shops, restaurants and beaches. We got a duplex room, which was really appreciated, but I guess some people who are less mobile may not have liked that surprise. Restaurant was small and intimate, very nice for the half board choice that we made. There was a good selection of fresh food and fruit for breakfast, so we all found something we liked, local style/healthy or if you prefer, the usual chips at dinner. Pool area was great - nice and clean and really caught the sun, and there were always loungers available, even though the hotel was fully booked.

Beautiful place to stay and ideally situated if your not wanting right in the middle of the strip. Yet it's only 10 min walk to the strip and 20 min to beach. Hotel facilities are faultless. Indoor pool, sauna, gym etc are beautiful! Hotel bar had live singer if you wanted to stay in hotel at night. Staff all very friendly and as helpful as they could be, if they could understand a bit of English. Only one wee small criticism would be that the water in the inside pool was freezing!! But superb Place..

Nice hotel convenient for strip with bars and restaurants, we were b&b breakfast good usual food only 2 small 2 slice toasters though if its busy you are queuing staff in dinning room are always pleasant, it says in book in room bedding changed twice a week not had ours changed yet and we are going home tomorrow on the plus side towels were changed every day, says there is a coffeemaker in room we couldn't find it though, also says no groups of people but there were quite a few but no trouble, only down side for us the ramp drive way very steep as my friend is not Good on her legs and quite dangerous as traffic come in the same driveway could have a gate way to the outside walk way over all enjoyed our stay

Pour commencer mon commentaire par la nourriture de l hotel il ne faut pas s'attendre à des plats typiques du Portugal.
Le matin la nourriture est orientée breakfast anglais.
Le soir vous trouvez du riz ou des pâtes dures et réchauffées.
Les repas sont globalement repetitifs.
Les chambres de l hôtel sont correctes et l entretien aussi mais notons la présence de beaucoup de boiserie à l intérieur des pièces ce qui donne une impression d être dans les années 80/90.
Le hall est agréable et le bar pas très cher. Attention toutefois à l happy hour qui ne concerne pas toutes les boissons.
L hôtel est bien situé. À 10 minutes à pied du "strip" la rue da oura, 20 minutes à pied de la plage da oura et juste en face d un supermarché.

Muy bien situado y fácil de llegar. Habitaciones ámplias. Tiene piscina exterior, piscina interior, jacuzzy, sauna y salas de masage. Limpieza todos los días. Aparcamiento gratuito dentro del hotel. Cerca de la playa de Oura, el centro comercial y a 15 minutos andando del casco antiguo y la playa dos pescadores.

Hotel agréable et calme,et très bien situé à proximité des commerces. Studio avec vue sur piscine, bien agencé, coin chambre avec très bonne literie, on sy sent bien, le personnel est accueillant. Le point faible est la restauration de l’hôtel, ainsi que le petit déjeuner en libre service, qui nous a paru coûté cher, par rapport aux plats proposés.Nous serions prêts à y retourner sans problème, car nous avons trouvé de très bons restaurants alentours.

Soy guía turístico. Me he quedado 3 noches en el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, decoradas de forma bastante moderna, baño con todas las facilidades. El buffet es muy variado y abundante. El personal muy atento educado y amable. La localización perfecta, cerca del centro pero no lo suficiente como para molestar el ruido.
Por poner un apunte negativo la bañera es un poco alta, quizas a personas con alguna dificultad de movimiento les cueste entrar o salir.
En definitiva un gran hotel.
Espero volver.

Just had a short break here . When we arrived on the Monday the lady on reception was a little abrupt . And never went swimming as you have to wear a swimming cap . But after saying that the hotel was lovely and clean . We had a good sized one bed apartment that could have done with a little update but definitely had all you needed . Plenty of clean towels and cleaning ladies friendly . As were other staff we came across during our visit Bar pices good and easy walk to all atrractions. Good all around place

By North American standards, this would be a three star hotel. The beds are hard, and small. Amenities are sparse. This is not the hotel for anyone who has mobility issues. The staff are cheerful and try their best.

It's a lovely place within short walking distance to the ocean just like many shops, restaurants, bars. Staff are nice and helpful. Although, I didn't have much interaction with them as a prefer to have my privacy which they respected and I liked that. Compared to 4 star hotels in Switzerland or elsewhere in Western Europe, I would say, it's a strong 3.5 star.

Wonderful location. So quiet and peaceful at night. Lots of excellent restaurants close to hotel. The outdoor pool was really good, but the indoor pool and spa facilities were top class. We will definitely return again. Ujonz and Stews and More are well worth a visit.

Al llegar me impresionó mucho el Hall. En la recepción el personal fue muy atento y amable.
El apartamento tenía muchas comodidades.
Por la noche hay música en directo.
Fue ya con una gran piscina y una piscina infantil. Hay bar en la zona de baño.
Está cerca de las playas y cerca de la Rúa dos Bares donde se puede elegir sin dificultad lugar para cenar o pasar un buen rato. Hay montones de supermercados alrededor.
El único pero es que la entrada hasta la misma puerta del Hotel no es muy cómoda.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at Luna. Spacious clean apartments with everything you would need for self catering. Good air con, towels changed and room cleaned daily. Lovely pool area, gym, steam room, salon and beauty parlour. The staff were friendly and very accommodating especially Maria and Marcell some of the others could perhaps not so much but over all very good. We would definitely book to stay here again... Nice hotel. Looks a bit run down from the outside but our room was lovely, spacious and clean. Real king size bed - this is unusual in Portugal who usually just push two singles together. Only disappointment was the bathroom which was dimly lit, dated and the bath filled with water as you are showering. Otherwise, lovely. Xx

Единственный ньюанс вызывающий неудобство - уборка номера после обеденного времени.

Habitacion(n°220 concretamente) en malas condiciones:
-solo funcionaba 1 enchufe en toda la habitacion, concretamente el de la cocina.
-Interruptores de luces que no encendian ni apagaban nada.
-terraza sin iluminación
-baño muy antiguo, con poca iluminación y lavabo que no desaguaba bien
Con respecto a los servicios del hotel, en las instalaciones del SPA no habia nadie para atender ni para la entrega de la vestimenta obligatoria ( gorro, por ejemplo).
Por contar algo positivo, la atención en recepción fue inmejorable, el chico joven que nos atendió fue super amable y se interesó por nosotros en todo momento. Tambien hay que destacar el gimnasio, es normalito pero está bien para hacer algo de musculación, correr en cinta o bicicleta.
Resumiendo, para ser de 4 estrellas está un poco abandonado!

Hotel war ok. Das Frühstück war gut, aber sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet. Das Studio war schon sehr abgewohnt. Jeden Tag wurden Handtücher gewechselt und die Laufflächen gewischt. Freundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Es waren immer ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Fabulous hotel off the strip but close enough for the action as well. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Gym and spa facilities available, late night bar and a shared pool. Some really nice restaurants if you turn left out of the hotel if you fancy a quiet night instead.

Luna hotel da oura is very clean, duplex room is spacious with 2 balcony's. Everyone working here is friendly and it is only a 5 minute walk to the strip which is great for restaurants and bars. The old town is a 15 minute walk the opposite way.

A little dated and tired but clean and comfortable. A/C was very effective. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Food poor but apartment was just right. The pool and gym facilities are good but bar and food were poor. There's plenty of alternatives nearby so this isn't an issue. I'd advice against paying for half board etc. Not worth it. Staff seemed helpful but somewhat detached. I would stay here again but I would arrive expecting the apartment experience rather than the hotel experience.

Está todo bastante bien.tiene un gimnasio bueno y la piscina cubierta y la zona infantil muy bien.comparte estos servicios con otro bloque de apartamentos.Si se llenara la ocupación de ambos la piscina exterior que está muy bien estaría abarrotada.El trato muy bueno.pero fatal la limpieza.cambian las toallas y poco más.Nosotros ensuciamos poco pero el water hay k limpiarlo igual.

Great hotel. Centrally located near the Strip. Staff are friendly and helpful always. The hotel has great rooms - stayed in 131 - an apartment with a small kitchen which is great for longer stays. The supermarket is across the road. Bars and cafes close by. Very nice. Newly renovated spa facilities. Jacuzzi swimming pool sauna and steam. Just perfect. Recommend.

O prédio em si é requintado, mas os quartos precisam dum pequeno refresh, principalmente a casa de banho que não ventila e fica tudo ressuado. Durmi numa cama extra que era dura, mas deu para descansar. A cozinha tinha tudo, até máquina de lavar louça. Fica numa zona central e assim dá para visitar o litoral sul todo sem fazer grandes viagens. A única parte mesmo má foi a limpeza diária do chão do apartamento que era mal feita.
