Nous avons séjourné du 06 au 13 Juin 2019 avec Kappa club. Equipe Kappa club superbe. Des animateurs géniaux. Pour ce qui est de l'hôtel, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Mais nous avons eu dès le premier jours, la porte du frigo qui s'est cassé, le trop plein de la baignoire qui n'était pas raccordé ( inondation dans la chambre directement), repas de qualité médiocre, navette de l'hôtel qui n'a pas été à l'heure à deux reprises et qui nous a pénalisé (correspondance train), manque de professionnalisme au spa (pédicure spa). Recettes de cocktails (au bar) qui change tout le temps. (notamment les mojitos ). Nous en sommes très déçu pour un 5 étoiles. Nous ne pouvons pas le recommandé.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con vistas al mar nada más entrar. Habitaciones modernas y amplias,nada de ruido,ideal para un buen descanso. El personal muy atento y amable, sobre todo varios españoles que en todo momento se interesaron por que nuestra estancia fuese lo mejor posible. Volveremos!!

The hotel is brand new. Sadly it was too new so there were still construction workers and painters everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are very nice but also here not quite finished yet (missing doorhandles, shower not working, ants). We had to change the room (which was possible easily). Also, the tv turns on every time you enter the room.. pretty annoying!
Some areas of the hotel were smelling nasty. The pool areas are very good but it was a maze to get from one pool to the other..
IMPORTANT: you have to cross a road and the railway to get to the sea (3mins. walk). The beach was very nice!
The staff was very friendly but you could count the ones understanding English on one hand. Sometimes it was even hard to order water or a normal coffee. On the other hand they had everything you wished for and the food was amazing! Kudos to the chefs.
The cleaning ladies didn't really do a lot. First of all the always came to clean the room in the late afternoon when I wanted to take a shower after a long day. Also they came on multiple different times a day to clean, then fill up minibar, then to bring more water. It was quite annoying to get bothered all the time. One day they even forgot all their cleaning utensils in my room until the next day. I wonder how they cleaned the rest..
We didn't have any animation team as stated on the website and as there normally is at Iberostar hotels.
by the way, it takes about 20-30mins. to walk to Lagos. It's about 3€ with an Uber or by bus.

2 semaines dans cet hôtel avions hâte de rentrer. L'hôtel est contemporain et très propre. La restauration est désastreuse avec du congelé. Me tojt incluse est à revoir.piscine très froide.ne conseillons pas cet hôtel.

Gutes Ambiente aber einige Grunddinge fehlten wie Beleuchtung im Bad oder Make-up Spiegel zum schminken. schlechte Parkregelung für Fahrzeuge, Service im Gym und Spa ist verbesserungswürdig. Freundliches Personal,

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and they couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very large, it was very clean and met our needs.
The dining room for breakfast was large and ample food. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
We ordered room service as well and it was fantastic, it come very promtly.
I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would stay there again

I must say I typically don’t get thrilled about a hotel but this experience was awesome. The area nearby doesn’t seem like a 5 star location but once inside you’re taken back by the elegant architecture and service. Breakfast, pool side and the rooms themselves all exceptionally clean and well presented. It’s actually made me look for this hotel chain in other vacations. Best of all, about 2 miles or 5 km from Dona Ana Beach in Lagos, one of the most amazing beach spots.

Not at all what I expected from a 5 star hotel! Check in is 2pm. We arrived at 3pm, advised our room wasnt ready and would be about 20 minutes. Went to desk to check after 20 minutes and they said still not ready and will let us know. We waited for another hour and finally our room was ready. Before even getting to our room there was a lot of construction going on and replacing of ceiling due to leaks, and pails catching leaks from ceilings. Our room was not clean when we entered, and smelled musty (we were on a lower floor) and stains all over carpets. Bed was ok for comfort. Air conditioning worked well. No touches such as book telling you where everything is and hours, and front desk spoke poor english so not able to communicate well. Breakfast was great selection but slow to be re-stocked. Overall poor atmosphere with un-welcoming staff. A simple hello or smile from staff in the hallway goes a long way, and is expected in a 5 star resort.

Hemos pasado unos dias fantasticos en Iberostar Selection Lagos. El hotel esta a 3 minutos de la playa, y las instalaciones son una maravilla. Como siempre en Iberostar, la atención del personal nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable. Mención especial a Angel (Relaciones Publicas) que estuvo atento a nosotros en todo momento, Torcuato y Sebastian en el Restaurante atentos a nuestras peticiones, y Miguel en Recepción solventando todas las incidencias que pudieron surgir. Si tenemos que poner algún pero, el buffet un poco escaso, pero la comida muy buena. Sin duda volveremos.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ist in 2019 renoviert worden.
Hotelanlage wirkt nicht so riesig das war auch ein Auswahlpunkt für uns. Wir sind wirklich von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel begeistert. Das Zimmer war einfach nur schön ( Meerblick). Service und Personal super und das ganze war für uns perfekt. Um nach Lagos zufahren gibt es einen Shuttleservice für kleines Geld vom Hotel aus. Auch eine sehr gute Idee. Zum Strand muss man zwar eine Straße und einpaar Gleise überqueren, aber dafür wird man mit einem sehr schönen und auch langen Sandstrand belohnt der zum sonnen oder auch wandern einlädt.

Having stayed in this Hotel several times in the past we were disappointed on this occasion. It was clear to us that standards have dropped and it certainly was no 5 Star as rated. [ more like 3.5 ] Staff were pleasant and most helpful. These are our floolwing observations.External Lighting and security were bad. Parking issues were a major problem. Overall cleanliness of rooms was good but lacked the final touch. Dining room was well presented but quality of food was only reasonable. Pool area a disgrace with broken parasols, dirty lounge cushions. No supervision in the area apart from lifeguard. No English speaking Channels on TV.

Comfortable and clean with a nice swimming pool and convenient location, but definitely not a five star hotel on an international level.
Service is inconsistent and strange people working at the hotel. Coffee machine in room but have to pay for coffee pods. One morning after room cleaning only one bathrobe remained, face towels not replaced, hotel running low on supplies. Breakfast buffet with lots of selection but very low quality ingredients. Hotel bar is lit brightly like an airport lounge, live music in the evenings is not good, do not stay if you are looking for nice ambience.
Upon check out hotel tried to charge us 27 EUR for a 2 min local phone call.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very modern with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent as is the location very close to the beach. Be aware that some pool view rooms are on the pool level and do do not have a balcony or a lot of privacy!

Excellent hotel. We had the all inclusive package and it was wonderful. Modern, well finished rooms with a great rainfall shower and soaking tub. Ocean views from most rooms. The food was wonderful, we were apprehensive about a buffet, but it delivered. The buffet had a multitude of options that changed every day including cooked to order options. Lovely pool. The drinks in the drinks package was great, many options to choose from including no less than 7 gins to choose from for a poolside G&T. Poolside wait staff could be more proactive in taking drink orders (nearly every drink I had to go to the bar to order).

Estive com meus filhos e família no mês de abril, hotel em si é ótimo bem localizado vista linda, porém o chek in é muito demorado sem falar na comida que é péssima. Meus filhos adoraram a parte da animação com as meninas Bárbara e Catarina se divertiram muito durante as tardes e algumas noites de nossa estadia.

L’enregistrement à l’arrivée a été très longue, environ 45 minutes, il semblait y avoir des problèmes à l’ordinateur ou les employés n’étaient pas bien rodés. Aussi, pour un 5 étoiles, nous devions payer pour avoir des parasols sur la plage. Nous devions aussi payer pour se rendre à Lagos avec la navette de l’hôtel. Nous avons trouvé le prix du buffet dispendieux, 20 euros le lunch et 30 euros le dîner, à part les boissons. Nous avons moins aimé la chambre pas d’intimité dans la salle de bain. Au déjeûner, le personnel nous surveillait constamment pour enlever les couverts sur la table. Au buffet le matin, les fruits frais étaient rares, la cuisson des oeufs étaient ratés, la surface de cuisson pas assez chaude, les plats au réchaud avaient brûlés, et le grille-pain fonctionnait mal, de sorte que nos rôtis étaient sèches. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel était froide. Pour le prix payé en argent canadien, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.

Que suerte hemos tenido en que Maru, de Marbella haya elegido este hotel. Lo más bello y confortable que he vivido! Bellisimas habitaciones con una vista impresionante mar, la piscina es hermosa contemplarla desde la terraza al cenar. Gracias sr.Zamora , Torcuato y Thiago por la atención. El saxo del lobby bar, genial!

Luxuoso resort em Lagos, inaugurado no inicio de abril, tudo novinho. Piscinas, spa, saka de musculação, ótimo restaurante, bar ao lado da piscina vista para o mar, a 20 minutos de caminhada da meia praia. Restaurante excelente, com um cardápio muito variado com diversos tipos de carnes e frutos do mar. Musica ao vivo para relaxar no bar. Decoração muito bacana, quartos amplos com banheira integrada. Show!

Ignore last review, I was trying to get into the Gym through the wrong door, in my defense I did go-to the reception desk and they called the maintenance guy who said it was closed due to housekeeping. How ever no one told me it was the wrong door and I was not directed to the actual entrance. All good now and I got to train this morning.

Sehr modernes Iberostar Hotel, große Zimmer, ein Frühstücksbuffet, das alles bietet, abends reichhaltiges Angebot an Speisen .Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum ausgedehntem Sandstrand. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fahren stündlich nach Lagos.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Iberostar however the only think that they need to do to improve our and others experience is to create designate smoking areas as opposed to allowing smokers to decide. We would have loved to sit out on the main restaurant deck to have breakfast in the morning had it not been for the few smokers that simply took over the deck. This was a common complaint from many of the guests we met at the hotel and all would have preferred the hotel create designated smoking areas. The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience but as we and most of the other guests at the hotel were non smokers we may choose to go elsewhere unless the smoking is better controlled.

Mein erstes Mal in einem 5* Hotel, es war so ein schöner Urlaub. Hoffentlich kann ich nochmal herkommen.
Das Hotel ist sehr groß und modern und das Essen war unglaublich gut. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich zu uns.
Ich würde das Hotel sofort jedem empfehlen der nach Lagos fahren möchte.

Where to start... the location is really good. Directly at the beach, just a 5-minute walk across some train rails and dunes.
I came here for surfing and drove every day to beaches on the Atlantic coast (30-40minutes).
I also liked that it was outside of Lagos and hence it felt less touristy. Some nice restaurants nearby and in walking distance. We just had breakfast which was a big buffet. Good but nothing special.
This hotel is NOT 5 star as it says on the label. We arrived at the beginning of the season, when they had just re-opened a week earlier.
NOTHING was ready and prepared, so much repair and maintenance needs had accumulated when the hotel was closed during the winter. Why can they not start repairs a month before guests come? As a family we had two rooms. EVERY SINGLE DAY there was something not working or not done. And this was the case from day 1.
Some examples:
- Kettle broken in one room
- Coffee machine broken in other room
- Fridges warm (you cannot tune them colder)
- Soap holder crashed from wall in one room
- Bathroom / shower door tilted in the other room so shower water splashed onto whole bathroom floor
- Cold water for 24 Hours
- Rooms most of the time not made at the time we asked for (we asked them to clean while we are out every morning). Disturbing us in the afternoon when we got back from beach; rooms often not made so we needed to call reception (cleaners seem to take long siesta, then come back to clean until 7pm??). As a result, we were also able to observe the „cleaning routine“, it includes emptying the trash, flushing toilets, making the bed. No proper cleaning of shower, toilet, bath tubs nor sinks. Some sand still left in shower, mirrors still the same with fingerprints...
- Dirty coffee and tea mugs not collected - needed to call reception every second day for replacement
- Coffee machines in Restaurant broken for a week (the one that makes nice frothed milk)
- Parking Garage full of garden chairs / materials / building and maintenance stuff so it cannot be used properly
Generally, a lack of attention to detail, thoroughness, lack of service. Looks like a management / leadership issue. Restaurant and cleaning staff has no clue when being asked for information.
We got used to coming back from trips / beaches / dinner and at least one new thing not working / not done. We got tired of calling reception. Started to grab fresh towels from the cleaner‘s wagon ourselves when they had forgotten to give us a fresh beach towel, but taken away the old one.
Also, the walls between rooms are quite thin. A baby lived next door I could hear crying all the time. Upstairs you can hear every chair move on the floor.

The hotel is in good condition, services ok, food could be more diversified. When it comes to check in, the hotel staff always start to give you the worsted room, at the ground floor, the worsted view, despite having beter available.I have booked side sea view, and they wasn't able to give me a side sea view room, but I have got a wall view room. It is not a beach hotel, as advertised, you have to wal to the beach up to 500m. Disappointed...

Mañana nos marchamos mi familia y yo y me voy con una magnífica sensación gracias al "Dream team"formado por el grupo de trabajadores de otros Iberostar en España:Sebastián Zamora,Cristian,Lobato,Tomás,Ruben...no tenemos más que palabras de agradecimiento por el trato dispensado y el buen ambiente que provocan al aunar su profesionalidad y enorme simpatía, a la vez que mostraron plena disposición de ayuda en y por todo lo que pudiera surgir,ya fuera con nosotros como clientes como con el resto del personal. Agora que mudou de donos, o hotel faz parte do grupo iberostar, está com um staff muito atencioso, simpático e prestável.
Tem 7 residências com piscina privada com uma vista a condizer.
Aliás é difícil um quarto não ter uma vista deslumbrante.
Existe duas piscinas todas elas igualmente agradáveis para aproveitar o excelente sol do Algarve. Se piscina não for a sua escolha, não há problema existe uma praia a 10 min de distância.
O restaurante tem uma grande escolha, e é self service. Têm um espaço exterior para quem gosta de comer com uma vista sobre a praia.
É um hotel 5 estrelas com tudo incluído, vale apena.

A very stylish and even 'chic' modern hotel with all facilities close to a marvellous very large and quiet beach. Food is excellent and staff helpful. A short tax ride into the nearby town which has plenty of shops bars and nightlife if you want it.

Really nice hotel. Very minimalist with a white reception. Food is just ok - but it's massive produced so wasn't expecting it to get great. The "theme nights" are just a different colour table cloth. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel and easy food then this hotel if for you.

Nice hotel but public area & passage ways all need a refurb. That's not to say it's dirty, just a bit well worn for a 4 star hotel. Rooms big & well appointed. Quiet hotel in general. Reasonably priced drinks & night in the Cullinarium well worth it. Staff were great & overall, really enjoyed our stay. Bit of a hike into town but good exercise (35 mins to the bridge but there were other options to walking) & Lagos was lovely. Love Portugal!

Been to this hotel 4 times but wouldn't go back. It's looking very tired now the towels are threadbare and the sun beds & parasols all need replacing. The food is basic and very bland. The area itself is fantastic..

Un hôtel 5 étoiles qui ne joue pas dans la catégorie des 5 étoiles. Pourquoi ?
- à l arrivée aucune aide pour votre valise
- la réception est un mixte de traitements désorganisés entre : les arrivées-départs, conciergerie, distribution de linge de bain
- manque de professionnalisme dans le métier des personnes employees jeunes et en manque d expérience
- qualité de la nourriture très médiocre. Oui du choix mais sans grande attention
- chambre: pour ma part la sui re avec piscine. Grande chambre. Aucune qualité dans le mobilier et luminaire !!!
- aucun service le soir
- pas de Room service
- digne d un club de vacances le soir avec impact sur les chambres ...

L'hotel è nuovo quindi perfetto negli equipaggiamenti e decorazioni e malgrado che sia un po' isolato il posto è piacevole spiagge pubbliche infinite ben tenute.2 km a piedi da Lagos. La formula all inclusive è interessante ma ho preferito andare a mangiare in spiaggia ci sono due ristoranti uno di fianco all'altro, pesce fresco, costa la metà di quello che si spende in zona Albufeira !

Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel isnt in the middle of the town (which is nice for some peace and quiet) but its a mere 4-5 min drive to the Marina (an uber trip was only about €3-4 each way and the hotel operates a shuttle bus service which is €3 return)

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Badezimmer lassen keinen Wunsch offen und somit ist der Grundstein für einen erholsamen Urlaub gegeben. Wir hatten die Halbpension gebucht und waren überwältigt von dem Frühstück und dem abwechslungsreichen Abendessen. Der Service war ununterbrochen auf einem hohen Niveau was es den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man mit einem Mietwagen oder Taxi schnell in der Stadt und kann bequem Tagesausflüge starten. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die geringe Anzahl an kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Dennoch am Ende sehr zu empfehlen, sollte man einen ruhigen Urlaub, mit dem ein anderen Tagesausflug an der Algarve verbringen wollen.

Really enjoyed our two week family holiday at this hotel. I would highly recommend it and would definitely consider visiting again in the future.
A massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it a special holiday and one to remember. + Lage: Super Lage direkt bei Lagos+ Pools/Strand: Schöne Pools und man ist in 2 min direkt am Stand+ Service: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind stets freundlich und versuchen sich bei Beschwerden zu bemühen- Parken: Es wird einem erzählt, dass wenn direkt vor dem Hotel kein Parkplatz frei ist, müsste man für 9€ pro Tag den Zugang zum Parkhaus des Hotels kaufen. Man wird aber nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man Rund ums Hotel (1-2min Fussweg) überall parken kann. Das ist eine unverschämte Abzocke.- Zimmer: Das Zimmer mit preferred View hatte zwar eine super Aussicht auf das Meer, aber da der Gang vor dem Zimmer zur Lobby hin offen ist, ist es extrem laut. Es es war immer bis 23 - 0 Uhr sehr laut und morgens ging es um 6-7 Uhr wieder weiter. Wer also im Urlaub mal ausschlafen möchte sollte sich das nochmal überlegen- Service: Die Kaffee Caps wurden in 7 Tagen nicht einmal aufgefüllt. Trotz zweifacher Reklamation an der Rezeption. Der nette Mann hat uns zwar dann ein paar Caps gegeben aber die Caps wurden trotzdem nicht auffüllt. Naja, der frische Cappuccino in den beiden anliegenden Strandrestaurants schmeckt ohnehin besser. Leider gab es auch das Mineralwasser nur einmal zur Begrüßung. Finde ich schade wenn ich überlege, dass ich in jedem portugiesischen 4 Sterne Hotel bisher jeden Tag eine neue Flasche erhalten habe. Und das waren Buchungen ohne Frühstück.- Pool: Handtücher fehlten mehrmals am Pool. Das hatte ich schon in einer Rezession vor Monaten gelesen.

When it's finished and when they learn that 5 star Hotels are different in Europe … It will probably be amazing … they are showing glimpses of Amazing alongside American BS. Overall I would have been blown away if I had stayed for 5 days, but, after two weeks I couldn't wait to gat home. Too many dumb ideas like they didn't allow to pay with cash for anything yet you needed cash to get the shuttle bus into Town.???? Just not thought out for Europe. YET

Great hotel with every facility you will need on site, very big rooms, very clean and maintained well. Food was great , breakfast and bucks fizz great, fresh omelette made in front of you great, spa facilities great, adult only great and staff were very polite and great service.
Generally one of the better hotels I have stayed in around the world. Very highly recommended.

Hotel muy nuevo, atención buenísimas, tanto por el personal de recepción como por el de comedor. Muy atentos y serviciales. Maravillosas piscinas, vista impresionantes de la playa. Buena comida aunque en alguna ocasión repetida, pero con variedad y de calidad.
La habitación muy bien, salvo por algunas veces que olía la cañería, pero limpísima y muy silenciosas.
Esta a 5 minutos en coche de Lagos.
La playa que hay frente al hotel es espectacular.

Plenty of staff on hand which are incredibly helpful and are always ready to assist...
The breakfast was so clean and there was a huge range of food on offer.
The room we had was a Double Sea View and it is definitely worth the extra money - the room itself was beautifully decorated and finished to the highest order.
The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and both are a reasonable size and depth (they were always clean) and the grounds itself were all new and beautiful.
The hotel is also a 5–10 minute away from the beach which is definitely worth a visit.
Highly recommend staying here to fully complete your holiday in the Algarve!

This trip was a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Hôtel à éviter si vous voulez du calme.
Ça a commencé comme un rêve mais a tourné au cauchemar. Les photos sont très attirantes. Mais ça n est absolument pas un hôtel pour personnes qui cherchent du calme. C est une foire pour enfants et parents mal élevés. Nous n avons jamais pu profiter des infrastructures tellement c’était une colonie de vacances. Même le spa qui est censé être une zone de relaxation, de calme, de zenitude est une grosse aire de jeux pour enfants tout du moins sa piscine intérieure. La salle de sport est petite, assez bien pourvue mais chaude en raison de l’absence de climatisation. Nous avions jeté notre dévolu sur une chambre avec vue sur la piscine,très belle, mais la aussi nous avons du nous réfugier sur une plage privée en face de l hôtel pour fuir les cris, les pleurs, les animations type jeux pour enfants et bingos. Le lit à baldaquin extérieur n’a servi que de décoration.
Le pire est que l’hôtel est suffisamment grand pour disposer d une zone calme pour adultes ou personnes désirant du calme, avec une piscine dédiée puisque il y a deux piscines extérieures, et faire en sorte que le spa soit un vrai spa. Mais pour cela encore faudrait il une vrai volonté de la direction de l’hôtel où du groupe Ibérostar.
Le personnel est en revanche vraiment très agréable et gentil.
En résumé un hôtel 5 étoiles prometteur sur photos puisqu’il est beau mais à fuir absolument si vous cherchez du calme pour vous reposez d’une année de travail harassante.

We were on our honeymoon and booked a room last minute coming from a bad experience with an air bnb... the greeting was amazing, being offered refreshments and help with luggage as soon as we stepped in the door.. the staff was cheerful and very accommodating... best experience my wife and I have ever had!! Es un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos. Para empezar, el personal busca la perfección. Están pendientes en todo momento de que al cliente no le falte de nada. Todo al mínimo detalle. El trato es fenomenal y muy profesional. Combina la profesionalidad y simpatía de los encargados del comedor y personal en general, con las instalaciones de lujo del que dispone. Además, este hotel está situado justo enfrente del mar, detrás de una extensa y maravillosa, además de tranquila, playa. El único punto a mejorar, sería que el acceso a la playa tuviera un paso de cebra para cruzar la carretera, aunque ésta es estrecha y no pasan muchos coches, pero no estaría de más que lo tuviera. Por lo demás, el hotel perfecto. Si volvemos por aquí, seguro que repetimos.

Además de tener unas instalaciones de lujo y de estar al lado de la playa, el personal es super atento y agradable. Recibimos un trato maravilloso de todos ellos. Por otro lado, el hotel es muy tranquilo, justo lo que buscabamos, y las vistas desde la habitación, increíbles. Nosotros cogimos media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena son de gran calidad. Las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza, en general, de 10. Por poner una pega, no hay pistas de tenis ni zona de deportes, pero por otro lado, como ya he dicho, es muy tranquilo, pensado para pasar unas vacaciones de relax.

Le regale a mi pareja 3 noches en este hotel en Julio este verano por su cumpleaños. La verdad es que el hotel es una preciosidad. Es totalmente nuevo, no demasiado grande, lo cual lo hace tranquilo, como la zona en la que está ubicado. El buffet es espectacular, el mejor buffet que he probado en un hotel, además fuimos en todo incluido e incluia primerisimas marcas de ginebras: hendricks, bulldog... Si quiero resaltar alguna pega el agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría aunque soportable, y al ser un hotel nuevo el personal aún está adaptandose, eso sí se nota el esmero. Destacar al camerero Miguel en el bar y su trato y en general a todos los camareros de las comidas, especialmente la amabilidad de Rita.

Una estancia estupenda. El personal muy amable y atento, tanto de recepción, como de comedor o de pisos. Siempre te ayudan con una sonrisa.
La habitación en la que nos alojamos estuvo genial, con vistas a la piscina y muy amplia. Una cama muy buena y muy cómoda, y lo más importante tratándose de un hotel, que estaba todo impoluto, súper limpio.
En lo referente al comedor, pues una delicia porque todo estuvo buenísimo. Las opciones en el comedor eran muchas y variadas, y la variedad en los desayunos estupenda.
Además de todo, el emplazamiento del hotel genial, muy fácil de encontrar.

Super hotel, chambre geniale, deco terrible. On avait baignoire dans la chambre et douche et toilette separé par une porte mirroir. On sent qu il est tout neuf. Piscine du niveau 3 super grand et sympa avec dj l apres midi et activité. Il y a une deuxieme piscine au 0 plus familliale. Le coté moins est dans la restauration. Fait un peu cantine mais bon, ce n est pas mauvais et c est varié. On etait pas en pension complete et on a voulu y diner car arrivé tard. 30euros par personne. C est un peu bcp quand meme surtout pour du buffet a volonté. En ville vous manger pour 30 euros a 2 avec boisson plat desert. Mais c est vraiment le seul point noir pour moi

Un trato excelente, una habitación excepcional! El personal del hotel con un trato muy cercano y una profesionalidad excelente, el personal a destacar sobre todo Miguel, Sebas, Ana Carolina que es una excelente profesional y siempre está atenta a todos los clientes con una bonita sonrisa, Jaqueline muy muy buena profesional siempre se acuerda de tus gustos a la hora del café o simplemente el aperitivo, João Soares muy buen camarero no habla español pero entiende muy muy bien y siempre te atiende con una sonrisa y lo que necesites te lo trae, Cheru muy buena cocinera una mujer con una sonrisa y con palabras agradables siempre y si tienes dificultades a la hora de servirte la comida ella siempre ayuda y cocina que es una maravilla, por último los jefes de restaurante y bar (Miguel y Sebas) dos personas muy cercanas, si necesitas algo al instante lo consiguen, en resumen son grandes profesionales y lo que es mas importante grandes personas. Tengo que dar las gracias también a Javier y Angel por estar atentos en todo momento y por los detalles tan buenos y bonitos que tuvieron con nosotros.

La atención recibida por parte de Jaqueline (bar) João Soares (bar) Ana Carolina (bar) Sebas (restaurante) Miguel (jefe bar) y Cheru (cocina) ha sido excelente nos han tratado muy bien y han estado muy pendientes de nosotros.
El día de la entrada nos atendió Lucia (Recepcion) y dejó mucho que desear sus formas ya que no nos enseñó el hotel y no nos facilitó ayuda para llevar nuestras maletas.
Gracias a Javier y a Ángel que nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos hemos tenido una bonita luna de miel

Un resort de buena calidad. Es tranquilo, buffet variado y completo, aunque con el paso de los días se hace repetitivo. Habitaciones amplias, muy completas y cama muy cómoda y grande. Buena limpieza. El entorno es muy recomendable, sobre todo para los que gustan de la playa y los deportes náuticos. Como puntos débiles la baja iluminación en las habitaciones y pasillos, y la cama supletoria era un "catre" poco adecuado para una niña de 11 años. Sugiero mejorar en tecnología de información (dotar al personal de tablets para que se puedan registrar los consumos y que los huéspedes podamos consultar a través de Wi Fi o en TV de la habitación, dado que es imposible hacer un seguimiento de los consumos que se efectúan en el Resort, y la factura final no aclara estos consumos). Mi experiencia ha sido buena y recomiendo este resort. Quiero hacer una mención a la amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal, que sólo puedo calificar de excelente.

The hotel and staff were great and we had a lovely short break. The only thing was that we thought it was an adults only hotel, but it is not now it has been taken over by Iberostar. There was few children staying at the hotel and I can imagine that this will get busier once the school holidays kick in. The bar service around the pool was quite slow and a couple of times they forgot the drinks that we had ordered, but other than that we had a great stay.

O espaço da piscina é também muito bom, com uma area para os pequenos poderem brincar e nadar sem qualquer problema. Todos os funcionários foram muito atentos, atenciosos e preocupados em proporcionar a melhor estadia possível. Adorei e espero voltar!

Hay gente que no tiene ni idea de lo que e s un hotel y menos de lo que es una piscina infiniti, NO EXOSTE TAL PISCINA EN EÇ HOTEL. Por lo general penoso. Comida, si te gusta comer "pescada"cada dia o alguna carne conjelda, perfecto, pprque cada dia es lo que hay para comer a medio dia. Estncoa 14 dias....

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel. Tolle, Saubere und große Zimmer. Auf wunsch täglicher Zimmerservice. Tolles Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Abends ebenfalls eine sehr große Auswahl an Vor - und Nachspeisen. Tolle Lage mit tollem ausblick. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch zu empfehlen um die umliegenden Städte einfach zu erreichen. Tiefgarage war kostenlos. Aufzug von der Tiefgarage zu den Zimmern ist auch vorhanden. Rundum alles perfekt.

Séjour du 7 au 21 juin 2019 en All-in : Très belle hôtel bien placé au style contemporain/modern, les chambres sont superbes spacieuses avec tout le confort nécessaire, la restauration s'est grandement amélioré lors de la durée de mon séjour, le service est impeccable, le personnel est très agréable est présent. Le point faible est le bar qui n'est pas à la hauteur, les cocktails ne sont clairement pas bien fait, un détail en All-in mais en demi pension à 8€ le cocktail cela est consternant. l’hôtel est encore en cours d'amélioration (rénovation des parasols, du restaurant et de certains mobiliers). L'équipe du Club Kappa est au top, toujours à l'écoute et présent.

Un petit regret concernant le spa...À l’etage au dessus de la cabine de massage se trouve la lingerie et on entend sans arrêt le va-et-vient des chariots de linge . Ce n’est pas optimum pour se relaxer ... Très bon massage sinon .

The room was decent and comfortable with a nice buffet area and 3 swimming pools, the location was fairly convenient, but there are still a lot to improve as a five star hotel..
Service was not the best, we called for reception from our room 4 times and finally got someone to answer the phone. The english level of the reception staffs definitely need improvements, we simply ask what they have for 24hr room service, had a few conversations on what hot food they have and he couldn't understand it. Morover, on the room service menu, there were a lot of food choices for 24hr room service. However, when we called and ask if they have something that is written on the menu, they said they only have ham and cheese sandwich.lf you don't have it, why listed it on the menu and cause confusion?Since we were starving, we still ordered the ham and cheese sandwich and ask the reception if they could heat it up, they said yes but the sandwich still came out cold and hard. Very very disappointed.
Furthermore, we were really tired throughout our travel and was thinking for late checkout. We called the reception and they said they couldn't do that since the hotel was fully booked and there will be another family coming really soon. We then ask if we could book the same exact room for another night. I guess the hotel was suddenly not fully booked, she changed her mind and said she could replace another room for the family that’s coming and we could stay in the same room for another night. I mean we literally could do late checkout, she just doesn't want to do it.
Well at the end we didn't stay for another night, since the service was just to disappointing.

Der Strand ist recht nah man kommt gut zu Fuß hin. Die Zimmer sind echt super, riesen Dusche, freistehende Badewanne und Balkon. Zudem ist es ein ein 5 Sterne Hotel und das hat es sich auch verdient das Essen ist bombe und wenn man all in hat, ist selbst die Mini Bar mit drin. Im übrigen gibt es auch Glutenfreies essen. Das Personal ist echt freundlich man spricht nicht nur englisch sondern auch deutsch. Als wir dort waren war es auch sehr entspannt, nicht laut oder so eben kein Club Urlaub.
Ich weiß auch gar nicht was ich noch alles schreiben soll, ich persönlich kann es echt nur empfehlen. Und vielleicht Mietet man sich ein Auto so wie ich es mit meiner Freundin auch gemacht habe dann sieht man einfach mehr....

Nuestra estancia ha sido magnífica.
En todo momento nos hemos sentido super bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos. Especial mención para Miguel y Alexandre de recepción junto con Ángel.
El buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena son espectaculares, muy varíados y llenos de diferentes y riquísimos sabores.
Las habitaciones son super espaciosas y genialmente decoradas con mucho gusto. Las vistas son geniales, aunque en nuestro caso no fueran frontales al mar (teniamos vista lateral de la bahía y podíamos ver una parte de Lagos a lo lejos).
La distancia a la playa es poquísima ya que está en la primera linea de mar "posible". Fijaos en Google Maps que no está pegado a la arena pero hay un camino que en pocos minutos a pie te conecta desde el complejo a la playa.
El hotel tiene 2 piscinas (una de ellas perfecta para poder nadar "en serio" si se quiere mantener un poco la forma) en las que muchos clientes nos hemos quedado tomando alguna copa al sol.
Gracias por la buena experiencia a todo el equipo Iberostar, seguro que repetiremos!

Séjour du 5 au 15 juin 2019 hôtel très sympa, belle chambre, super buffet et personnel au top une mention particulière pour Sébastien qui est à 200% à l'écoute et au service de la clientèle ainsi que le responsable de l'hôtel.
Quelques petits réglages sont encore à faire au niveau du nettoyage des chambres (pas assez de personnel ou manque d'organisation ?)

Tem uma localização previligiada, uma vista magnífica sobre o mar e a Meia Praia. Daqui podemos ir a pé até à Marina de Lagos, pois fica apenas a cerca de 2km. Passando a ponte estamos na zona histórica de Lagos. Podemos fazer longas caminhadas na praia. O hotel está muito bem equipado. O staff ajuda em tudo o que pode e é simpático.

Ein Top Hotel, das sehr ruhig ist und nah am Strand liegt liegt. Die Zimmer sind auf sehr hohem Niveau ausgestattet, aber etwas klein. Toller Pool und schöner sauberer Strand in kurzer Entfernung. Ein Spielplatz mit Minipool für die Kleinen ist in Laufnähe. Die sehr moderne, kühle Architektur mit viel Glas und Naturstein und die vielen Ausstellungsstücke von Künstlern geben dem Hotel einen einzigartigen Touch. Das Essen ist sehr vielseitig. Absolute Empfehlung wenn man nach Lagos geht!

Excellent. This is the 3rd time we've been. The first time was good but since Sensimar took over its been fantastic. Food is much improved and so much variety. Accommodation and staff wonderful. Would recommend it!!!!

Well worth the money. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was great, spotlessly clean. Comfy rooms, we were lucky enough to find ourselves on the pool floor which meant we had a day bed right outside our room. The only downside, though it really didn't bother me was that it is so far out of town. I'd love to stay here again.

Not a 5 star after being bought up by a big chain. Understaffed, overpriced dinner. No room service during dinner hours (and few selections otherwose) even though lots advertised in room. Feels like a tourist trap complete with obvious reminders that you have to be dressed during dinner. Staff was nice and friendly though!

We have been here for just over 24 hours ... first impressions are important and we were not disappointed. On arriving we were pleasantly surprised at the contemporary design and feature of this hotel. Inside, the Hotel is clean, modern, bright and spacious with very courteous and polite staff. It is an Adults Only Hotel and there is an evening dress code of long trousers and sleeved tops for men, which isn't as bad as it sounds, adding to the class and expectations of the Hotel. Our room is wonderful and Very comfortable, although we are outside all day, it's nice to come back to a little luxury. The weather obviously helps and we are already thinking about another break here in the future being only a 2 and a bit hour flight from Gatwick and an hour's transfer by Private Hire (we heard the bus transfer took nearly two hours for some guests ... so treat yourself so a Private Transfer). If your thinking about a stay at this Hotel I hope this helps.

Beautiful place nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view to sea and close 10 minutes walk, close to train, bus station. Rooms very nice and warm,big space, no sounds from outside in bedroom. Swimming pool very clean and the water perfect for swimming. Restaurants very nice and clean, variety of food and drinks.

Lovely hotel. Rooms beautiful and comfortable. 2 beautiful swimming pools outside and one indoor pool with gym and spa facilitities About 2 miles outside of Lagos but easy walk in. Staff are brilliant, food good. Only bug bear not enough hangers in the wardrobe only 10 which isn't enough for a couple sharing a double room and bar staff a little slow preparing cocktails which are too expensive

Amazing hotel and staff, couldn't fault anything during our stay. The hotel is very modern and was immaculate. There is a great spa if you feel the need to go. The a la carte restaurant had a lovely small but fresh menu which I would recommend trying. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had an ocean view room directly facing the sea, well worth it. I would recommend going for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Great staff, great location, easy access to town and beach. Rooms and food are excellent if not too much choice. Not all inclusive unfortunately but they make up for it in quality and quantity of what they do offer. Clean and Modern though some areas look in need of a little attention.

Stayed here two weeks ago for a ten day holiday. Every thing about the hotel says comfort, space, peace and tranquility. No saving sun beds, it really is so very quiet. The only negative is there is nowhere to walk on an evening. Lagos is a bus ride, the road is quite busy with no pavements. Just a minor problem.

Stayed there in October 2013 and spent a marvelous time at this exceptional hotel! The visual concept, the location, about 300m from the sea, the spacious and elegantly designed rooms and the service all add to a very special experience. This was definitely not my last stay at that hotel!!!

Tout pourrait être parfait si les repas servis au buffet comportaient des spécialités locales…Pas de poisson si ce nest des darnes (sûrement décongelées) de poisson… Pas de plat local.Lensemble est très fade.Le prix est exhorbitant pour le Portugal : 30€ (hors boisson par personne, cest autant , voire plus cher quà Paris, pour des repas on ne peut plus communs…Petit bémol également au sujet de la chambre : nous avons réservé deux semaines et les draps nont pas été changés en cours de séjour. Etant donné quil sagissait dun hôtel 5 étoiles, cela aurait pu être fait à la fin de la première semaine…

Das Hotel liegt etwa 3 bis 4 km ausserhalb von Lagos an ruhiger Lage. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen hoteleigenen Meeranstoss. Das Meer ist etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Dabei muss eine Strasse und eine Bahnlinie überquert werden. Züge verkehren nur sehr selten und verursachen keine Lärmimissionen.
